GMIT Rehebot Bakunase memiliki berbagai informasi seperti sejarah gereja, visi dan misi, organisasi gereja, tim pelayan, pendeta, data jemaat, artikel serta informasi lainnya. Media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi melalui website. Permasalahan pada GMIT Rehobot Bakunase adalah sistem manajemen administrasi gereja yang masih bersifat manual yaitu dengan menggunakan Microsoft Office Word dan banyaknya dokumen yang tersimpan dalam bentuk arsip fisik atau dokumen cetak. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memaksimalkan website yang dimiliki gereja sebagai serana informasi yang efektif untuk mendukung pelayanan gereja kepada jemaat dan membangun sistem manajemen gereja berbasis web sehingga membantu administrasi yang mimiliki database jemaat secara online. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah staf, badan pengurus kategorial dan majelis menjadi lebih paham pentingnya sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung pelayanan gereja dan pencarian informasi jemaat secara keseluruhan seperti data identitas jemaat, anggota sidi, jemaat yang berulang tahun dan data-data administrasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan gereja menjadi lebih mudah.

Marketing of Flobamora Collection products is currently still done manually through Toko, Facebook and word of mouth where sales only cover Kupang City, while for customer segment opportunities, Flobamora Collection products are very broad. The purpose of the activity is to provide product marketing training and use of website media to expand sales and promotion of Flobamora Collection products so that they are better known by the wider community. The method used in community service activities is to conduct training and practice in implementing online product marketing at the website-based Flobamora Collection. The results achieved in this activity are increasing partner knowledge about website-based online product marketing models and increasing partner understanding about the use of online stores as a medium to sell and promote Flobamora Collection products. Creating a website-based online store as a medium to sell and promote products online. By utilizing webiste-based online marketing media, it can enable the wider community not only in the Kupang City area but also nationally and even abroad to access information on the products offered by Flobamora Collection, thereby increasing the number of customers and sales turnover of Flobamora Collection.

Purpose: This research is aimed at assisting academics and business professionals in creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales turnover through consumers' impulsive buying behavior to consider the factors of internet addiction, browsing and hedonistic lifestyles in planning and implementing online marketing. Design/methodology/approach: This research employed quantitative analysis utilizing data analysis approaches based on structural equation modeling (SEM) and a Likert scale for the measurement. Findings: The results of the analysis of the direct effect indicate that the internet addiction and browsing variables have a significant and positive effect on the hedonistic lifestyle. Furthermore, browsing has a significant and positive effect on the impulsive buying, whereas the internet addiction and hedonistic lifestyle variables have no significant effect and are positive with regard to product impulsive purchasing on online shops by the residents of Kupang City. Practical Implications: Impulsive online buying behavior is a substantial market potential for MSMEs in Kupang City to market or promote their products using highly effective and efficient online shop media. Trust has a very important role in having an impact on consumer loyalty in the competitive environment of e-commerce. Lack of consumer trust can give a negative impression to the electronic word of mouth provided and electronic service quality. The population in this research is all Kupang City residents who have shopped online. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method, namely a sample of 100 Kupang City residents who had shopped online. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire and the measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the research are that e-service quality has a significant and positive influence on the e-WOM of the people of Kupang City who shop online. E-service quality does not have a significant impact on consumer confidence in Kupang City who shop online. E-WOM has a significant impact on consumer confidence in Kupang City who shop online. Indirectly, e-service quality and e-WOM as intervening variables have a significant and positive impact on consumer confidence in Kupang City who shop online. The advice that can be given is for business people, especially MSMEs in the Kupang City Region, to utilize online media as an online shop to market their business products or services with good electronic service quality, then the electronic word of mouth of the people of Kupang City who shop online will be positive and if electronic word of mouth provides positive information, the level of consumer confidence in Kupang City who shop online is higher, which has an impact on sales turnover.

The revitalization of local wisdom through the processing of various types of rhizomes by housewives in Oelnasi village into traditional herbal medicine/drinks has good potential for development. Housewives and village women do not have knowledge about this. The high level of health problems but the community's minimal purchasing power for chemical medicines from pharmacies due to constraints due to the family's economic incapacity has become an urgency for housewives and village women to be skilled at processing rhizomes into herbal medicines. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of Oelnasi village women regarding the properties of rhizomes, skills in selecting rhizome types, processing management, hygiene of herbal medicine products with the opportunity to become a permanent business so that marketing can be done online. The methods used in implementing training are: (1) consolidation with partners; (2) lecture; (3) mentoring; (4) evaluation through giving questionnaires to training participants regarding the implementation of activities based on LIKERT with the aim of knowing the results of activities that are measured qualitatively. The results of PKM activities show that partners are able to select good quality types of rhizomes, are able to process rhizomes into herbal medicine by implementing hygiene protocols during the production period, and are able to market herbal medicine products via social media (Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp) using existing devices. The marketing of herbal medicine products processed by partners has been marketed through these three social media, however this has only reached a percentage of 50% because 6 out of 12 partner members are still not digitally literate on social media. Partners produce herbal medicine, market it using digital platforms, but this is not yet optimal due to constraints on human resources, motivation, family and community support.

Restaurant tax is a type of regional tax to increase Regional Original Income (PAD) collected by the Kupang City government. It is known that the Kupang City government's restaurant tax revenue experienced fluctuations from 201-202. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness and contribution of restaurant taxes in increasing Original Regional Income (PAD) in Kupang City. The results of the research on the average effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Kupang City on the PAD of Kupang City obtained a percentage result of 107,36 and was included in the very effective criteria, while the average contribution of restaurant taxes to Kupang City's original regional income was still in the very low category with a percentage value 9,75%. Suggestions to the Kupang City government to intensify and commit to increasing PAD by increasing awareness of Kupang City restaurant or restaurant entrepreneurs regarding the importance of paying taxes and making policies or strategies to increase restaurant or restaurant businesses in Kupang City.

Pendapatan adalah setiap tambahan kemampuan ekonomis yang diterima oleh petani ubi porang di Desa Kuifana Kecamatan ABAD Selatan Kabupaten Alor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Biaya, Distribusi terhadap pendapatan petani ubi porang di Desa Desa Kuifana Kecamatan ABAD Selatan Kabupaten Alor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode incidental simple yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakankan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Dengan demikian sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berkunjung ke Desa Kuifana. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa secara parsial variabel yang terdiri dari kualitas produk, biaya dan distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani ubi porang. Secara simultan variabel yang terdiri kualitas produk, biaya dan distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani ubi porang di Desa Kuifana Abad Selatan Kabupaten Alor.

Management information systems in church services are also a necessity. One of the organizations that need information technology to support ministry is the church, in this case the churches that are in the GMIT Kalasis service area, East Kupang City. Each of the churches that are in the service of the Klass terrorist in East Kupang City has various information such as church profiles, assembly and congregation data, worship schedules, church financial information, articles and other information. Service information at the church is still not optimal because it is only limited to news from church pulpits and social media. The church service management information system which is still manual, namely by using Microsoft Office and the number of documents stored in the form of physical archives or printed documents such as church member registration documents, mourning, baptism, and marriage still uses data collection forms. System like this is less effective because it can make it difficult for church staff in archiving or searching data and is less efficient because it requires quite large operational costs in each year's service budget. Through this activity the results achieved were providing education so that the church could utilize a website-based management information system that can be installed on Android for the church to have as an effective means of information to support church services to congregations and design a management information system needed by the church in support of church ministry.

Oeletsala Village also has several excellent potentials in the plantation sector which can be managed as a source of increasing the income of the village community, one of which is coconuts which are very abundant, where almost every community house in Oeletsala Village has coconut trees that thrive. The local people are still not aware of utilizing the potential of coconuts and lack of knowledge in the process of producing coconuts into a product that has a high selling value such as Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), so many coconuts are wasted. The solution offered to partners in solving the problem is to conduct training on making Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) for the people of Oeletsala Village, in this case youth groups, representatives of disability groups and Oeletsala Village officials, thereby increasing people's income and training partners in utilizing online media as a means of to sell and promote VCO products, with the expected outcome through this activity is the creation of a Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) product that is packaged in an attractive way and determines the selling price and the use of online marketing media such as Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp as a means of product marketing.

Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan pada pengguna terminal bus Oebobo, ditemukan fakta tentang menurunnya keputusan membeli rokok. Sesuai hasil survey awal terhadap 20 orang yang sempat ditemui, diperoleh keterangan bahwa 18 (delapan belas) di antaranya mengatakan bahwa saat ini mereka hanya menghabiskan 1 bungkus rokok dalam sehari. Padahal sebelumnya mereka biasa menghabiskan rokok 2-3 bungkus bahkan pada saat mobilitas tinggi mereka bisa menghabiskan 5-6 bungkus rokok dalam sehari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui kemasan, harga dan perilaku konsumtif secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan membeli rokok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna Terminal Bus Oebobo-Kupang. Sampel berjumlah 96 orang yang diambil menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan kriteria responden yang minimal berumur 18 tahun dan berpendidikan minimal SMA. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kemasan rokok perlu diinovasi dengan warna-warna yang lebih menarik, mempertahankan harga jual rokok dengan memperhatikan persaingan harga yang kompetitif dan perilaku konsumtif dari pengguna Terminal Bus Oebobo Kupang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan dengan cara perusahaan rokok dan pedagang perlu merangsang para perokok agar konsumen tidak pernah berpikir bahwa membeli rokok merupakan suatu tindakan pemborosan sehingga uang yang dimiliki konsumen lebih banyak lagi dipakai untuk membeli rokok dengan jumlah yang lebih banyak.
