<![CDATA[Abstrak - Tes psikologi adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur perbedaan antar individu atau perbedaan reaksi orang yang sama terhadap situasi yang berbeda untuk mengukur perilaku seseorang. Jawaban tes psikologi umumnya diinput secara manual oleh penguji, sehingga penguji memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk memproses hasilnya menjadi laporan yang siap dikirimkan kepada perusahaan atau pihak ketiga. Pada penelitian ini peneliti merancang sistem pemroses hasil tes psikologi berbasis website yang dapat diakses pengguna kapanpun dan dimanapun. Website yang kami buat bernama “Psychoweb”. Website ini dapat memproses 4 jenis tes yaitu IST, 16PF, DISC, V-Kraepelin . Tujuan dari pembuatan website ini memudahkan penguji untuk mendapatkan hasil dengan cepat, efisien, serta memudahkan perusahaan atau pihak ketiga mengakses laporan hasil tes psikologi. Perhitungan dari website pun akan meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan dan analisis data. Hasil tes psikologi yang dihasilkan oleh website ini juga dilengkapi visualisasi grafik dan dapat disimpan melalui pdf sehingga dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Dalam mengembangkan website ini, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, analisa permasalahan, serta usulan pemecahan masalah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil akhir dari website yang dibuat oleh peneliti akan terus dikembangkan seiring dengan situasi dan kondisi di lapangan.Kata kunci: website, IST, 16PF, DISC, V-Kraepelin.
