Abstract

This paper describes the approach applied to the introduction of self-reliant internship into the in-service TVET (Technical Vocational Education and Training) teacher training at the Technical Teacher Training Institute (TTTI) in Afghanistan. As data show  in 2014, Afghan TVET teachers neither meet the legal requirements set by the government (Bachelor degree) nor have contacts to or work experiences in private or public sector companies. They have no knowledge of the working requirements they are preparing their students for. Consequently, in-service teacher training at the TTTI has to provide it’s learners with knowledge and skills in accordance with the market requirements. Thus, at the TTTI Capacity Building is focusing among others on the multifaceted interdependent relationship between teacher-student-company in order to empower teachers to be able to contribute to the employability of their students. In this respect TTTI’s in-service teacher training foresees the teacher’s participation in a private or public sector self-reliant internship to benefit from the expertise of companies’ work force and employers and actualize their understanding for the world of work. Afghan TVET teachers completing successful the TTTI in-service training are able to train many cohorts of students for the labor market or self-employment with the gained competences. Two subsequent cohorts of TTTI trainees - government employed TVET teachers undergoing in-service teacher training - have been participating for their first time in self-reliant internship in 2013 and 2014. According to the findings, recommendations are given for using the approach of introducing internship in in-service training for TVET teacher capacity building.

Abstract

Farhan Jufri, Annas Lalo, Andar, Heni Preningrum, penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui kewajaran harga saham dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis fundamentalpada sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yangdigunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang merupakan pendekatan yang menekankandata-data numeric (angka). Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia melaluigaleri investasi STIEM Bongaya Makassar Jalan Let. Jend. A. Mappaouddang No. 28 AMakassar.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor perbankan yangtercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Dan sampel dalam penelitianini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan karakteristik tertentu. Metode analisisyang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif denganmembandingkan nilai instrinsik dengan harga pasar saham.Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada tahun 2016 terdapat 3 bank yang mengalami kondisiUndervalued dimana nilai intrinsik lebih besar dibandingkan harga pasarnya. Dan pada tahun2017 BBRI, BMRI, dan BBTN mengalami kondisi Undervalued dimana nilai intrinsiknya lebihbesar dibandingkan harga pasarnya

Abstract

Plastik Mulsa adalah bahan untuk menutup tanah yang berfungsi untuk mencegah penguapan air sehingga dapat menurunkan suhu tanah, menyuburkan,melindungi permukaan tanah dari terpaan sinar matahari langsung dan air hujan yang dapat menyebabkan tanah erosi, mengurangi serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk Merancang alat pelubang plastik mulsa automatic berbasis ergonomi dan Menganalisa dimensi-dimensi tubuh pengguna alat. Metodologi yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menganalisis dimensi tubuh manusia yang berpengaruh. Sebelum alat dirancang, Dilakukan uji statistik yang meliputi uji keseragaman data dan uji kecukupan data. Uji keseragaman data dikatakan seragam bila mana data berada diantara BKA dan BKB dengan menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan tingkat ketelitian 5%. Sedangkan Uji Kecukupan data, gunanya untuk mengetahui data cukup atau tidak dengan syarat N’ < N, dengan 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ukuran dimensi tubuh yang akan digunakan pada desain alat pelubang plastik mulsa otomatic berbasis ergonomi, yaitu Panjang jangkauan tangan (PJT)=76,6cm, bahu ke siku (BS)=36,68cm, siku ke tangan (ST)=54,37cm, pergelangan tangan ke tangan (PTKT)=25,39cm, panjang jari-1(PJ-1)=8,97cm,panjang jari-2(PJ-2)=10,89cm,panjang jari-3(PJ-3)=12,16cm,panjang jari-4(PJ-4)=11,96cm,panjang jari-5(PJ-5)=10,17cm,siku ke siku (SS)=41,2cm,panjang telapak tangan (PTT)=22,78cm, lebar telapak tangan (LTT)=12,96cm,lebar jari-2345 (LJ-2345)=10,04cm,tinggi badan tegak (TBT)=178,48cm. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah realisasi alat pelubang plastik mulsa automatic berbasis ergonomi. Plastic Mulch is a material to cover the soil which functions to prevent the evaporation of water so that it can reduce soil temperature, fertilize, and protect the soil surface from direct sunlight and rainwater that can cause soil erosion, and reduce pests and plant diseases. The research objectives are to design an ergonomics-based automatic plastic mulch punching tool and to analyze the body dimensions of the tool user. The methodology used is by analyzing the influential dimensions of the human body. Before the tool is designed, statistical tests are carried out which include data uniformity tests and data adequacy tests. The data uniformity test is said to be uniform if the data is between BKA and BKB using a 95% confidence level and a 5% accuracy level. While the Data Sufficiency Test, the point is to find out whether the data is sufficient or not with the conditions N' < N, with 100 respondents. The results of this study are the dimensions of the body that will be used in the design of the ergonomics-based automatic plastic mulch punch tool, namely, hand reach length (PJT) = 76.6cm, shoulder to elbow (BS) = 36.68cm, elbow to hand (ST) =54.37cm, wrist to hand (PTKT)=25.39cm, finger length-1(PJ-1)=8.97cm, finger length-2(PJ-2)=10.89cm, finger length-3( PJ-3)=12.16cm, finger length-4(PJ-4)=11.96cm, finger length-5(PJ-5)=10.17cm, elbow to elbow (SS)=41.2cm, palm length hand (PTT)=22.78cm, palm width (LTT)=12.96cm, finger width-2345 (LJ-2345)=10.04cm, erect body height (TBT)=178.48cm.
