Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya banjir di daerah Buduran, sehingga informasi yang diperoleh dapatĀ  memberikan masukan dan solusi yang tepat dalam mengatasi bencana alam banjir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedoman wawancara. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa curah hujan yang dapat menyebabkan banjir, dan hujan dari kecamatan Geger dimana air akan mengalir ke sungai di daerah Buduran dan sungai tidak dapat menampung air hujan tersebut.

Abstract

The promising development of the beauty product industry in Indonesia has led many beauty brands to decide to market their products in the country. In 2023, the Skintific brand became the winner in the facial serum subcategory, achieving a market share of 16.66%. The researcher chose to study Skintific to understand why consumers purchase Skintific products. This research uses a quantitative method. The sample size of this study is 98 respondents, with data collection techniques utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and observation, while secondary data was used as well. Data processing in this study uses IBM SPSS version 23.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work ethic, work conflict and compensation on employee work productivity of distribution employees. The independent variables in this study are work ethic (X1), work conflict (X2), compensation (X3) and the dependent variable in this study is work productivity (Y). The population in this study were employees at the PT. Mega Bahtera Indonesia with a sample size of 31 people. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis using SPSS vers 22 software and methods used is a data quality test consisting of a validity test and a realibility test, the classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, multiple liniear regression analysis, T test and F test and un coefficient of determination.The result show that work ethic has a significant positive effect, work conflict has a significant negative effect and conpensation has a significant positive effect.
