Abstract

Desa Sukomulyo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan Kabupaten Kendal. Besarnya Anggaran Dana Desa Sukomulyo memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan umum, mewujudkan desa yang dapat memelihara kesatuan sosial, meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa diperlukan suatu lembaga pengelola yang profesional dan transparan. Pembentukan lembaga pengelola Aset Ekonomi Desa/BUMDesa. Berdasar kajian dan analisis terbentuklah Badan Usaha Milik Desa menjadi lembaga pilihan masyarakat Desa Sukomulyo dan Pemerintah Desa Sukomulya sebagai pengelola aset desa. Terbentuknya BUMDes di Desa Sukomulyo diharapkan mampu mengelola aset desa secara professional dan lebih transparan guna peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Sukomulyo itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Aset Desa, BUMDes, Pemerintah Desa.

Abstract

This study explores the perception of online promotion, price and product quality on purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The sample in this study is the community in the city of Semarang. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear with Likert Scale. These results indicate that during the pandemic, product quality has a very strong influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the buyer's decision becomes better for consumers who are able to recognize products from online promotions. In addition, online promotions that present prices provide an opportunity for consumers to make price comparisons. So this research is able to prove that online promotion, price perception and product quality are important considerations for consumers to make online purchases during the current Pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Sariayu di Toko Elisha Beauty Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan toko. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi, harga, dan lokasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Sariayu. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor lain mungkin lebih berperan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dalam pembahasan, ditemukan bahwa konsumen lebih mungkin dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, merek, dan ulasan dari pengguna lain dibandingkan dengan promosi, harga, atau lokasi toko. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya bagi toko untuk meningkatkan strategi promosi digital dan memperkuat kehadiran online mereka untuk menjangkau konsumen lebih luas. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada sampel yang digunakan dan variabel yang diteliti, sehingga disarankan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut agar mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Toko Elisha Beauty disarankan untuk fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan, serta memanfaatkan platform digital untuk menarik lebih banyak pelanggan.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the religiosity of the younger generation in Gedawang Village, Banyumanik, Semarang City, by providing character development based on religious values. This program is expected to equip the younger generation with a strong moral foundation, so that they are able to avoid negative behavior and become role models in society. Data were collected through interviews with participants and local community leaders, and analyzed qualitatively to assess the impact of the program. The results showed a significant increase in the understanding and application of religious values ​​among participants. The younger generation showed more positive changes in attitudes, such as increased discipline, honesty, and participation in religious activities. Community leaders also reported improvements in behavior and increased social involvement among the younger generation. This program makes an important contribution to the character development of the younger generation by providing an effective model to improve their religiosity and morality. The findings of this program can be used as a basis for the development of similar policies and programs in other areas, in order to create a younger generation that is based on strong religious and moral values, and contributes positively to society.

Abstract

In halal tourism there is an element of hospitality. How can hospitality in Central Java grow according to sharia, of course in hotels there must be facilities for places of worship. By realizing this, tourists who are looking for halal tourism in Central Java can feel comfortable traveling. The purpose of research on the application of sharia, the differences and similarities in the application of sharia in management. As for the purpose of knowing sharia in management, the differences and similarities in its application. This research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers observed the research location as a whole according to the problem and also interviewed the hotel. The population in this study is the management, all employees and visitors. The method used in this study is an analysis based on general data and then specific conclusions are drawn (deductive method) and the method used to compare the data drawn into new conclusions (comparative method). If the population is <100 people it is better to take all of them, if the population is >100 people then the sample taken is between 10-15% or 20-25%. Therefore, the samples in this study were owners, employees and visitors between 10-15 people as informants. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the hotel is a type of accommodation that uses part or all of the building area to provide lodging, eating, drinking, and other services for the public that are managed commercially.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan, standar operasional prosedur dan kedisiplinan kerja merupakan faktor penting bagi tercapainya kinerja karyawan. Palm Beach Resort Bandengan Jepara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perhotelan dan berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik, oleh karena itu membutuhkan sumber daya manusia dengan kinerja yang baik. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 45 orang karyawan tetap di Palm Beach Resort Bandengan Jepara dan semuanya dijadikan sampel dengan cara sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan kepemimpinan, standar operasional prosedur tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Palm Beach Resort Bandengan Jepara.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the influence of employee and service recovery performance on service effectiveness in SAMSAT Semarang City. This study explores the empirical model of employee recovery performance, service recovery performance, and quality of service in Public Service Institutions.Methodology/approach: This method uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through surveys of employees directly involved in the service.Results/findings: The results showed that employee recovery performance had a positive effect on service quality, whereas service recovery performance did not impact service quality. The study also found that employee recovery performance serves as a mediator in the relationship between service recovery performance and service quality. Conclusion: This study aimed to explore the role of service recovery performance and employee performance in enhancing service effectiveness at the SAMSAT office in Semarang City. The results indicate that employee recovery performance has a positive effect on service quality, in line with initial expectations. These findings suggest that improving employee recovery performance can strengthen public perceptions of SAMSAT services. Limitations: This study focuses on internal factors, such as employee performance and service recovery, but has not extensively examined external influences on service effectiveness.Contribution: These findings emphasize the importance of training and support for employees in improving customer satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to provide concrete recommendations for service improvement at SAMSAT, as well as open up opportunities for further research on factors that affect the effectiveness of public services.

Abstract

Servicescape Dynamics and Service Quality on Taxpayer Satisfaction is the subject of this study. This type of research is quantitative. The focus of this study is Taxpayer which payed taxes at Samsat Kota Semarang II period 11 until 16 August 2025 (6 workday) and the sample of this study consisted of 267 people who responded, according to the Slovin formula with Margin of Error 5 %. This study used a simple random sampling method and questionaire with Likert Scale 1-10. The research findings is that servicescape has a significant positive influence on Taxpayer satisfaction and service quality has a significant positive influence on Taxpayer satisfaction. This means that the Quality of Service must be built to be able to increase satisfaction for Taxpayers because it will create a sense of pleasure, and a good Servicescape felt by Taxpayers will be able to increase Taxpayer Satisfaction because they feel a comfortable environment.
