Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the regional development sector on the human development index in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. This research was conducted at the Government Agencies in the North Hulu Sungai Regency. This research sample numbered 114 people by using the Proportional Strativied Random Sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity and reliability using the product moment correlation formula from Pearson and Croncbach.s alpha. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are bivariate analysis (Pearson product moment correlation) and linear regression analysis (partial and simultaneous). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Regional Development Sector on the Human Development Index, both partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Regional Develovement, Human Develovement Index Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sektor pembangunan daerah terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Instansi-instansi Pemerintah kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Sampel penelitan ini berjumlah 114 orang dengan mengggunakan metode Proportional Strativied Random Sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dan reabilitas menggunakan formula corelation product moment dari pearson dan croncbach.s alpha. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis bivariat (korelation product moment pearson) dan analisis regresi linear (partial dan simultan). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil simpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Sektor Pembangunan Daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Pembangunan Daerah, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and motivation on employee performance at  BUMDes  of  the  people  of  Sebamban  Baru village, Tanah  bumbu  Regency.  This multiple linear regression equation is Y = a + b1 x1 + b2 x2 + e. The conclusion of this study is the regression equation Y = 17,870 + 399 x1 + 413x2 And the t test results show that workload and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of BUMDes Rakat Mufakat employees. Which is shown t count X1 = 911 < t table 2.052. It is proven that the null hypothesis (H0). Which states that workload variables affect employee performance at BUMDes Rakat Mufakat. While t count X2 = 2.402> 2.052 which states that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. As for the f test, the calculation result of f count is 6,919 with a significance level of 0.04 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that simultaneously the effect between variable X and variable Y the amount of influence given by workload and motivation on the performance of BUMDes Rakat Mufakat employees is 33.9% and the remaining 66.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Rapid urbanization in major cities has put great pressure on natural resources, leading to environmental degradation, reduced green space, and increased pollution and carbon emissions. This process led to a major change in the way societies managed natural resources, affecting their quality and availability. This study explores the influence of socio-political changes on urban natural resource management, with a focus on social dynamics, government policies, and the role of civil society and the private sector. The findings show that the imbalance between urban development and the preservation of natural resources often fuels conflict, while adaptive policies, green technologies, and nature-based approaches can be solutions to reduce environmental impacts. The study also identified that community participation and collaboration between sectors are essential to address the challenges of sustainable natural resource management. This collaboration will improve the efficiency of resource use and reduce negative impacts on the environment, ensuring the sustainability of natural resources for the future.
