Abstract

The aims of this study is to examine how the pros and cons of Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning the Press as a lex specialis from a legal point of view. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature review approach, which focuses on discussing the substance of the law and the issues under study in accordance with the relevant literature. The results of the study illustrate that there are pros and cons related to the position of the Law. No.40 of 1999 concerning the press as lex specialis. The pro side illustrates that press activities and various disputes that arise in it when referring to the press law that has been specially formulated is used to solve press problems specifically, so that it is considered a lex specialis. On the other hand, it emphasizes that the press law from various sides does not meet the requirements as a lex specialis because there is no clear legal basis for reference from any parent law.

Abstract

The sea is one area that is part of people's lives in Indonesia, especially in West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The wealth of the sea makes it a source of income for some people who have a profession as fishermen. However, the condition of the sea will not be separated from illegal fishing actions carried out by irresponsible parties, causing disruption of marine ecosystems and sources of public opinion. Therefore, it is necessary for the participation of various parties in protecting the marine area. This study aims to obtain a persuasive strategy of Pangilma Laot in increasing the participation of various parties to assist law enforcement in guarding illegal fishing activities. The research method used in this research is participatory action research which involves various parties involved to play an active role in the object of study in this research. The results of this study prove the need for the participation of various parties in supporting panglima laot for law enforcement to reduce the number of illegal fishing.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to make people empowered and independent. Communication has an important role in the context of development and social change. Communication in empowerment is directed at raising the motivation and potential of every member of the community to rise up and be empowered to change their lives for the better. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze development communication strategies carried out by the West Aceh District Government, especially Arongan Lambalek District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that there were three development communication strategies carried out by the local government in realizing women's empowerment from the processing of water hyacinth plants, including choosing the right media such as social media (facebook, instagram, youtube), through events or exhibitions of MSME products. Furthermore, conducting instructional design through socialization and special training to hone the potential and creativity of women in producing quality water hyacinth products. The last strategy is to seek community participation, this is aimed at embracing every woman so that she can earn independently from the sales of products.

Abstract

Meta Business Suite merupakan aplikasi pemasaran online di era digital yang banyak diminati oleh pelaku usaha yang bergerak di bidang e-commers. Aplikasi Meta Business Suite memiliki fitur yang dapat diakses secara gartis, selain itu Meta Business Suite memusatkan penggunanya pada Facebook dan Instagram untuk menjangkau konsumen dalam berbisnis, sehingga Meta Business Suite dapat menghemat waktu pembisnis, menjalin hubungan dengan banyak orang, dan mendapatkan hasil bisnis yang lebih baik. Meta Business Suite dapat diakses dengan menggunakan Personal Computer (PC) dan juga menggunakan Smartphone, kemudahan ini dapat mewujudkan pebisnis mengelola bisnisnya dalam penjualan produk menjadi lebih mudah, aman, dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep aplikasi pemasaran online yakni; Meta Business Suite di era digitalisasi dengan dukungan teknologi digital yang saat ini berkembang pesat serta menjabarkan manfaat  yang dapat dihasilkan dari penggugunaan aplikasi Meta Business Suite  dalam menjangkau konsumen. yakni; Konsep pemasaran yang ditawarkan berbasis online yang berfokus pada penjualan produk, Membangun Brand Awareness Secara Online, Jangkuan Lebih Banyak Pelanggan, Menjual Lebih Banyak Produk, dan memiliki Teknologi Meta.
