Abstract

Universities can implemented SNI ISO 21001:2018 as a reference in managing education service system that refers to international education standards. This type of research is qualitative research which is a descriptive type. The object of this research consists of universities that will and have implemented SNI ISO 21001:2018. The subject is National Standardization Agency of Indonesia as the guide institution for implementation of SNI ISO 21001:2018 in universities. Data collection techniques in this study use library research, observation, interviews , and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, observation techniques by collecting data through observations of the situation and condition of universities that are currently implementing SNI ISO 21001:2018. The results of this study are: the management system of educational organizations based on SNI ISO 21001:2018 is a management method for providers of educational products and services which are able to fulfill the students requirements and other beneficiaries also can be applied to other organizations that use educational curriculum to support competency development through teaching, learning and research. Implementation of SNI ISO 21001:2018 strength with five main concepts that form the basis for all ISO standard management systems. The five main concepts include risk-based thinking, process approach, plan-do-check-act cycle, management principles, and high-level structure. The stages of the process for implementing SNI ISO 21001:2018 are initial identification condition, system setup, implementation, internal audit, application for certification, assistance for corrective actions and publishing SNI ISO 21001:2018 certificates.

Abstract

Pandangan Islam, manusia dipandang sebagai makhluk yang memiliki dimensi fisik, intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual. Memahami hakikat manusia sebagai makhluk pedagogik, pendidikan Islam dapat diarahkan untuk menghasilkan individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang baik, berakhlak mulia, dan mampu berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Tujuan dalam kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perspektif filosofis tentang hakikat manusia (anak didik) sebagai makhluk pedagogik dan mendeskripsiokan implikasi pemahaman hakikat manusia sebagai makhluk pedagogik terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua dan pendidik hendaknya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi peserta didik, yang memungkinkan pengembangan seluruh potensi yang dimilikinya, kemudian pemerintah atau pemangku kebijakan pendidikan harus mengintegrasikan konsep hakikat manusia ke dalam sistem pendidikan nasional, khususnya pendidikan Islam. Kajian penelitian ini diharapkan menambah wawasan masyarakat, terutama bagi yang membaca tulisan ini agar mengetahui apa saja yang harus dilakukan untuk menganalisis mengenai Manusia (anak didik) merupakan mahkluk pedagogik

Abstract

This research examines the nature of humans as pedagogical beings with a focus on students in the perspective of Islamic education. Humans are created with fitrah and basic potential that allows them to learn and develop. This research uses a literature review method with a philosophical-normative approach to analyze the concept of fitrah as basic potential, as well as the role of hearing, sight, and heart as the main learning instruments. The results show that humans have an inherent capacity to receive education through three main instruments bestowed by Allah swt. Human fitrah as pedagogical beings becomes the fundamental foundation in developing holistic education systems. The implications of this research contribute to understanding the basic concepts of Islamic education and developing learning methodologies that are in accordance with human nature.
