Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap pendapatan petani kakao di Desa Uenuni Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Pendapatan dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : nilai R2 adalah 0,979 atau 97,,9%, Dari Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan Fhitung (224,688) > Ftabel (2,60) signifikansi (α 5% = 0,05) artinya secara bersama sama semua variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani kakao di Desa Uenuni.dari Hasil Uji T pada tabel coefficient menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani kakao di Desa Uenunu adalah Tenaga Kerja (X2), berdasarkan perbandingan signifikansi dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% dan 1%. maka dari kelima variabel tersebut nilainya tampak lebih kecil yang artinya variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh kepada variabel terikatnya. Adapun variabel bebas yang berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pendapatan petani kakao adalah biaya produksi (X1), pengalaman (X3), pendidikan terakhir (X4), dan umur (X5), dimana nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews at Shopee through TikTok content on Generation Z purchasing decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online survey of 199 respondents of the Management Study Program students class of 2020. The data were analyzed using multiple regression methods to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables of influencer roles, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews and the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). The analysis results show that the role of influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's purchasing decisions. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating marketing strategies through influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews in influencing Generation Z's purchasing decisions. This provides guidance for businesses to utilize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok content as an effective means of communication to reach and influence the Generation Z market. This research makes a new contribution to the understanding of how the role of influencers, affiliate marketing and online customer reviews on Shopee, particularly through TikTok content, can influence Generation Z's purchasing decisions. This research adds insight into effective marketing strategies to capture the attention and influence the consumption behavior of the younger generation in the context of e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make a land cover map and determine the condition of land cover in Bukit Raya Village, Tenggarong Seberang District.The method used in this study is the use of remote sensing Sentinel 2A for land cover mapping with a guided method using sample digitization on the screen for sampling in the land cover classification process. After using the supervised classification data obtained in the form of vector data that must be combined first before being used as a layout map.Results Based on the research, information was obtained about the process of making land cover maps in Bukit Raya Village, Tenggarong Seberang District and Land Cover Maps in Bukit Raya Village, Tenggarong Seberang District. The result of the area of ​​each land cover class is Agricultural Land with an area of ​​426.9 Ha,Air with an area of ​​138.2 Ha, Urban with an area of ​​176.1 Ha, Forest Land with an area of ​​391.7 Ha, Barren land with an area of ​​2 Ha, Industry 49.7 Ha, Transportation 59 Ha.
