Abstract

UKM Kreasi Sejahtera Abadi merupakan salah satu usaha yang menghasilkan produk kuliner aneka keripik tradisional (snack) yang beralamat di Dusun X Desa Firdaus Kecamatan Sei Rampah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Pada sektor produksi usaha mitra ini masih mengandalkan peralatan sederhana dan manual, begitu pula sektor manajemen usaha serta pembukuan yang masih kurang tepat, sehingga perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada mitra dengan merancang, mendemonstrasikan dan memberikan alat TTG penggorengan stainless (deep fryer) yang memiliki kelebihan anti gosong dan hemat waktu. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha dan pembukuan keuangan agar pelaporan keuangan mitra menjadi rapi dan bagus. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 2 bulan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menghasilkan peningkatan produktivitas usaha kripik tradisional yang awalnya hanya dapat mengakomodir 50 kg menjadi 100 kg/hari. Antusias dan partisipasi anggota mitra serta pihak desa sangat membantu terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan baik dan lancar

Abstract

The important thing in human resource management is to manage the human element properly in order to obtain a workforce who is satisfied with their work. Employee job satisfaction is a factor that can affect the organization as a whole. Job satisfaction factors provide good benefits for the organization. Therefore, there are several ways that organizations can do to maintain and maintain their human resources, namely by providing motivation, presenting a conducive organizational culture, providing appropriate incentives to employees and others. other. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of organizational culture and incentives on employee work motivation at the Mebidangro Regional Government, to analyze the direct influence of organizational culture, incentives and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Mebidangro Regency Government. Mebidangro area. , and to analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction through employee motivation at the Mebidangro Regional Government. The method used is the quantitative causality method. The population in this study were 37 respondents. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and incentives have a direct effect on the work motivation of employees of the Regional Government of the Mebidangro Region and have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Then the organizational climate and compensation indirectly have a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction through the work motivation of employees at the Regional Government of the Mebidangro Region.

Abstract

Trading on the XAU/USD pair has high profit potential but is accompanied by significant volatility and emotional challenges for manual traders. This study aims to design, develop, and validate an Expert Advisor (EA) that can execute trading strategies automatically and profitably. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype model. The implemented strategy is a mean reversion strategy that integrates signals from the Bollinger Bands and Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicators, reinforced by an adaptive money management system to dynamically manage risk. The EA was developed on the MetaTrader 5 platform and tested through three main stages: backtesting on historical data, parameter optimization using the Fast Genetic Based Algorithm, and real-time testing for one month on an Exness broker demo account. The research results show that the optimization process successfully transformed the EA's performance from unprofitable to profitable. In real-time testing, both time frames tested showed positive results. The H1 time frame proved more robust, generating a net profit of $546.11 from three transactions and a Profit Factor of 3.92. Meanwhile, the H4 time frame demonstrated superior precision with a Win Rate of 100% and a Max Drawdown of 1.41% from a single transaction. This study concludes that the developed Expert Advisor is a valid and potentially profitable system for XAU/USD trading, with the H1 time frame offering more proven performance for practical application.

Abstract

This research designs and evaluates an Expert Advisor (EA) for trading by automating a strategy based on the Supertrend and RSI indicators, integrated with a Percentage Risk Money Management system. Using a Research and Development method with the Agile-Scrum model, the EA was implemented on MetaTrader 5 for the USD/SGD currency pair. It was tested through a five-year backtest (2020-2025) and a one-month real-time test on the H1 and H4 timeframes. The results show that the EA was able to generate profit on both timeframes, with optimal performance on H4 (profit factor of 1.69, maximum drawdown of 7.92%), while H1 showed profitability with higher risk (maximum drawdown of 16.97%). The EA successfully identified market trend direction and momentum objectively while applying disciplined risk management through dynamic lot sizing, stop loss, and take profit. The research concludes that the integration of Percentage Risk Money Management with the Supertrend and RSI indicators within an EA is an effective approach for automating USD/SGD trading, offering practical contributions to systematic risk management and academic contributions to the development of algorithmic trading systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi Expert Advisor (EA) yang menggabungkan indikator Relative Strength Index (RSI) dan Smoothed Moving Average (SMMA) untuk mendukung aktivitas perdagangan otomatis pada indeks US100 dengan menggunakan akun standar broker FXTM. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah tingginya volatilitas US100 yang menyebabkan sinyal trading menjadi kurang akurat apabila parameter indikator menggunakan pengaturan default. Oleh karena itu, optimasi parameter dilakukan melalui metode grid search pada fitur Strategy Tester di MetaTrader 5 dengan menggunakan data historis selama lima tahun (Juli 2020–Juli 2025). Optimasi difokuskan pada periode RSI, level ambang RSI, serta periode SMMA. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan melalui backtesting dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian real-time untuk menilai tingkat kestabilan serta ketahanan strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan parameter yang telah dioptimasi mampu meningkatkan akurasi sinyal, rasio profitabilitas, dan efektivitas pengelolaan risiko dibandingkan parameter standar. EA terbukti lebih responsif dalam mengikuti arah tren, mengurangi kemunculan sinyal palsu pada kondisi volatil, serta menampilkan kinerja yang lebih konsisten pada kondisi pasar yang sedang tren maupun bergerak menyamping. Meski demikian, performa EA masih dipengaruhi oleh lonjakan volatilitas ekstrem sehingga memerlukan optimasi ulang secara berkala agar tetap relevan dalam kondisi pasar nyata. Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan perancangan dan evaluasi kinerja Sistem Perdagangan Otomatis (Expert Advisor) yang terintegrasi dengan kombinasi indikator teknikal Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) dan Stochastic Oscillator pada instrumen Indeks NASDAQ-100 (US100). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Spiral Model, yang memungkinkan pengembangan iteratif serta validasi kinerja yang terstruktur. Strategi Swing Trading diterapkan pada kerangka waktu H1 dan H4, dengan pengujian yang melibatkan backtesting (2022–2025) dan real-time testing (Mei–Juni 2025). Hasil evaluasi kinerja membuktikan robustness sistem yang superior, ditandai dengan Win Rate konsisten di atas 94% dan Maximal Drawdown (MDD) yang sangat terkendali, berkisar antara 0.51% hingga 0.82% dari saldo awal. Analisis statistik menggunakan Uji-T Sampel Independen mengonfirmasi bahwa Profit per transaksi tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara lingkungan simulasi dan pasar aktual ( ρ> 0.05). Namun, terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan pada variabel Balance (ρ < 0.001), yang mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja akumulasi modal sangat sensitif terhadap variabel eksekusi pasar live seperti slippage dan spread yang berfluktuasi.
