Abstract

Studi tentang motivasi dan peninjauan terhadap lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu usaha untuk mendapatkan jawaban-jawaban terhadap permasalahan yang kompleks mengenai perilaku manusia, khususnya manusia dalam organisasi perusahaan, sikap karyawan berbeda antara satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga hal tersebut akan berpengaruh kepada produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan, serta adanya pengaruh yang lebih dominan antara motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivasi karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh adanya pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dimana pengaruh motivasi kerja lebih dominan yaitu sebesar 90% (SS 45%, S 35%, CS 10%) dan kategori tidak setuju sebesar 10% (TS 6%,STS 4%) dibandingkan lingkungan kerja yaitu sebesar 89% (SS 47%,S 29%, CS 13%) dan kategori tidak setuju sebesar 11% (TS 8%, STS 3%), maka jika variabel motivasi lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan maka akan terjadi peningkatan yang lebih signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan catatan tidak mengabaikan variabel lingkungan kerja yang juga berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a technique of growing plants without soil. Until now, many people do it manually for moisture, content, nutrition, and continuous flow of water. The application of ergonomics aims to make the user healthy, comfortable, safe, productive. The purpose of evaluating anthropometry-based ergonomics, and testing the hydroponic plant watering automation system tool. The method used is collecting anthropometric data on the dimensions of the user's body for ergonomics, then designing an automatic hydroponic watering tool to make it easier to design hardware and software. The results of the ergonomics evaluation study, hand span size 175.3 cm, upright body height 167.4 cm, shoulder to head 32.23 cm, shoulder to base of foot 66.77 cm, base of foot to knee 48.89 cm, base of foot to knee 48.98 cm, elbow to elbow 41.81 cm, elbow to hand 34.45 cm. While the results of testing the condition of the charcoal are at the humidity threshold of 49% - 60% then the pump will be on, and if the pot has been on the humidity threshold of 65% - 99% then the pump will be off.

Abstract

Manpower management includes the activities of determining the need for manpower both in terms of quality and quantity, finding sources of manpower effectively and efficiently. The second is labor maintenance which includes economic and non-economic programs, which are expected to provide peace of mind for workers. The aim of the research is to balance the number of workers at each work station during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The method is collecting primary data by direct survey, followed by time analysis and then balancing the number of workers based on standard time. The results obtained were able to balance the workforce that had been used before the Covid-19 pandemic from 21 workers used for 24 days of research with an average working hour of 420 minutes, raw materials used 3,865 kg per day to 13 workers with a time standard 293.5 minutes.

Abstract

Work postures that are less than ideal will pose a risk that can be caused by injury or body disorders that cause fatigue that arises very quickly. Complaints that arise due to work facilities that are not ideal so that they are not ergonomic have an impact on workers feeling less comfortable, in the end it results in decreased worker productivity. The research objective can provide a solution by evaluating ergonomics with a nordc body map analysis approach with an anthropometric approach, research methods with direct observation and descriptive statistical analysis and anthropometric analysis with the 95th percentile. The results obtained using an anthropometric approach with ideal work equipment placement include height of place the material is 102.5 cm, the working position between the material and the machine is 142.4 cm, and the distance between the material and the machine and operator is 68.8 cm. It has a very significant impact on the operator with the average complaint from the Nordic body map analysis, which is 3.65 which was previously only below the ideal, which was 2.68 on average. with a change in operator is able to increase work productivity.

Abstract

Diesel generator engine maintenance on ships is an important activity to maintain the performance and operational reliability of ships. The effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance implementation time has a direct impact on the availability of generators to meet maximum electricity needs in various operational conditions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of diesel generator engine maintenance time on board the MV CSSC Gladstone. Maintenance time data was obtained from ship maintenance records and analyzed to gain a better understanding of the maintenance process. The results showed that effective and efficient maintenance time plays an important role in maintaining smooth ship operations and minimizing generator downtime. Suggestions put forward include planning regular maintenance schedules, continuous monitoring and evaluation, utilizing monitoring technology, regular training for maintenance personnel, and collaboration with manufacturers or experts in the field of maintenance. By considering these suggestions, it is expected that ships can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance time and maintain their overall operational performance and reliability

Abstract

Risiko postur kerja karena posisi kerja pekerja adalah jongkok tentunya bisa perpenharuh terhadap beban kerja, dan metode yang akan digunakan sesuai posisi kerja yaitu Quiick Exposure Check (QEC), metode mengukur pada bagian punggung, bahu, pergelangan tangan, dan leher. Posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis dapat berakibat fatal bagi operator, baik berupa ketidaknyamanan langsung maupun gangguan kesehatan jangka panjang pada bagian tubuh yang rentan seperti daerah spinal (leher, punggung, pinggang) dan anggota gerak atas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh yaitu gerakan – Gerakan kerja yang terdapat pada pemasangan paving blok yaitu memeriksa, menjangkau, memengang, membawa, mengarahkan, dan merakit dengan waktu baku total sebesar 53,1 detik, Risiko postur kerja dengan menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Chek berdasarkan analisa exposure level diperoleh hasil yaitu 23,3 % yang menunjukkan masuk kategori risiko sedang, Tindakan-tindakan yang perlu diperbaiki pada pekerja pemasangan paving blok ini yaitu posisi jongkok yang selama ini maka perlu dibuatkan tempat duduk/bangku yang ergonomis, pengaturan waktu kerja secara berkala

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur dimana perusahaan tersebut memproduksi produk Elektronik Printed Circuits Board Assembly (PCBA) dan Produk Electronic Box Build. PT. XYZ dalam proses produksinya menggunakan mesin-mesin dan peralatan-peralatan. Salah satu mesin utama yang digunakan dalam proses produksinya adalah mesin testing Ins Circuits Test (ICT), namun didalam proses produksi mesin testing ICT dimana hasil mesin testing ini sering mengalami kerusakan produk cacat dan perusahaan mengalami kerugian diakibatkan karena output produknya tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan, selain itu juga berdampak terhadap operasional seperti lamanya waktu set-up, conversion dan adjustment. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah sebuah metrik yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat produktivitas mesin atau peralatan serta kinerjanya dalam kondisi ideal. Dari hasil penerapan TPM dengan evaluasi efektivitas penggunaan mesin Testing ICT menunjukkan bahwa tingkat OEE tertinggi terjadi pada bulan juni dengan nilai 72,32%, sementara tingkat terendah tercatat pada september dengan nilai 65,87%. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa efektivitas mesin masih perlu ditingkatkan agar mencapai standar optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kemasan sagu khas Luwu yang lebih menarik, higienis, dan fungsional untuk meningkatkan perlindungan produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall dan pendekatan Voice of Customer (VoC) melibatkan 100 responden di Luwu Utara. Instrumen dinyatakan valid (r hitung > 0,197) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,981). Hasil menunjukkan kemasan lama kurang menarik dan higienis. Kemasan baru berbahan plastik higienis dengan warna cerah, ukuran 1 kg, serta mudah dibawa, dibuka, dan disimpan. Desain ini meningkatkan persepsi konsumen dan nilai jual produk, sekaligus memperkuat identitas lokal serta daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

Work-related disorders (musculoskeletal disorders/MSDs) are one of the most important health problems faced by ergonomics. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are the most common health-related diseases used today, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the ergonomics of the workload of physical workers in the production department based on the Reba method. The research method in research using descriptive method. The object of this research focuses on workers in the production sector. The results of the analysis show that evaluating the workload of workers when carrying out the chair production process results for all activities have a risk level of 7 with a moderate risk category. Activities that have a risk level of 7 with a moderate risk category require inspection and change. From the results of the evaluation, the proposed improvements that need to be made are by adding ergonomic work facilities and recommendations for safe work postures for workers.

Abstract

Product development is a strategy and process carried out by companies in developing products, improving old products, or increasing the use of products to existing market segments with the assumption that consumers want new elements about the product. The aim of this research is to develop a good packaging design for carrageenan products using the Kano method. The method used in this study is the procedure for customer assistance for the development of cardboard packaging designs using the Kano method. The results of the research on the application of the canoe model and the two attributes fall into the Attractive category, so the packaging produced in this study is packaging made of aluminum foil, has a box shape, weighing 250 grams. Based on the priority of consumer needs to increase consumer satisfaction with packaging.
