Abstract

This study aims to determine how Brand Image and Brand Association influence Purchase Intention. The method of research employed is quantitative research. As a sampling strategy for this study, a target sample of 300 individuals was chosen. The subjects of this study are Indonesian Weddingku Marketplace users. In this study, multiple regression analysis is employed as an analytical method. Analysis of the data indicates that Brand Image and Brand Association have a substantial impact on Purchase Intention. This research provides positive information to Marketplace Weddingku and other companies seeking information on the influence of Brand Image and Brand Association variables on Purchase Intention, as well as recommendations for company leaders in the formulation of future policies based on the research's conclusions and suggestions.

Abstract

Along with the increase in population in Tanjungpinang City, it also has an impact on the environment that is polluted by household waste that is left to accumulate in landfills and is not properly processed. Even though the waste can be processed or resold and can generate an economy that will help improve the standard of living of the community. Community service activities carried out in the form of helping to provide socialization and training on how to manage household waste into materials of economic value and practice how to form a Waste Bank unit so that the community can be independent in processing waste and become a means of saving by using waste so that people are more motivated to maintain cleanliness. The method used in this service is the PAR method where we help invite the community to actively participate in solving the problems faced, namely waste, and the results of this study are that the community in rt.3 rw.3 kelurahan tanjung ayun sakti, tanjungpinang managed to create a waste bank unit and can maximize household waste into rupiah coffers, and it is hoped that the role of the government will also help support the development of this Waste Bank.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Performance Effectiveness of City Batang Officials through purchases at the One-Door Integrated Capital Investment Office of Bintan Regency. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, these studies are the 5 people who carry out procedures for procuring goods for services consisting of UKPBJ, Pokja, PPBJ, PPK and PPHP. Researchers use data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. From the research results that can show that the Performance Effectiveness of Service Goods Acquisition Officials at the Servant Capital Planting Service One Door of Bintan Regency, if seen from the whole, is already felt. These results can be seen from quality, quality, time, cost, servant orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline and cooperation
