Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of authority, placement, and work environment on employee performance. The research was aimed at employees of the logistics bureau of the East Java regional police. The research respondents totaled 55 people with the type of research sample selection, namely purposive sampling or determining the sample based on the research objectives. The research method applied is a survey using a questionnaire with reference to the Likert scale and the type of research is explanatory research. The data analysis method applies multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The data processing stage used the IBM Version 25 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application. The results showed that the placement and work environment variables had a partial effect, while the authority variable had no partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menguji pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari jumlah populasi sebesar 35 orang yang berstatus karyawan tetap pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan data antara lain melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel kinerja. Variabel kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara keseluruhan sebesar 46,5%, sedangkan 53,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Saran untuk PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo untuk mempertahankan dan lebih meningkatkan kompetensi, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja karena memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Ketiga variabel ini hendaknya dilakukan peningkatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of civil servants and leadership style: responsibility, inspiration, honesty and integrity, self-confidence, easy communication on employee performance. Respondents were 50 people. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the leader's responsibility do not affect employee performance, partially inspire influence, honesty and integrity influence, confidence influences, and easy to communicate on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership style influences employee performance

Abstract

Work productivity is an essential factor in completing a job and achieving organizational goals. The ability of human resources, both soft skills and hard skills, is an essential factor that affects one's work productivity. In his study, work productivity was influenced by both external and internal factors which included education level, skills, discipline, attitude, work ethic, motivation, nutrition and health, income level, social security, work environment, work climate, technology, production facilities, management, and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of the level of education and job training factors on the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pasuruan Regency. The urgency of the gap in the selection of education and training level variables is because education is a means of developing critical thinking and is very important in applying the use of logic when making decisions and interacting with others. Meanwhile, training is a means of learning to increase productivity and performance by equipping employees with the skills they need to complete important tasks. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The research data or sample is 50 respondents. The research instrument used to obtain data is by using a questionnaire. The results of the study found that the level of education had no effect on work productivity. Meanwhile, job training has a significant effect on work productivity. In the simultaneous test, both education and training simultaneously have an influence on work productivity variables

Abstract

Innovative human resources are an important predictor of an organization's progress. This requires support from leaders who can create a supportive environment. This study examines the influence of collaborative leadership and knowledge sharing on employees' innovative work behavior through the emotional intelligence. This study was conducted on the entire population of the Surabaya Social Services Office, totaling 108 people. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale and the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results indicate that collaborative leadership and knowledge sharing have a significant effect on emotional intelligence and innovative behavior. Furthermore, emotional intelligence was found to be a mediator between collaborative leadership and knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are a key factor in determining the success of a company. Therefore, companies will be required to be more selective in choosing human resources who are able to show good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work discipline and work ability affect employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk Branch Office A. Yani Palangkaraya. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with questionnaire data collection. The population in this study are employees of PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk Branch Office A. Yani Palangkaraya. The population amounted to 165 PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk Branch Office A. Yani Palangkaraya, while the sample in this study amounted to 116 employees of PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk Branch Office A. Yani Palangkaraya. The type of sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Work Ability has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an intervening variable. Work Ability has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an intervening variable. Work Discipline and Work Ability have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an intervening variable.
