Abstract

Artikel ini mereview faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yakni: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang dijadikan variabel intervening, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kedisiplinan kerja, beban kerja, dan budaya organsiasi. Kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia pada pegawai SMK Santo Aloisius Ruteng. Artikel ini ditulis guna merancang hipotesis yang memengaruhi antarvariabel agar bisa dipergunakan untuk kajian berikutnya. Hasil kajian ini, yaitu: 1) Kepuasan kerja memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi OCB; 2) Komitmen Organisasi memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi OCB;3) Kedisiplinan Kerja memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi OCB; 4) Budaya Organisasi memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi OCB; 5) Beban kerja memengaruhi negatif dan krusial bagi OCB; 6) OCB memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi kinerja karyawan; 7) Kepuasan kerja memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi kinerja karyawan. 8) Budaya organisasi memengaruhi positif dan krusial bagi kinerja pegawai. 9) OCB dapat memediasi kepuasan kerja yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. 10) OCB dapat memediasi budaya organisasi yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The ethics of ‘homage’ and its practice in the Chinese tradition is centered around the ethics of the family, but in Indonesia it might have been tainted by the ideological and political interests of the exploitating rulers. As a consequence, the various ethical-familial dimensions of a noble homage-ethics could have been manipulated as well and become a means for subtle ideological-religious oppresion. The political-ideological content of homage-ethics that has been deviated into ideological homage needs to be shown to the Chinese people in Indonesia, so that they may respond critically to the homage-tyranny that creates the slave mentality, which sometimes is tucked into the collective unconsciousness. The exploitating homage ideology in the Chinese culture might be replaced with Jesus Christ’s ‘homage theology’, which is liberating and transforming. The perfect homage act of Christ on the cross is theocentric, but it brings the grace of redemption with its total and transcendental implication, and it has the power to give birth to a ‘new human being’ free from interhuman exploitation, idolatry, immorality, and injustice.

Abstract

This article reviews the factors that affect the productivity of employee work, namely: Work-Life Balance (WLB) which is used as a mediating variable, Work From Home (WFH), Information Technology (IT), and Work Flexibility. The study is literature review research. The literature review is a comprehensive summary of previous research on a topic. According to the theory, the appropriate article and its discussion can be seen that some studies support the thought of the research hypothesis of this study while some do not. From the hypothesis determined, there is no research conducted to determine whether WFH, IT, and WLB together can affect work productivity through WLB. Therefore, future research especially quantitative research needs to be conducted to prove the theory.
