Abstract

This study aims to determine the challenges of the chili farming community in Parepei Village, in meeting the need for chili harvesting laborers so that the chili farmers in Parepei Village hire or seek harvest workers from outside the village, in fulfilling the needs of chili harvesting from farmers. The research method used is qualitative research by collecting observation data and direct interviews with several informants. The general results of the study show that the challenges of chili farmers in finding harvest laborers are because there are still many people who have the prestige to work as chili labor farmers, there are still many people who are embarrassed to work as chili labor farmers, many people prefer to work outside the village, lack of trust chili farmers to young people

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana peranan industry kecil kue bangket dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara serta teknik analaisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan maka kesimpulan dari penelitin ini adalah perananan home industry yang dilakukan oleh Perempuan yang ada di desa Tokin kecamatan Motoling kabupaten Minahasa Selatan ini sangat membantu perekonomian dari keluarga mereka walapun penghasilan yang mereka peroleh tidaklah banyak. Namun dengan pendapatan per hari 30 ribu paling rendah dan 100-150 per hari di saat ramai sudah sangat membantu mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga mereka namun yang menjadi permasalahan atau kendala bagi mereka adalah teknik pemasaran yang masih di titipkan di kios-kios kecil atau mereka sendiri yang berjualan. Ada yang di bantu anggota keluarga dipasarkan melalui online namun sejauh ini kebanyakan dari mereka di bantu warga melalui mulut ke mulut memasarkan kue bangket ini.
