Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Central Market of Sengkang City, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques use are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research is a many as 77 traders at the Central Market of Sengkang City who have used an online shop to market product. The data obtained from research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of validity and reliability. Tebuk descriptive data analysisi and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that the indicators used in each of these variabels show that the online shop variabel and the level of sales at the Central Sengkang Market, Wajo Regency have a significant influence. Online shop with a strong sales level. And the coefitient of determination R test was obtained at 0,345 which means that the influence of the online shop on the level of product sales at the Sengkang Central Market, Wajo Regency, obtained value of 34,5%, while the remaining 65,5% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The economic crisis is a complex phenomenon that has the potential to shake the social and economic stability of society, especially vulnerable groups. This study aims to analyze the level of socioeconomic resilience of vulnerable communities in Makassar City in facing the impact of the economic crisis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results show that the level of socioeconomic resilience of vulnerable communities in Makassar City varies, influenced by factors such as income level, education, access to public services, and the strength of social networks. The economic crisis tends to worsen the socioeconomic conditions of vulnerable groups. However, several adaptation strategies such as livelihood diversification through strengthening the MSME sector, improving the quality of education and health, saving expenses, and social support have been proven to help increase their resilience. These findings provide important implications for the government in formulating more responsive and sustainable public policies to strengthen the socioeconomic resilience of vulnerable communities in facing future economic crises.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transformation that occurred at the Ballaparang Community Health Center, Rappocini District, Makassar City and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the transformation carried out during the service at the Ballaparang Community Health Center. Transformation has occurred at the Ballaparang Community Health Center, the transformation was carried out in the administrative services section of the Community Health Center in the form of a transformation from manual services to technology-based services. The location of this research was carried out at the Ballaparang Community Health Center, Rappocini District, Makassar City, with the consideration that the Ballaparang Community Health Center has carried out a transformation of administrative services. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, meaning that this study is based on data taken from interviews with informants, field notes and documentation (official documents). Then it will be described or described according to the data obtained during interviews with informants. The results of this study are that the Ballaparang Community Health Center has carried out a transformation of administrative services in the form of using applications by utilizing computers or laptops to accommodate patient data who come to check their health, in addition the Community Health Center has also provided online registration for people who want to come to the Community Health Center. The community also felt satisfied with this latest service even though initially patients were still confused with the new system used by the Ballaparang Community Health Center.
