Abstract

Kajian Dampak Kebijakan Relokasi PKL Bantaran Kali Es Sawah Besar Kota Semarang Terhadap Kondisi Sosial dan Ekonomi Pedagang. Upaya pemerintah Kota Semarang dalam melakukan penataan PKL di Bantaran Kali Es Sawah Besar merupakan salah satu tujuan dari program normalisasi sungai Banjir Kanal Timur (BKT). Normalisasi tersebut ditandai dengan adanya aktivitas merapikan sungai, tidak hanya di dalam dan di pinggir (DAS dan sempadan) akan tetapi juga di sisi kanan dan kiri sungai yang ditempati oleh PKL. Pelaksanaan program relokasi PKL sebagai salah satu upaya normalisasi sungai BKT yang dilakukan dinilai mendapatkan hambatan dari warga dan para pedagang yang terdampak relokasi seperti terjadinya penolakan dan menganggap bahwa lokasi relokasi kurang strategis untuk berdagang sehingga para pedagang enggan menempati lokasi relokasi yang sudah disiapkan pemerintah sebelumnya. Selain itu, adanya kebijakan publik melalui program relokasi PKL yang dilakukan pemerintah juga memberikan dampak terhadap kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi PKL. Menurut para PKL kebijakan relokasi hanya fokus terhadap keberhasilan proyek normalisasi sungai BKT dan Kali Es saja sedangkan untuk kehidupan para PKL setelahnya kurang mendapat perhatian. Tujuan dari penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan pemerintah terkait penaataan atau relokasi PKL di Bantaran Kali Es Sawah Besar terhadap kondisi sosial dan ekonomi para pedagang pascarelokasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature and duration of pressing the Hot Press Tool on the quality of the mold for areca nut material. The method used is taking betel nut samples to be tested with temperature variations and length of pressing time. From this method, it is expected to have a significant effect on the results of the Hot Press Tool, because of the change in the properties of the material from the areca nut to temperature changes. The results showed that the temperature value had a significant effect on the press product with an optimum value of 120 0C, while the pressing time did not have enough effect on the quality of the mold. Of course this result is very instrumental in making automatic Hot Press Tools specifically used in products from areca nut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, communication, and work-life balance on employee performance. In the context of globalization and intense business competition, employee performance is a key factor in determining organizational success. A good work environment, both physical and non-physical, plays a crucial role in enhancing employee motivation and job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative method using convenience sampling and data collection through questionnaires. The analysis results indicate that a conducive work environment, effective communication, and a balance between work and personal life have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. A comfortable and supportive work environment, along with good interpersonal relationships, can boost employee morale and productivity. Additionally, a healthy work-life balance helps reduce stress and improve mental health, which in turn contributes to better performance. These findings provide insights for companies to create better work environments that not only enhance performance but also overall employee well-being. This research is expected to serve as a reference for organizations in designing more effective human resource management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of compensation (X1), leadership style (X2), and work motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) in generation z in Indonesia. The population used in this study were young children of generation z who had entered the workforce. The sample was determined by the purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire in the form of a google form that was distributed. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on the performance of generation z employees in Indonesia with a regression coefficient of t count -2.491 <t table 1.660 and a significant level of 0.017 <0.05, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of generation z employees in Indonesia with a regression coefficient of t count 13.811 <t table 1.660 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of generation z employees in Indonesia with a regression coefficient of t count 5.688 <t table 1.660 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, this shows that compensation has a negative and significant effect on the performance of generation z employees in Indonesia, leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of generation z employees in Indonesia.
