<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujua menggambarkan bentuk Partisipasi Politik Pemilih Pemula Pada Pemilihan Legislatif Tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penilaian ini menggunakan instrument observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Kemudian teknik analisa data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) electoral activity dimana melalui pemberian edukasi dengan melakukan pembelajaran dilapangan secara langsung salah satu metode yang dilakukan, membukakan ruang kreasi bagi para pemilih pemula melalui penyaluran minat dan bakat serta hoby para pemilih pemula yang sedang eksis di tengah-tengah masyarakat. (2), lobbying dimana para kandidat memaparkan mulai dari penawaran program.(3) aktivitas organisasi yang lebih mendorong partisipasi aktif para pemilih dengan melibatkan mereka pada struktur tim pemenangan.(4), contacting melauli kegiatan kampanye dan pencoblosan dalam memberikan penawaran-penawaran terkait kebutuhan dan permasalahan pemilih yang akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi para kandidat jika berhasil menjadi pemenang pada perheletan pemilihan legislative di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Dan (5), violence Para pemilih pemula juga tidak segan-segan melakukan aksi demonstrasi menuntut pemerintah jika terjadi pelanggaran dalam proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Kabupaten Bulukumba.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelayanan publik adalah aktivitas organisasi atau lembaga yang memberikan pelayanan terhadap individu atau kelompok masyarakat sesuai dengan tujuan dari lembaga tersebut, Pemerintah merupakan pelayan bagi masyarakat agar kebutuhan masyarakat dapat terpenuhi maka dari itu, Pemerintah harus menyediakan pelayanan yang maksimal agar kepentingan tersebut dapat terpenuhi dengan lancar. Pemerintah Desa sebagai ujung tombak yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat harus paham betul apa yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang tepat dan maksimal kepada masyarakat, Aparat Desa juga merupakan kunci dari kualitas pelayanan yang ada di Desa namun, keterbatasan yang ada di Desa kerap kali menimbulkan berbagai macam kendala sehingga kualitas pelayanan kerap kali tak sesuai harapan masyarakat. Di Desa Tanah Towa Kabupaten Bulukumba sendiri tidak terlepas dari masalah pelayanan publik yang diberikan Aparat Desa kepada masyarakat, atas dasar tersebut penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja Aparatur Desa dalam pelayanan publik di Desa Tanah Towa Kabupaten Bulukumba dan kemudian menganalisa masalah tersebut khususnya respons aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan, melalui indikator kinerja antara lain, produktivitas, Kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aparat Desa Tanah Towa telah memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik bagi masyarakatnya, namun tidak bisa diungkiri bahwa dalam kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Aparat Desa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pengaplikasiannya.]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi yang berkembang secara pesat berdampak pada lini kehidupan manusia, termasuk didalam aktivitas suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Pemanfaatan teknologi seyogyanya diperlukan dalam membantu pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu teknologi yang membantu dalam proses pekerjaan di dalam lingkungan organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu dengan mengunakan sistem komputersasi. Melalui penggunaan sistem komputerisasi maka setiap unit kerja di kantor atau perusahaan mampu untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan efesiensi waktunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem komputerisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian korelasional dengan analisis secara kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem komputerisasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 56 responden, dan kemudian dianalisis dengan koefisien korelasi product moment dan koefisien determinan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian tersebut menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel tersebut, dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori rendah yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara sistem komputerisasi dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Ini dapat diartikan bahwa efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang dipengaruhi oleh sistem komputerisasi sebesar 19,7%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Fractures in relations between nations have occurred in many countries, the component of the division is between religious communities caused by extremism, radicalism, to utterances of hatred, but Indonesia is lucky to have survived the split because of the strong commitment to nationalism which is manifested through the presence of the state and the role of civil society such as Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah with their moderate character. Therefore, Islamic youth organizations are expected to be the spearhead of religious moderation learning for the community through educational literacy on religious, state and cultural relations, to unify and strengthen understanding and vision of the importance of religious moderation for the integrity of the nation and state of Indonesia. The stages of this service start with planning time, methods and materials, then carry out educational literacy on religious, state and cultural relations, and end with evaluating activities through question and answer. <![CDATA[This research aims to analyze public sentiment on YouTube social media regarding the 2024 Indonesian presidential candidate debate. The method used is sentiment analysis using big data analysis with the help of Nvivo. The data used are public comments contained in the 2024 Indonesian presidential candidate debate video on YouTube. The research results show that the majority of public sentiment towards the 2024 Indonesian presidential candidate debate is positive. However, there are also several comments that are negative and neutral. The theme most discussed by the public in the 2024 Indonesian presidential candidate debate is "Prabowo". This shows the dominance of public attention towards Prabowo. Apart from that, other words that are quite dominant are "people" and "Anies", which reflects the competition between the Prabowo camp and the Anies camp in the 2024 presidential election. Apart from that, the results of the wordcloud analysis highlight crucial issues that are the main topic of discussion. post-debate society, such as corruption, political promises, and the law. This shows that public discourse after the presidential candidate debate was greatly influenced by issues that influence social and political life in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to improve the quality of service are something that must be done by every agency, both public and private. Tanah Toa Health Center is an agency or institution that always strives to improve the quality of its services to get satisfaction for the people who use its services in the health sector. The use of technology is also pursued by Tanah Toa Health Center staff. Toa in improving the quality of its services, such as ensuring the quality of services provided to mothers and children at each posyandu handled by Tanah Toa health center officers. The aim of this research is to describe the use of technology to improve the quality of Posyandu services at the Tanah Toa Community Health Center, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. The methodology used in this research is qualitative research, namely research strategies and techniques used to understand the phenomena that occur by collecting as many in-depth facts as possible, the data is presented in verbal form, not in the form of numbers. The results of this research show that the services provided by Tanah Toa Community Health Center officers after utilizing technology in an effort to improve the quality of services, especially the services provided to mothers and children at each posyandu handled have shown good results, the first being measuring the height and weight of the baby, on inputting the height and weight measurement results, the data is immediately integrated and produces the ideal age for babies who have a certain height and weight and secondly it can confirm the routine of the mother and baby who carry out regular examinations (documentation and track records), The benefit is that community health center officers can find out in reel time about mothers and children who routinely check the health condition or growth of mothers and children. The conclusion of this article is that the use of technology in Posyandu handled by the Tanah Toa Community Health Center which consists of 23 posyandu located in 5 villages has shown a positive impact in increasing efficiency and quality of service, so that mothers and children can be assured of getting good health services.]]>

<![CDATA[Political budget cycles (PBC) refer to patterns in which incumbents manipulate government budget policies in the run-up to elections to enhance their electoral chances. This article presents a systematic review of the recent literature on PBC in the context of regional elections in Indonesia. The review findings show that PBC at the local government level in Indonesia did occur significantly after the direct election era began. A number of empirical studies consistently find a pattern of increasing public spending and budget deficits in the years leading up to regional elections, especially in spending items that are visible and benefit voters (such as social assistance and local infrastructure projects). For example, social assistance and regional grant spending tend to increase drastically in election years, which contributes to a decrease in budget surpluses and an increase in short-term liabilities of local governments. This PBC is stronger when incumbent regents/mayors are running for re-election and when incumbents are supported by a large party coalition. On the other hand , the shift from indirect to direct elections at the regional level has been accompanied by a shift in spending patterns, including a decrease in capital spending around election periods. In terms of political effects, increased populist spending has been shown to be associated with higher incumbent vote acquisition, although this effect is influenced by the level of local electoral competition. Overall, the practice of political budget cycles in Indonesian regional elections signals challenges for fiscal accountability and the quality of local democracy.]]>

<![CDATA[The village is the government closest to the community and is expected to be able to run the wheels of village administration properly and work closely with the community on the existing development program in the village. Tanah Towa Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency, one of the villages that must also work with the community in involving community participation in village development, community participation in Tanah Towa Village is inseparable from existing problems, on this basis this research focuses on how community participation in Tanah Towa Village Towa in village development, using qualitative research methods, through Keith Davis' participation form indicators, among others, thought participation, labor participation and material participation. The results of this study indicate that community participation in Tanah Towa Village is still lacking in every development program in Tanah Towa Village.]]>
