Abstract

The purpose this research are how concept of superior human resource? What strategies can be taken? And why should workforce be superior human resources? Thi research is qualitative wih phenomenological approach. Subject in this research are workforce in industry area at Mojokerto district. For get result of research good quality, this research was carried out for one year. The result of research show that concept of superior human resource are human with eight attitude and behavioral of superior human resources. They are 1) breaking the rule, 2) get started and make a change, 3) create creativity, 4) become a reliable source of information within the unit or company, 5) create innovation, 6) direct others, 7) give inspiration, 8) motivate other work force. Workforce can do some strategies to be superior human resource. They are 1) maintain health, 2) work with health protocol, 3) do company rules, 4) achieve productivity according to company standards, 5) training or education, 6) always want to learn, 7) can find side job. In order to workforce can survive and maintained by company in pandemic and digital era  like this, workforce need to become superior human resource. Superior human resource can value added themselves and they have high competitive power

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Restaurant Tax, Parking Tax, and Street Lighting Tax on Regional Original Income of Madiun City in 2014-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data that is time series from 2014 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption test, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and test the coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics program. The results showed that: (1) Restaurant Tax (X1) partially had no significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Income (PAD) in 2014-2020. Restaurant tax t count < t table where 0.129 < 2.776 with a significant 0.906 > 0.05; (2) Parking Tax (X2) partially has no significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) in 2014-2020. Parking tax t count < t table where 0.266 < 2.776 with a significance of 0.807 > 0.05; (3) Street Lighting Tax partially has a significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) in 2014- 2020. The value of t-count Street Lighting Tax > t table where 5.783 > 2.776 with a significant 0.010 < 0.05; (4) Restaurant Tax (X1), Parking Tax (X2), Street Lighting Tax (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) in 2014-2020. The calculated F value > F table (41.685 > 5.14) where the significance value is 0.006 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of review content, product quality, and lifestyle on students' interest in using local products fashion. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Merdeka Madiun University, users of local products fashion. The sample size in this study was 152 people. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that the content review variable partially had a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, product quality variables partially has a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, lifestyle variables partially have a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, and simultaneously the review content variables, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of Inventory Management and Total Quality Management on the Operational Performance of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Poerwodadie The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The data was obtained from primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to the employees of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Poerwodadie. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that the independent variable Inventory Management has a coefficient of 7.037, while the independent variable Total Quality Management has a coefficient of 9.012. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Inventory Management and Total Quality Management have a significant positive influence on the Operational Performance of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Poerwodadie.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, product quality, and call to action on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetic products among Generation Z. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are consumers of Hanasui cosmetic products from Generation Z, with data analysis using multiple linear regression and F test. The results showed that price perception did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a p-value of 0.000 which was smaller than 0.05, while call to action also had a significant effect with a p-value of 0.036. Simultaneously, price perception, product quality, and call to action had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a p-value of 0.000 and F count of 32.646 which was greater than F table 2.699. The conclusion of this study is that product quality and call to action are factors that have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetic products among Generation Z, while price perception has no significant effect. Researchers suggest improving product quality and call to action strategies in marketing to attract further consumer interest.
