Abstract

Education is a process of humanizing humans to be able to actualize themselves in life, where good education is education that does not only prepare students for a profession or position, but to solve the problems it faces in daily life. Improving the quality of education is directed at improving the quality of Indonesian human beings through training, thinking, sports, and sports in order to have competitiveness in facing global challenges. Increasing the relevance of education is intended to produce graduates who are in accordance with the demands of the needs of Indonesia's natural resource potential. Steps that can be taken to improve the quality of education, namely: strengthening the curriculum, strengthening the capacity of school management, strengthening educational resources, continuous improvement and fact-based management.

Abstract

Professionalism to the demands of each profession. Without exception the teaching profession who daily deal with the nation's future children with a variety of characteristics of each are not the same. Teachers are an important component in the learning process. In improving the quality of learning, the teacher role and serves as a demonstrator, the class manager, mediator and facilitator, and evaluator. Professional teachers is important because those who have professional skills in various capacities as an educator. Teachers with keprofesionalitasnya it will be able to improve the learning process so as to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

National character and civilization building cannot be separated from the education institution. As a place for producing intellectuals, education institutions might be regarded as the “second homes” in which students study to develop their competencies. They are the places in which the collaboration from the students’ parents is needed in order to create a good learning atmosphere. So far the Hindu education institutions receive lack of this kind of collaboration. As a solution, it is necessary to provide more space for the students’ parents to contribute to the Hindu higher education improvement. Such a place is necessary for a good communication as in a particular situation students’ parents should be involved in improving the quality of the education and avoiding opposition.

Abstract

Pendidikan keagamaan Hindu saat ini sangat gencar dalam mengembangkan pendidikan pasraman formal. Namun keberadaan pasraman ini memerlukan pengimplementasian kurikulum yang sesuai dengan keberadaan pasraman. Penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar yang terintegrasi dengan budaya daerah memiliki keunggulan karena lebih relevan dan interaktif dibandingkan dengan pendekatan pendidikan lainnya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kurikulum merdeka belajar terintegrasi budaya lokal di utama widya pasraman astika dharma. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Percobaan pada penelitian dilakukan pada dua kali uji terpisah yang terdiri dari uji ahli dan uji pengguna. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis reflektif dalam menelaah hasil wawancara berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan kurikulum yang sangat bermanfaat bagi prodi dalam penguatan projek mata kuliah desain pengembangan kurikulum pasraman. Berdasarkan penilaian dari pihak pengguna, dosen pengampu mata kuliah pengembangan kurikulum di pasraman, serta ahli materi dan ahli bahasa menyatakan bahwa kurikulum yang sudah selesai disusun layak digunakan.
