Abstract

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek, yang disebabkan oleh kurang efektifnya metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh dosen, sehingga mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana penerapan metode Hybrid Learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data diperoleh melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa uji independent sample t-test menghasilkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), yang menandakan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata hasil post-test kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,147 dengan df 54 juga memperkuat temuan ini. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode Hybrid Learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek.

Abstract

Management information systems in church services are also a necessity. One of the organizations that need information technology to support ministry is the church, in this case the churches that are in the GMIT Kalasis service area, East Kupang City. Each of the churches that are in the service of the Klass terrorist in East Kupang City has various information such as church profiles, assembly and congregation data, worship schedules, church financial information, articles and other information. Service information at the church is still not optimal because it is only limited to news from church pulpits and social media. The church service management information system which is still manual, namely by using Microsoft Office and the number of documents stored in the form of physical archives or printed documents such as church member registration documents, mourning, baptism, and marriage still uses data collection forms. System like this is less effective because it can make it difficult for church staff in archiving or searching data and is less efficient because it requires quite large operational costs in each year's service budget. Through this activity the results achieved were providing education so that the church could utilize a website-based management information system that can be installed on Android for the church to have as an effective means of information to support church services to congregations and design a management information system needed by the church in support of church ministry.

Abstract

The tomato (Solanum lyco persicum) is a plant from the solanceae family, native to Central and South America, from Mexico and Peru. Tomatoes have a short life cycle and height from I to 3 meters. Currently, farmers often ignore pests and diseases of tomatoes due to lack of knowledge. They also assessed that it finally happened at the time of planting, experts on pests and diseases of tomatoes were eliminated, there was a lack of socialization from agricultural officials about pests and diseases in tomatoes, but they did not know how to control them and to eliminate diseases quickly or decrease productivity. This study uses the Forward Chaining method, which is a description that starts from known facts and then is matched with IF and IF-THEN rules. Pests and diseases with a high prevalence in tomatoes are pests. Some pests are: fruit caterpillars, earthworms, green aphids, white flies, fruit flies (bractrotera) and further diseases namely: Fusarium wilt, leaf spot disease, bacterial spots, fruit rot. This expert system application provides information on tomato diseases and disease diagnosis, including control solutions that can be used to reduce the risk of damage to tomato plants. This study aims to build an expert system application that can diagnose tomato plant pests and diseases using the forward chaining method. This application is expected to help the community in diagnosing the types of tomato plant pests. The implementation of the application of an expert system for pests and diseases of tomato plants is expected to provide easy access for users and the wider community, through the use of web-based media.

Abstract

This study discusses the Decision Support System for Giving KIP (Smart Indonesia Card), based on Family Welfare Criteria using the Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) Method in Bakunase 2 Village, which does not yet exist and is applied using a computer so that it can simplify and speed up decision making. In making decisions, there are many problems that must be decided by looking at several criteria that must be possessed by students as a condition for obtaining KIP scholarships. The basic concept of the Simple Addtive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance branches on each alternative and all attributes. Simple Addtive Weighting was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is the feasibility of receiving KIP assistance in Bakunase 2. This study aims to build a system application Decision Support to help students get KIP scholarships. This application is expected to help and make it easier for students to get KIP scholarships.

Abstract

Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) mengalami berbagai kendala operasional dalam pengelolaan data kepegawaian akibat masih menggunakan sistem manual. Permasalahan utama meliputi lambatnya akses informasi kepegawaian, tingginya kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, serta kerentanan terhadap kerusakan atau kehilangan dokumen fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi kepegawaian berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) untuk menciptakan sistem terintegrasi yang mampu mengotomatisasi berbagai proses administrasi kepegawaian. Metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama: pertama, requirements planning melalui workshop intensif dengan stakeholder; kedua, user design dengan pendekatan prototipe iteratif; dan ketiga, rapid construction menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Hasil implementasi sistem menunjukkan tercapainya solusi terintegrasi yang mencakup fitur manajemen data pegawai digital, pengajuan cuti online, dan dashboard analitik bagi pimpinan. Aplikasi ini berhasil mengurangi waktu proses administrasi hingga 70% sekaligus meminimalkan kesalahan data secara signifikan. Pendekatan RAD yang mengedepankan kolaborasi intensif dengan pengguna akhir berhasil memastikan kesesuaian produk dengan kebutuhan riil di lapangan. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi model acuan dalam mempercepat proses digitalisasi di berbagai sektor pemerintah daerah lainnya.

Abstract

One of the serious problems faced by the Institute of Higher Education, STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang in early 2020 was the replacement of the Corona Virus Covid-19 outbreak which involved all academic activities that were canceled and put into effect online teaching and learning processes or online lectures. Online lectures or online-based lecture systems also called e-learning or Online Courses are lecture processes using information and communication technology in this case the internet. Digital-based learning has been developed from E-Learning to M-Learning to U-Learning and to S-Learning or Smart Learning. The method of learning everywhere without difficulty by space and time has become important and breakthroughs in the field of education are often referred to as Ubiquitous Learning. Learning everywhere or U-Learning is a learning technology that can be carried out anywhere and at any time by integrating mobile technology as a supporting tool. an event, impact or things that cause changes to the process that is happening. Abstract

Computer applications have a very important role in life in today's modern society. Technology that develops according to the demands of the times is expected to be a supporting tool to deal with problems that arise in managing and solving problems that exist in the company or organization. Likewise, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara, especially in the section on Islamic Religious Education, is expected to provide precise and accurate information in processing the data for teachers receiving certification. This application is designed in such a way as to make it easier to process data on receiving teacher certification allowances at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion in East Nusa Tenggara Province to be faster, more precise, and efficient. This application is dynamic, meaning that the information provided can change at any time based on the current situation. The results of the application of the Application for Accepting Professional Allowances (Certification Allowances) for Teachers are to assist the office so that the process of collecting data on teachers receiving certification allowances can be easily, quickly, and efficiently.
