Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal,employee empowerment on organizational commitment through employee job satisfactionat PT. Siak Capital. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data wasobtained by interviewing a sample of 62 employees. Hypothesis Testing Using PathAnalysis Model (Path Analysis). The results of this study indicate that there is a positiveeffect of performance appraisal on organizational commitment, there is a positiveinfluence of employee empowerment on organizational commitment, there is a positiveinfluence of performance appraisal on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of jobsatisfaction on organizational commitment, there is a positive influence of empowermentemployees on job satisfaction, greater direct effect of performance appraisal onorganizational commitment through job satisfaction than the direct effect, greater directinfluence of employee empowerment on organizational commitment through jobsatisfaction than direct influence.Keywords:Performance Assessment, Employee Empowerment, OrganizationalCommitment, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru , as many as 218 people. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate stratified random sampling namely 141 head office employees. Sources of data used are primary data collected by distributing questionnaires as research instruments, and the analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS For Windows 26 program. With employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables, namely career development, work motivation, and work discipline. The results of this study indicate that: 1)Career development has a significant effect on employee performance,2)Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and 3)Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru, dan motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Seberida. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh guru PNS SMK Negeri 1 Seberida dijadikan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah 46 guru PNS termasuk kepala sekolah. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Disiplin kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja guru. Setelah dilakukan uji simultan dapat dibuktikan semakin baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, semakin tinggi kedisiplinan guru dan tinggi tingkat pemberian motivasi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru.
