Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Tani Prima Makmur merupakan salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang besar, diantara 10 perusahaan swasta bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit yang berada di Konawe. Dengan luas area perkebunan sekitar 19.500 Ha, tersebar di antara Kecamatan Anggaberi, Amonggedo, Abuki, Meluhu, dan Bondoala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Tani Prima Makmur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Pada teknik analisis deskriptif digambarkan karakteristik responden dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan jenis kelamin, umur, dan jabatan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini salah satunya menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah butir pernyataan dalam kuesioner seluruhnya adalah sebanyak 44 pernyataan dengan jumlah 31 orang responden. Pengolahan data dari kuesioner menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tani Prima makmur. Hasil Uji t bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja ABSTRACT PT. Tani Prima Makmur is one of the largest oil palm plantation companies, among 10 private oil palm plantation companies located in Konawe. With an area of about19,500 hectares of plantations, spread among the Districts of Anggaberi, Amonggedo, Abuki, Meluhu, and Bondoala. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Prima Prosperous Farmers. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The descriptive analysis technique describes the characteristics of the respondents in this study based on gender, age, and position. One of the data collection methods in this study was using a questionnaire. The total number of statement items in the questionnaire is 44 statements with a total of 31 respondents. Processing of data from the questionnaire using SPSS software. Based on the results of research that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prima Farmers prosper. The results of the t-test that leadership style and work discipline have a positive but not significant effect. While motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine what is achieved in this study is to determine and analyze the effect of packaging, price, and promotion strategy on purchasing decisions for Tempe Indo Jaya products in Sendang Mulyasari Village, the effect of plastic Packaging on purchasing decisions for Tempe Indo Jaya products, the effect of price on product purchasing decisions Tempe Indo Jaya and the influence of promotional strategies on purchasing decisions for Tempe Indo Jaya products. The method in this Research is a descriptive analysis performed to explain the effect of product attributes and product warranties on purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to statistically test the effect of product attributes and warranties on purchasing decisions. Studies on Tempe Indo Jaya home industry. This analysis method is based on the results of a questionnaire on the variables of this study which have been converted by clarifying answers on a Likert scale. Data processing was carried out By using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study show that the Promotion Strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Tempe Indo Jaya Industry, Sendang Mulyasari Village, Tonggauna District. The better the Promotion Strategy, the better the decision to purchase.
