Abstract

Berlakunya UU No. 28 tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerahmeng”harus”kan daerah untuk siap menerima pengalihan pengelolaan PBBsektor pedesaan dan perkotaa yang selama ini menjadi bagian dari pajak pusat.Adanya pengalihan ini menjadikan kegiatan proses pendataan, penilaian,penetapan,pengadministrasian,pemungutandanpelayananakandiselenggarakan oleh daerah.Pengalihan ini sebenarnya dilakukan pemerintah pusat secara bertahap,diantaranya dengan melihat kesiapan masing-masing daerah dan kota Pekanbarumenerima pengalihan pengelolaan PBB pada tahun kedua yaitu tahun 2012.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implikasi pengalihanpengelolaan PBB-P2 terhadap realisasi penerimaan PBB pada KecamatanCintaraja Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru.Kecamatan Cintaraja merupakan salah satu kecamatan dikota Pekanbaru yangselama ini selalu berhasil mencapai target penerimaan PBB.Kata Kunci : PBB , Kelurahan Cintaraja

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Kepuasan kerja seseorang dapat dilihat dari pelatihan karena para pegawai dapat menguasai pengetahuan, keahlian dan perilaku yang ditekankan dalam program-program pelatihan dan untuk diterapkan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari para karyawan. Penempatan pegawai merupakan suatu usaha untuk meyalurkan kemampuan peagwai sebaik-baiknya dengan jalan menempatkan pegawai pada posisi atau jabatan yang paling sesuai untuk memperoleh kepuasankerja yang optimal. Masih terdapat sejumlah pegawai yang belum memiliki kualifikasi teknis sesuai bidang dimana mereka ditempat tugaskan. Minimnya keterampilan, kemampuan teknis maupun administrasi serta ketidaksesuaian penempatan kerja yang dituntut organisasi terhadap pegawai tidak jarang menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang berpengaruhi terhadap kepuasan organisasi maupun pegawai yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Persaingan perbankan yang sangat kompetitif dewasa ini menuntut setiap bank memacu kinerja guna meningkatkan portofolio bisnisnya. Memasuki era pasar bebas bank syariah tidak bisa lagi hanya berdiam diri menghadapi persaingan.Munculnya pemain-pemain baru diranah  perbankan syariah akan makin mempererat kompetisi. Pemain baru tersebut tidak hanya berasal dari bank lokal, tapi juga bank asing.

Abstract

The study was conducted on employees Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial perception of the Employee Empowerment Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. There are five variables, one dependent variable and four independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 98 people. Research using test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis,using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that there are significant variables simultaneously and partially Meaningfullness, Competence Self-Determination and Impact on Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. The variables that most strongly to Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is variable Self-Determination (X3) when all employees are good Employee Empowerment is good, it will be able to lower the Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu MayangGarden Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research is conducted at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk Pekanbaru which is have address in Jl. General of Sudirman, Pekanbaru. Amount of sampel in this research is counted 85 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. While to analyse data, writer use doubled linear regression method constructively peripheral of SPSS Version 17.0.Pursuant to result of test of F known that f value count 15.172, bigger than F of is tables of 3.240 with storey, level of Sig equal to 0.000 < 0.05 meaning h0 refused and Is ha accepted. This matter indicate that Safety variable and health of activity (K3), environmental of discipline and activity by together have an effect on signifikan to employees performance at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk Pekanbaru. Pursuant to result of test of known that that Safety variable and health of activity (K3), environmental of discipline and activity by parsial have an effect on signifikan to employees performance at PT. Wijaya Masterpiece of Tbk Pekanbaru.Contribution influence of Safety variable and health of activity ( K3), environmental of discipline and activity to employees performance at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk Pekanbaru equal to 53,6 %, while the rest 46.4 % influenced by other variable which do not check in this research.Keywords : Performance, Safety and Health, Environmental, Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and organizational culture to work productivity through performance at umkm in the food and beverage sector in Indragiri Hulu District, totaling 8 UMKM with 55 employees. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research, tp test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysiis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected cencus (8 UMKM with 55 employees). The result showed that : 1). There is a positive and significant effect of training on the performance of the UMKM in the food and beverage sector in Indragiri Hulu District. 2). There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the performance. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of training on the work productivity. 4) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the work productivity 5) There is a positive and significant effect of training on the work productivity through performance. 6) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the work productivity through performance. 7) There is a positive and significant effect of performance on the work productivity.Keywords : Training, Organizational Culture, Performance, Work Productivity

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee competencies and workload simultaneously and partly on employee performance. The population of this study were employeestotaling 89 people. Research variables used are the competence of employees and workload as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.Calculation of partial, competence of employees affect the performance of employees. Furthermore, the workload impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research is conducted in Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Kampar and the purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics and Interpersonal Communication to Job Satisfaction as well as its impact on Organizational Commitment to Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Kampar. The population of this research is 71 people and the sample is taken by using census method which is making all the population as sample. The variables of this reseacrh are Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication as independent variable and Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment as dependent variable. Data analysis method is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis of two stages by using program SPSS 22 for windows. The result of this research in the first stage that the individual characteristic and interpersonal communication partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the job satisfaction and the second stage that the job satisfaction has significant effect to the organizational commitment. The coefficient of determination (R2) in the first stage is 0.512 which means the Characteristics of Individual and Interpersonal Communication can explain the Job Satisfaction variable equal to 51,2%, while the 48,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The The coefficient of determination (R2) in the second stage is 0,545 which means the Job Satisfaction can explain Organizational Commitment equal to 54,4%, while the 45,5% is influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Keywords : Individual Characteristic, Interpersonal Communication, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables Discipline, motivation and the Physical Environment on Performance. Research was conducted on Nurses, Hospitals Petala Bumi in Pekanbaru. In this research consists of four variables: the dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Performance (Y), the Physical Environment (X3), Motivation (X2), and Discipline (X1). This study was conducted using a sample of 86 people. This research using purposive sampling technique is the determination of the sample is based on respondents who have certain criteria to fill out a questionnaire. In terms of data analysis, this study using multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis tests conducted, results indicate that the Disciplinary research and significant positive effect on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the Performance and Physical Environment positive and significant impact on performance. Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment Physical positive and significant impact on Performance.Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Physical Environment, Performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu in order to determine how salvation and Health Effects of Work and Work Discipline either directly or indirectly Employee Productivity part of the production Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The sample in this study are 85 employees at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah, with testing data analysis used in this study is a Test Validity, reliability test, Test Classical Assumptions, Methods Msi. Data analysis method used is the method of path analysis or path analysis with the help of statistical package of social science version 20. From the results of the testing that has been done, it is evident that in partial safety & health and discipline of work have a significant influence on the productivity, safety and occupational health and discipline work together to have a significant influence on productivity and workplace safety and health impacts on productivity through labor discipline.So from this study the variables that should be improved productivity go round skills and the ability to use the tools of production employees are effective, the safety and health variables that should be improved is the direction and knowledge of the use of the machines, while the variables that should work discipline in is the increase in the company's adherence to the rules and complete the work on timeKeywords : Productivity, Health and Safety and Work Discipline.
