Abstract

Higher education institutions such as universities in the era of technology and information required to improve services in the field of education by using information technology quickly and precisely, so the college can improve its performance. Especially in terms of services in the academic field and as motivate colleges to transform the structure and strategy of development of educational facilities and prerequisites in order to become a superior higher education institutions, making progress, able to compete and trusted by stackholder.The purpose of this study were (1) To analyze the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variable partially on student satisfaction of library service user of Universitas Merdeka Madiun. (2) To analyze the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variable simultaneously toward student satisfaction of library service user of Universitas Merdeka Madiun. The result of research show that (1) Tangible partially affect the satisfaction of students of central library user of Universitas Merdeka Madiun. (3) Partial responsiveness affects student satisfaction of library user of University of Merdeka Madiun University (4) Assurance partially has no effect on student satisfaction of library user of University of Merdeka Madiun. (5) Emphaty partially affect student satisfaction of library user of University of Merdeka Madiun and (6) Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty simultaneously influence student satisfaction of library user of University of Merdeka Madiun. Abstract

Abstract— The research objective to analyzes  the contribution of the primary and secondary sectors to the GRDP of Madiun Regency, analyzes the direction of the relationship between the primary and secondary sectors toward economic growth and analyzes the effect of the contribution of the primary and secondary sectors on the economic growth of Madiun Regency in 2014 - 2018. The data used in this study are (1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) aggregate primary and secondary sectors/sub-sectors is the total value added (products) generated by various primary and secondary sectors/sub-sectors  which has carried out business or activities in an area without regard to the selection of production factors for the data of 2014 - 2018 (2) GRDP based on the prevailing prices of the primary sector and the secondary sector of Madiun Regency based on the field of business data in 2014 - 2018. Research results that (1) The contribution of the primary sector which contributed the first is the agriculture, forestry and fisheries category, followed by mining and quarrying in Madiun Regency. (2) The contribution of the secondary sector which contributed the first is the construction category, followed by the processing industry, water supply and the lowest is electricity, gas procurement in Madiun Regency. (3) The direction of relations of each sector is positive. (4) Partially, each sector does not significantly influence the rate of economic growth in Madiun Regency. (6) Simultaneously the primary and secondary sectors have a significant effect on economic growth variables in Madiun Regency in 2014-2018. Keywords—: Primary Sector; Secondary Sector; Economic Growth; Madiun Regency.

Abstract

Abstract— The existence of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun as a distributor must be used as the spearhead of the marketing of Semen Gresik products by increasing consumer buying interest. This study aims to determine the partially and simultaneously influence of price, promotion and distribution channels on consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun and the variables that have a dominant influence on consumer buying interest in this products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun. The population in this study were all distributor channels in PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun in 2020, totaling 137 distributors. The sample in this study was 102 distributors whose size was determined by the Slovin formula. Sampling using random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability test, classical assumption test,  coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using t test, F test and standardized coefficients test. The results of the study are: 1) Price, promotion and distribution channels variables partially influences consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun, 2) Price, promotion and distribution channels variables simultaneously influences consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun, 3) Promotion is a variable that has a dominant influence on consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun. Keywords—: Price; Promotion; Distribution Channels; Buying Interes.

Abstract

The goals of its research was to decide the impact of Regional Financial Independence (KKD), the effect of Fiscal Decentralization (DF), the effect of PAD Effectiveness, also Regional Financial Efficiency (EKD) to Capital Expenditures (BM) partially and generally. The study data derive the Regency and City APBD in the Madiun Bakorwil 2014-2019, namely Madiun Regency, Magetan Regency, Ngawi Regency, Ponorogo Regency, Pacitan Regency, also Madiun City. The method of data analysis used multiple regression by SPSS V-20. The output indicated that KKD had an effect on BM, DF had an effect on BM, PAD Effectiveness had no effect on BM, EKD had an effect on Capital Expenditures. The adjusted R 2 value is 0.408, meaning that the influence of the KKD, DF, PAD Efficiency and KD Effectiveness variables on Capital Expenditures is 41% while the residual 59% is affected by outside of other variables not checked in this research.

Abstract

Abstract— The number of MSMEs in Indonesia as of 2016 was 57,895,721 units with a contribution of GDP of 60.34% and absorbing employment of 96.99% with the dominance of micro-enterprises at 98.77% (Barnas, 2016). Behind its large contribution to GDP, MSMEs can be a pillar of a strong economy, but face a pile of obstacles. The problems faced in general and nationally are still around the low quality and standardization of products, low capability and quality of human resources, low ability to improve access to finance, less and minimal product innovation touched by technology, difficult regulation and licensing, difficulties in wider market access and many other obstacles. This was also experienced by SMEs in Glonggong Village, Dolopo Subdistrict, Madiun Regency, where in this village was the center of Tempe Chips craftsmen. Priority there are 3 (three) basic problems faced, namely limited product marketing, Performance Products (product display) that are still very simple, not having a product identity (brand) and capital (not bankable). the solution offered is in the form of socializing the importance of the brand as a product identity, training in the preparation of simple financial reports for MSMEs and strategies to penetrate the broader market through packaging innovation.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this society dedication activity is to prepare young prospective researchers to produce research that can be utilized by the wider community and poured in the form of scientific papers. This young prospective researcher who will produce new findings in solving problems and meeting the needs of society. This activity is in the form of mentoring and guidance to students of madrasah tsanawiyah seventh grade and eighth grade of excellent classes. Excellent classes are considered capable of being given higher knowledge. The activity was carried out for four months at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Magetan. The result of this activity is that students get research ideas and can compile research reports in the form of scientific papers. From each of the classes that got the research idea about seven to eight children, and students' ability to draft proposals averaged 72.5 percent. This shows that madrasah students able to produce innovations in the future.

Abstract

Its research intend  to determine whether local revenue (PAD), balancing funds (DP), & capital goods expenditures (BM) to the financial performance (KKPD) from city/district in Regional Coordination Agency (Bakorwil) Madiun, East Java, Indonesia partially and simultaneously. The purposive sampling method used forMadiun Regency, Magetan Regency, Ngawi Regency, Ponorogo Regency, and Madiun City  for 5 years (2014-2019). The regression analysis used with SPSS program. This study conclude (1) local-generated revenue has no impact on the financial performance from districts/city at Bakorwil Madiun; (2) Balancing funds influence the financial performance from districts/city at Bakorwil Madiun; (3) Capital expenditures influence the financial performance of districts/city at Bakorwil Madiun; (4) Generally, local revenue, balancing funds, & capital expenditures have an impact to the financial performance of city/districts in Bakorwil Madiun.

Abstract

Employee morale is highly dependent on the state of the work environment. The level of employee morale individually will be different depending on each employee's perception of his work. This study aims (1) Does motivation partially affect work morale at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. (2) Does communication partially affect work morale at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. (3) Does the work environment partially affect morale? work at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. (4) Do motivation, communication, and work environment simultaneously affect the morale at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. The population in this study were employees of PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun during the study period. The sample size in this study amounted to 50 people. The method used in sampling is saturated sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results showed that (1) Partially, motivation had no effect on morale at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. (2) Partially, communication has no effect on morale at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. (3) Partially the work environment affects the morale of PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun. (4) Simultaneously, motivation, communication, and work environment affect work morale at PT Global Kontruksi Prakasa Madiun.

Abstract

Competence and skills of students must continue to be honed in order to further develop and be competitive. In addition, their competitive spirit must also be grown so that their spirit of achievement will automatically emerge and be able to compete at the national level. Through this training, it is hoped that students will be able to develop their competence and grow their competitive spirit. This training is carried out by enriching social science questions and motivating students by informing them of the benefits that will be obtained in achieving. This training activity was attended by Grade 9 Social Sciences students with great enthusiasm. This can be seen from the results of their learning evaluation showing that most of the scores obtained were very satisfying. In addition, it can be seen from the way students pay attention and their activeness in class.

Abstract

Perkembangan dapat menyebabkan perubahan di berbagai bidang, diantaranya di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti konsumsi yang ada di masyarakat dan belanja masyarakat. Saat ini E-commerce menjadi pilihan yang digemari banyak orang karena terdapat berbagai macam fitur serta kemudahannya, sehingga masyarakat lebih menyukai belanja secara online. Pihak produsen, penjual maupun konsumen sangat diuntungkan dengan adanya E-commerce. Salah satu online store/belanja online yang menarik perhatian para konsumen saat ini adalah Sociolla. Sociolla merupakan E-commerce di Indonesia yang telah berkembang menjadi sebuah perusahaan besar bernama PT Social Bella Indonesia dengan tampilan awal yang disuguhkan kepada pembeli/calon pembeli ketika mengakses web yaitu berupa Website design Quality yang memiliki kemudahan untuk akses, transaksi, informasi web dan juga kecepatan dalam akses web. E-Service Quality Sociolla sangat berkualitas , komprehensif dan juga memiliki integritas karena indikator yang relevan dan juga menyeluruh sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas jasa elektronik. Pengelaman mengenai kualitas layanan. Konsumen yang pernah membeli produk di E-commerce Sociolla mereview atau memberikan ulasan mengenai kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh pihak penjual dan kualitas dari produk yang dibeli sehingga calon konsumen yang akan membeli produk yang sama dapat mendapatkan informasi dengan menggunakan fitur customer review.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan hipotesis pengaruh Website Design Quality (X1), E-Service Quality (X2), dan Online Customer Review (X3) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada E-commerce Sociolla. Hasil penelitian secara parsial dan simultan membuktikan bahwa Website Design Quality (X1), E-Service Quality (X2), Online Customer Review (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada E-commerce Sociolla dan variabel Online Customer review berpengaruh dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada E-commerce Sociolla.
