Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model case method berbasis daring pada mata pelajaran matematika, analisis efektivitas pembelajaran menggunakan case method berbasis daring ditinjau dari aktivitas belajar siswa, respon belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dan kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model case method berbasis daring di kelas X IPS 1 di SMAN 11 Medan yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain metode penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, angket respon belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi data. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: (1) Pembelajaran matematika dengan model case method dilaksanakan secara daring di Kelas X 1 IPS SMAN 11 Medan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom meeting; (2) Pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model case method berbasis online di Kelas X IPS 1 SMAN 11 Medan belum efektif karena indikator aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar belum memenuhi kriteria; dan (3) Kendala selama pembelajaran dengan metode online melalui model case method berbasis kuota paket data siswa dan kekuatan jaringan internet siswa kurang mendukung, sehingga siswa membutuhkan waktu untuk melakukan penyesuaian model pembelajaran dan keterampilan mengajar guru yang harus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

In general, renting out boarding rooms is a component of the corporate world, which is expanding significantly across all industries. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the regularity of boarding room rentals. Find out how muamalah fiqh analysis relates to the practice of renting daily boarding rooms in Mekar Baru Village, Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency is the formulation used in this research. In addition, a review of muamalah fiqh regarding the practice of renting boarding rooms that are still in the first party tenancy period in Mekar Baru Village, Kisaran City District, and a problem formulation regarding the status of boarding room utilization factors during the rental period in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency are addressed in this research Asahan Regency, West.All data or references that have been collected are analyzed and rearranged, and in this case, rental practice uses a descriptive analytical approach. The study's findings suggest that it is against Islamic law and the terms of the ijarah contract for certain locations in Mekar Baru Village, Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency, to rent out boarding rooms to outside parties. Practices that take place between the owner and the third-party tenant, or second tenant, do not adhere to the principles, requirements, or aspects of ijarah. Since the original renter still has the right to rent the room, the owner of the boarding room rental should pay the first tenant after being open and honest with them about any transactions they do with other parties.

Abstract

Online-based quizzes have been widely used to enhance student learning outcomes, but their impact on test performance in 8th grade has not been thoroughly examined. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of weekly online-based quizzes in improving the test scores of 8th-grade students at SMPN 1 Mataram. A quantitative pre-test and post-test design was implemented with 30 participants. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ test scores, supporting the integration of online-based quizzes as a tool to enhance learning outcomes.
