Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of information technology, work environment, work motivation, OCB, and social support on employee performance moderated by social support at the TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute. This research uses a quantitative survey. The population and sample in this research consists of 61 people. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods of this research are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data are analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the inferential statistical analysis shows that information technology has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and OCB has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the moderation test shows that social support is able to moderate information technology on employee performance, social support does not moderate the effect of the work environment on employee performance, social support moderates the effect of motivation on employee performance and social support moderates the effect of OCB on employee performance.

Abstract

Platform media sosial memungkinkan merek dan perusahaan untuk berinteraksi dengan konsumen di saluran yang mereka pilih, kapan pun dan kapan pun mereka mau. Streaming langsung adalah salah satu aspek media yang dikembangkan organisasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Penelitian kami terhadap 96 pengguna fungsi streaming langsung mengungkapkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik pada variabel Niat Beli dan Akuisisi Pelanggan. Hipotesis dan kerangka teoretis kami didukung oleh temuan penelitian ini. Keterlibatan pelanggan dalam sesi streaming langsung dapat memengaruhi niat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian karena penjual mendorong produk berdasarkan permintaan pelanggan. Dengan kata lain, pelanggan yang secara aktif berpartisipasi atau berkontribusisesi promosi streaming langsung lebih puas dan akhirnya berpengaruh pada niat pembelian. Aktivitas keterlibatan pelanggan adalah strategi untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru atau menciptakan akuisisi pelanggan.

Abstract

This article discuss why and how financial literacy education is very important for students. Inculcating the value of financial literacy in students will greatly affect the understanding and knowledge of financial literacy and also the level of welfare in the future. The role of schools is also very important in providing knowledge about literacy education to students. The cognitive nature of students who are still concrete and are still in the development stage is very effective in instilling the value of financial literacy, with the aim that students who get the PIP (Smart Indonesia Program) scholarship should be able to manage their finances properly, according to their needs and needs as students. The current situation of students who tend to make purchases without paying attention to financial principles so that it can result in irrational buying of their needs. It is necessary to develop a learning design that embraces the dimensions of knowledge and understanding, skills and attitudes regarding financial literacy which will ultimately produce learning objectives and outcomes for the improvement of students' understanding for the future.

Abstract

A child from an early age should have been taught and accustomed to saving money by his parents at home. This will help his future, especially when he grows up, he becomes good at managing finances for needs, savings and wants. A student's knowledge of finance is very important because it will help him manage the money he has as well as possible for daily needs without any difficulties at certain times. This study will analyze the influence of two independent variables, namely financial attitude and financial behavior, on the level of financial literacy of students in Kupang City. The study involved a sample of 100 students from Kupang City who filled out a Google form, which was then used to collect data. Responses to incoming questionnaires will be processed using a statistical program, namely SPSS.26. Analysis of the study data revealed that, while financial behavior did not significantly affect students' financial literacy, financial attitudes had a considerable impact. The results of the concurrent assessment show a strong correlation between students' attitudes and financial behavior, which ultimately has a significant impact on the overall level of students' financial literacy in Kupang City. This result certainly means that students really need to be equipped with knowledge about financial literacy which is very useful for the future in front of them. Good financial knowledge will determine good financial decisions as well.

Abstract

The urgency of the research is that there is a problem of employee competence at the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province, which based on the results of the assessment is stated to be lacking, so that the purpose of this study is to determine the description of employee performance, employee competence, work design, employee personality, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, work environment, employee loyalty, employee commitment and work discipline at the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province in order to support the achievement of targets and work objectives that have been set. As well as analyzing the significance of variables that affect employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The research sample was employees at the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province, totaling 53 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS application. Based on the results of this study, it can be contributed to the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province to improve employee competence, work design, employee personality, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, work environment, employee loyalty, employee commitment and work discipline in order to support the improvement of employee performance to a very good level.

Abstract

Previous studies or appropriate studies play an important role in literature reviews or other researchers who examine the influence of variables or other factors involved in influencing a variable. This study reviews the literature review related to what factors influence motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, such as taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, tax sanctions and tax amnesty, or motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The writing of this article aims to create hypotheses that influence each variable so that they can be used for further studies. The results obtained are that taxpayer awareness has a positive or important effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, taxpayer knowledge has a positive or important effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions have a positive or important effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, and tax amnesty has a positive or important effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The achievement of a lecturer in research and publication is the main benchmark that illustrates the professionalism of lecturers as scientists, so an analysis is needed related to variables that affect lecturer productivity. This type of research is quantitative research and the data is analyzed by statistical methods. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The hypothesis built is that leadership, work environment and organizational culture each have a positive and significant effect on productivity with motivation acting as moderation. The results of inferential statistical tests of the effect of leadership on productivity, the effect of the work environment on productivity, the effect of organizational culture on productivity, the t-statistic test values are all greater than the t-table value of 1.96, with the alpha level value of all variables below 5%. The results of inferential statistical tests of the role of motivation moderating leadership and organizational culture on productivity obtained a t-statistic value smaller than the t-table value of 1.96 as well as the P Value of the two variables greater than the value of the alpha level of 5%. Motivation moderates the work environment on productivity obtained t-statistic test results greater than the t-table 1.96 with an alpha level value below 5%. The results showed leadership, work environment, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on productivity. The role of motivation cannot moderate leadership and organizational culture on productivity and the role of motivation can moderate the work environment on productivity.

Abstract

At the Higher Education Service Institution Region XV Kupang, the purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the employee performance and the function of job satisfaction as an intervening variable among the factors that influence it. The sampling technique consisted of a census of 57 Higher Education Service Institution Region XV Kupang employee respondents. This form of research falls under the category of Quantitative research, uses primary and secondary data, and employs descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis for data analysis. The results of inferential statistical testing indicate that Employee Placement, Work Motivation, and Work Environment have a significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction; that employee Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; and that employee Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Employee Placement, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on employee performance at the Higher Education Service Institution Region XV Kupang.Employee Job Satisfaction is influenced by variables other than Employee Placement, Work Motivation, and Work Environment to the extent of 88.1%. Employee Placement, Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction influence Employee Performance by 93.8%, while the remaining 6.2% is influenced by variables not included in this model.

Abstract

This literature study on the Application of the Activity Based Costing Method aims to examine the application and benefits of using the Activity Based Costing method in calculating laboratory inspection service rates. From the results of previous research, applying the Activity Base Costing method can produce more accurate cost information and can avoid cost distortions, so that it can help control operations, control costs and provide information for the hospital or clinic budget process. This research uses the method descriptive and literature review by identifying 8 articles that examine the application of the Activity Base Costing method in calculating laboratory and radiology examination service rates in the 2016 – 2023 range. The results show that the Activity Based Costing method can be applied to calculate the tariff for laboratory examination services and is able to increase accuracy, providing relevant cost information in setting rates for examination services in laboratories and radiology, can improve cost control and allocate indirect costs accurately, and identify activity costs properly and can increase operational efficiency in laboratory and radiology units. To apply the Activity Based Costing method , accuracy and precision are needed in identifying activities, accuracy and accuracy in determining the amount of drive costs and pool costs and requires sufficient time to be able to apply the Activity Based Costing method to obtain accurate results.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of village expenditure on the Human Development Index in 21 districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province. This is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Statistics Center Bureau (BPS), which contains all reports of income realization and expenditures of the village government in 21 districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province from 2017 to 2020. The methods of analysis used in this study are descriptive analysis and panel data analysis. Results show that, simultaneously, village government expenditures, community development expenditures, and capital expenditures positively and significantly influence the human development index. Partially, village government expenditures negatively and significantly influence the Human Development Index. Community development expenditures and capital expenditures positively and significantly influence the Human Development Index.
