Abstract

Artikel Tinjauan Pustaka Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah vs Kinerja Guru, Ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran dari seorang pemimpin kepada guru terhadap kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dalam bentuk studi literatur dan dapat digunakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks yang lebih luas. Penulisan artikel tinjauan pustaka ini merupakan metodologi penelitian literatur yang berasal dari berbagai media online seperti e book ,Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media ilmiah online lainnya. Hasil dari artikel literatur ini adalah: 1) Kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan sekolah. 2) Kepemiminan kepala sekolah berperan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai persepsi mutu akademik pembelajaran berbasis sistem informasi manajemen di SDN 22 ditinjau dari aspek mutu dan sistem informasi manajemen.Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga pendidik di SDN 22 sebanyak 16 orang.Observasi dan wawancara dilaksanakan dalam rangka terkumpulnya data yang didapat melalui guru dan juga siswa disekolah tersebut. Adapun hasil darikajian ini adalahmasih lemahnya persepsi tenaga pendidik mengenai SIM dalam pengelolaan kelasnya untuk peningkatan mutu dan tentunya akan membuat turunnya kualitas dan juga kuantitas disekolah tersebut ,para guru senior lebih mengandalkan guru lain dan operator ,kepala sekolah harus melakukan pengawasan demi terciptanya kualitas bagi para siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang penting yang dapat menentukan kualiatas dari individu , serta bagi kehidupan satu bangsa. Peran pendidikan ini penting yang salah satu satunya menjadi pendorong terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa. Dalam riset ini kami menggunakan penelitian kaulkitatif yang mana menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif . teknik yang kami gunakan dlaam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil observasi yang kami lakukan tentang kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemajuan kualitas belajar siswa. Yang mana dalam penelitian ini melihat kurikulum yang belaku disekolah ini yang menajdi dasar kebijakan kepala sekolah tersebut yang mengaharuskan semua warga sekolah baiak itu guru,siswa, tenaga pendidik lainnya untuk mematuhi pertauran yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

A school needs education funding in the form of education funds needed by the school. The factors that influence the education fund itself in a school are teachers, the percentage of students, and the use of education funding itself. The problems that occur in education financing are financial management in schools that are not well managed, besides that there are indications of misappropriation in finances committed by related persons, as well as a lack of school supplies, only coming from students. Funding for education in schools has not been maximized because direct cost and indirect cost sources of funds have not been used optimally. Apart from that, problems that often arise, namely in recording school financial administration and expenses to financial reporting. Current problems with the difficulty of life make the world of education only experienced by the wealthy. The study used in the writing of this article is to use the literature study method where the source comes from books, in Googlei Scholeir or in the form of previous articles and relevant articles related to the problem.

Abstract

Based on initial observations in the field, it appears that the performance of state elementary school teachers in Kuranji District, Padang City is not good. This is thought to be related to work discipline and teacher work motivation, so research is needed to reveal the researchers' initial assumptions. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Kuranji District, Padang City. The hypotheses in this research are: 1) work discipline influences teacher performance, 2) work motivation influences teacher performance, and 3) work discipline and work motivation together influence teacher performance. All state elementary school teachers in Kuranji District, Padang City are the population in this study with a total of 328 people. The sample in this study was 112 people, the sampling technique was the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique by looking at the length of service of the teachers. The instruments used in this research were assessment scales and Likert scale model questionnaires. This research was analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The results of research data analysis show that: 1 work discipline has an effect on teacher performance by 16.6%, 2) work motivation has an effect on teacher performance by 31.4%, and 3) work discipline and work motivation together have an effect on teacher performance by 36%. The teacher performance achievement level score was 89.61% in the good category, for work discipline, it was in the high category with a score of 90.5% while for teacher motivation it was also in the high category with a score of 90.44%. This research implies that work discipline and teacher work motivation are two things that can improve teacher performance even though other factors can influence it.
