Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered community activities, including in terms of public services, including in the field of Immigration. Tangerang Immigration Office made a breakthrough during the Covid-19 pandemic by creating the Tangerang Online Service Immigration Application (SITANOS), a website-based application. The SITANOS application provides various immigration services. In running an application, it is necessary to know how satisfied the application users are by looking at the level of user satisfaction. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the SITANOS application. The method used is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The data processing results shown in the T-Statistics test found in the five hypotheses that ned, two variables were accepted: Accuracy and Ease of Use. At the same time, the three variables rejected variables, Format, and Timeliness. These results indicate that, in practice, the level of accuracy and ease of use in the application is good. However, in terms of the completeness of the content (Content), the display provided (Format), and the timeliness of presenting information (Timeliness) must be further improved and redeveloped so that people feel satisfied with using the SITANOS application.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Immigration issued a decree regarding the Social Media Management Guidelines for the Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: IMI-0002-HH.01.01 of 2022 which contains guidelines for standardizing immigration public information that can be published by all immigration office in Indonesia. This research focuses on the use of social media used by the Bandung Immigration Office to disseminate immigration information, namely Instagram and YouTube. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the directorate general of immigration's social media in disseminating information through social media and recommendations for optimizing Instagram and YouTube social media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study found that the Bandung immigration office's Instagram and YouTube social media were considered not optimal in implementing the guidelines, there were still deficiencies such as account names that did not comply with the guidelines, color templates used in content, fonts that still adjusted to the uploaded content.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the public to follow the sophistication of technological developments, including activities in government public services.The website is one of the media that utilizes the internet and is used in disseminating information to the public. This study aims to determine the suitability of the Bekasi Immigration Office website with the standardization of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' website and to obtain a website service quality value using the webqual 4.0 and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) methods. The method used in this study is to do a qualitative and quantitative approach. The standardization of Kemenkumham pages consists of domain naming, display standards, accessibility, information interoperability, social media accounts and search engine optimization, in conjunction with webqual 4.0 method, there are three research variables, namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. There are 100 respondents in the study. Results of the research, there are six categories of suitability for standardization that have not been fulfilled on the Kanim Bekasi website. Meanwhile website correlation index is good and the results of the IPA Cartesian diagram still have top priority indicators whose performance has not been maximized and it is necessary to improve each category and indicator which is deemed not sufficient to meet the expectations or interests of users.
