Abstract

Early childhood is a golden age in child development, where all aspects of existing development can be easily absorbed or stimulated by children. Thus PKBM Abdi Pertiwi can improve performance and can make good decisions to support this Playgroup organizing program. The research objective of this program is to assess the success of the activities carried out specifically and see the benefits of the program's activities in this Playgroup. The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on the CIPP Program Evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product Evaluation). The result is that PKBM Abdi Pertiwi can improve performance and can make good decisions to support the Playgroup program in the following years so that it can run effectively and efficiently with maximum results.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelayanan publik yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah daerah merupakan inti dari fungsi pemerintahan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Pelayanan ini mencakup berbagai sektor seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, administrasi kependudukan, transportasi, dan infrastruktur. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pelayanan publik sebagai bentuk implementasi otonomi daerah dan desentralisasi, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat. Faktor-faktor seperti kapasitas sumber daya manusia, penggunaan teknologi, dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengawasan layanan publik menjadi penentu utama keberhasilan pelayanan tersebut. Melalui kajian kasus dan analisis kebijakan, artikel ini identifikasi tantangan utama dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, termasuk birokrasi yang kompleks, kurangnya koordinasi antarinstansi, dan pembatasan anggaran. Ditekankan pula pentingnya inovasi dan reformasi dalam sistem pelayanan publik guna memastikan tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Kata Kunci: pelayanan publik, pemerintah daerah, masyarakat, kualitas. ABSTRACT Public services provided by regional governments are the core of government functions in meeting community needs. These services cover various sectors such as education, health, population administration, transportation and infrastructure. This article discusses the importance of public services as a form of implementing regional autonomy and decentralization, which aims to increase efficiency, transparency and accountability in providing services to the community. Factors such as human resource capacity, use of technology, and community involvement in monitoring public services are the main determinants of the success of these services. Through case studies and policy analysis, this article identifies the main challenges in the delivery of public services, including complex bureaucracy, lack of coordination between agencies, and budget constraints. The importance of innovation and reform in the public service system was also emphasized to ensure the achievement of good governance and improving the quality of life of the community. Keywords: public services, regional government, community, quality.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven changes in economic activities, including in the practice of buying and selling which can now be done online. Online buying and selling provides convenience for the community, but also raises concerns about its validity and permissibility in the eyes of Islam. This study aims to examine online buying and selling based on the perspective of Islamic law, with a qualitative approach through literature study. The results of the study indicate that online buying and selling can be categorized as valid and permissive as long as it meets the pillars and conditions of the contract that have been set in Islamic law, such as clarity of the object of the transaction, agreement between both parties, and does not contain elements of gharar, fraud, or usury. This study confirms that the basic principles of muamalah in Islam provide room for transaction innovation as long as it is based on the values ​​of justice and transparency. Therefore, online buying and selling is permitted as long as it does not conflict with the principles of Islamic law.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of the Microsoft Mathematics application in mathematics learning. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research summarizes the findings of four related articles. The research results show that the use of Microsoft Mathematics in mathematics learning can facilitate student understanding, simplify complex concepts, encourage independent learning, improve critical thinking skills, and assist in problem solving. The implication of this research is that the use of Microsoft Mathematics in mathematics education can provide significant benefits for student learning outcomes

Abstract

The aim of this Systematic Literature Review research is to find a way that can help overcome the problems faced and identify different points of view regarding the problem being researched and reveal theories that are relevant to the problems in the research. The research method used is literature study. Electronic databases used by researchers include Google Scholar, Garuda. Next, all articles are extracted and only articles that are relevant and meet the inclusion criteria will be analyzed. The results of the research suggest that the main type of error in mathematical proof is conceptualization error. Students do not understand the meaning of the questions due to a lack of basic understanding and lack of literacy to understand the meaning of the questions given. This must be explored further to strengthen understanding of concepts and mastery of techniques and strategies in mathematical proof.
