Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja guru, disiplin kerja guru, dan kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, sampel penelitian ini diambil yaitu 37 guru. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan dapat diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di SMA PGRI 2 Palembang hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai r hitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,466>0,325 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05). 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di SMA PGRI 2 Palembang hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,554>0,325 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05). 3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA PGRI 2 Palembang yang dibuktikan dari nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 11,752>3,28 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja mempunyai hubungan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hubungan positif tersebut menginformasikan bahwa makin baik motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru menjadikan kinerja guru di SMA PGRI 2 Palembang juga semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The research purposed to find the correlation between self-efficacy and job performance on PT. X employee. This research used quantitative method with correlational approach. The sample of this research was 43 people which used total sampling for the technique. The variable of this research were self-efficacy and job performance. The data collection arranged using Likert model scale, self-efficacy scale and job performance scale. Hypothesis tested with product moment correlation technique. The result based on person correlation analyze was positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and job performance on PT. X employee. The number of pearson correlation between self-efficacy and job performance showed 0,705 with sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 (sig<0,05) means Ha (alternative hypothesis) accepted. The conclusion of the research was positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and job performance on PT. X employee.

Abstract

kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika manusia sudah berada pada tahap transpersonal, memiliki respek manusia terhadap keindahan dan keagungan ciptaan, serta merasa dirinya kecil dan hina di tengah malam, dia menyaksikan kodrat yang diberikan oleh Tuhan. Bagi orang untuk melihat bahwa orang yang mengakui keindahan itu diciptakan oleh Tuhan berarti dia telah memasuki dunia transpersonal atau spiritual. Apabila seseorang telah memasuki transpersonal yang tinggi di situlah hal-hal positive dan semangat menghadirkan kreativitas muncul dalam mengisi berbagai hal yang lebih baik maka itulah bentuk kreativitas seseorang.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of stress management training on the work motivation of production employees at PT. X. The hypothesis of the study posited that the work motivation of employees would be higher after receiving stress management training compared to before the training. The study involved 11 production employees who exhibited low to moderate work motivation and experienced high to moderate job stress. The data collection technique employed in this study was the work motivation scale. The research design utilized a one-group pre-test post-test design, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, a non-parametric statistical analysis. The results of the Wilcoxon test revealed a significance value of 0.003 < 0.050, indicating that the research hypothesis was supported. Therefore, a significant difference in work motivation was observed between the pre-training and post-training phases among the employees.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the way romantic partnerscommunicate. Interactions that were once dominated by face to face communication are now increasinglyfacilitated through social media and instant messaging platforms. This study aims to analyze the differencesbetween romantic communication patterns in face-to-face interactions and those conducted through social media,as well as their implications for relationship quality. This research uses a literature review method by examiningrecent studies published between 2018 - 2024. The findings indicate that face-to-face communication remainscrucial for building intimacy through clear messages and rich nonverbal cues. Meanwhile, digital communicationprovides accessibility and continuous contact, especially for long-distance couples, but it also introduceschallenges such as digital jealousy, miscommunication, and expectations for immediate responses. These resultshighlight the importance of balancing direct and digital communication to maintain harmony, trust, and emotionalstability in modern romantic relationships.

Abstract

Abstract. Cyberbullying has emerged as a significant psychosocial phenomenon in the digital era, causing serious psychological impacts on victims. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of current literature on cyberbullying from a technology psychology perspective, identifying forms of cyberbullying, psychological impacts, and digital-based interventions. The systematic review was conducted using SCOPUS, PubMed, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar databases for the 2019-2024 period with keywords including "cyberbullying", "cyberaggression", "online harassment", "psychological impact", and "digital intervention".  Findings reveal six main forms of cyberbullying: flaming, harassment, denigration, outing, impersonation, and trickery. Psychological impacts include depression, anxiety, psychological distress, suicidal ideation, and sleep disorders, mediated by technological factors such as online anonymity and disinhibition effect. Identified digital-based interventions include automated monitoring and detection, digital reporting platforms, website-based interventions, digital awareness promotion, mobile support applications, online counseling, behavioral monitoring, digital peer support networks, and virtual reality for empathy training. This study concludes that cyberbullying requires an integrative approach considering both technological and psychological aspects, with personalized digital interventions showing significant potential in mitigating negative impacts. Abstrak.  Cyberbullying telah menjadi fenomena psikososial yang signifikan di era digital, menimbulkan dampak psikologis serius pada korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan systematic review terhadap literatur terkini mengenai cyberbullying dari perspektif psikologi teknologi, mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk cyberbullying, dampak psikologis, dan intervensi berbasis digital.  Systematic review dilakukan menggunakan database SCOPUS, PubMed, PsycINFO, dan Google Scholar. Temuan menunjukkan enam bentuk utama cyberbullying: flaming, harassment, denigration, outing, impersonation, dan trickery. Dampak psikologis meliputi depresi, kecemasan, tekanan psikologis, ideasi bunuh diri, dan gangguan tidur, dengan mediasi faktor teknologi seperti anonimitas online dan disinhibition effect. Intervensi berbasis digital yang diidentifikasi mencakup monitoring dan deteksi otomatis, platform pelaporan digital, intervensi berbasis website, promosi kesadaran digital, aplikasi mobile dukungan, konseling online, monitoring perilaku, peer support networks, dan realitas virtual untuk empati training. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa cyberbullying memerlukan pendekatan integratif yang mempertimbangkan aspek teknologi dan psikologis, dengan intervensi digital yang dipersonalisasi menunjukkan potensi signifikan dalam mitigasi dampak negatif.
