Abstract

Micro,small and medium enterprises(MSMEs)are one of the economic entities whose exsistence continues to be encouraged by the government,because they ‘can absorb labor,can reduce unemloyment and also increase people’income.port of cape morawa sub-district.this research uses a descriptive method,namely a case study that produces descriptive date set forth in words.the date collection technique in this study was carried out through a process of direct interviews with predetermined key informants.this research was carried out in the village of bandar labuhan ,which produces and market oyster mushrooms in Tanjung Morawa district,this research is a descriptive research that aims to determine the marketing strategy.this study was analyzed using SWOT analysis.technical data analysis was carried out simultaneously starting from the process of data reduction,data presentation to verification or drawing conclussions.The result of the study show that the Oyster MushroomBusiness Product Marketing Strategy,which belongs to this home owned business,has a focus on marketing to increase revvenue for the resulting Oyster Mushroom product,starting at the level of product quality,price,promotion and product distribution

Abstract

This paper aims to identify and explain the influence of social media and customer satisfaction to increase sales results. Entrepreneurship is a creative endeavor based on innovation to produce something new and have added value as well as provide the benefits of creating jobs and the results are useful for many people. In this modern era, the internet has almost become everyone’s primary need, social media has become a medium to create a new phenomenon in the world of economy. The method used is explanatory quantitative research, that entrepreneurs are expected to think creatively and innovatively that the influence of social media and customer satisfaction has an effect on entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this product innovation is to increase the income of Oyster Mushroom Cultivating UMKM in Bandar Labuhan Village, Tanjung Morawa District, this product innovation activity is very influential for UMKM due to an increase in income during the innovation of processed food products made from oyster mushrooms. There are many benefits in oyster mushrooms so that many people enjoy this preparation. The preparation is called “TORTILLA AYAM JAMUR”. Chicken Mushroom Tortilla has a taste that has been innovated from the taste of eastern food to Indonesian food. Mushroom Chicken Tortillas are not marketed anywhere yet so that makes this product the only one available. The methods used in this activity are: (1) Collection of problems faced by the owner (2) Finding the best solution for the situation at hand (3) Providing suggestions for innovating processed products from oyster mushrooms to increase income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of job training, job communication and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Social Service Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the Serdang Bedagai District Social Service, totaling 58 people. In research sampling using saturated samples. Then this sampling is based on the total population, namely 58 people with a saturated sample/sampling quota. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, questionnaires and questionnaires with data measurement scale Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability and classical assumptions. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the t test show that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that job training, job communication and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance at the Serdang Bedagai District Social Service with Fcount (39.948) > Ftable (2.77), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.689, this means that 68.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables while the rest (100% - 68.9% = 21.1%) is explained by other variables outside the variables explained.
