Abstract

Masalah yang marak terjadi saat ini adalah masalah kemacetan lalu lintas yang telah meresahkan bagi para penggunaan jalan raya. Didaerah Kabupaten, khususnya terletak di Nagari Surian Kecamatan Pantai Cermin kabupaten Solok yang menjadi penghubung antar kabupaten. Kadang kala hambatan samping yang terjadi berpengaruh terhadap arus lalu lintas. Tujuan penelitian Mengetahui tingkat hambatan samping yang dihasilkan dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja jalan Padang-Muaro Labuah. Penelitian yang dilakukan berupa survei volume lalu lintas untuk melihat tingkat kepadatan kendaraan, kemudian survey hambatan samping untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh gangguan lalu lintas. Perhitungan yang digunakan dengan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia PKJI’14 untuk jalan luar kota. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan PKJI’14, maka didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan tertinggi yaitu 0,457 dengan jumlah volume kendaraan sebesar 1088,2 skr/jam sementara kapasitas ruas jalan 2380,8 skr/jam. Menurut perhitungan PKJI’14 tingkat pelayanan berada pada nilai C. Tingkat hambatan samping sangat mempengaruhi penurunan kinerja jalan. Kata Kunci: Hambatan samping, , volume lalu lintas

Abstract

Planning of the upper structure the office building CV. Graha Sungkai aims to improve infrastructure facilities according to office building in general. This plan is planning the construction of the building structure to achieve a strong, safe, and fulfill the requirements set out in the regulations that apply to the planning of the building structure. Upper Structure Planning Office Building CV. Graha Sungkai preliminary Design using ETABS. Loads that are input into the ETABS are dead load, live load, building weight, earthquake load. From the preliminary design results, it was found that the main beam reinforcement (BI 1) is 40 × 50 in size with a concrete quality of 30 Mpa, steel quality 420 Mpa, reinforcement for the upper support 5D16, the lower support 3D16, the upper field reinforcement 3D16, the lower field 3D16, the support stirrup reinforcement 10 – 150, field stirrups 10 – 200. Column 1 size 60 × 60 concrete quality 30 Mpa, Steel Quality 420 Mpa total axial reinforcement 16 D 22, shear reinforcement 10 – 200. Reinforcement roof slab 10 – 200, pitch 10 - 300. Reinforcement floor slab 10 – 100, pitch 10 – 250. From the planning above, it can be concluded that it has fulfilled the terms and conditions contained in the Indonesian regulations and standards.Key word: Beams, Columns, Floor slabs, Roof Slabs, Loads, Reinforcements

Abstract

Keberhasilan melaksanakan proyek konstruksi tepat pada waktunya adalah salah satu tujuan terpenting, baik bagi pemilik maupun kontraktor. Keterlambatan adalah sebuah kondisi yang sangat tidak dikehendaki, karena akan sangat merugikan kedua belah pihak dari segi waktu dan biaya. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi, baik faktor yang paling berpengaruh maupun faktor yang paling tidak berpengaruh serta menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan tersebut.  Dari survey yang telah dilakukan terhadap 30 perusahaan kontraktor di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, umumnya yang tergabung dalam keanggotaan GAPENSI Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi adalah tidak tersedianya alat atau peralatan kerja yang cukup memadai/sesuai dengan kebutuhan, mobilisasi sumber daya bahan, alat dan tenaga kerja yang lambat, tidak tersedianya bahan secara cukup pasti atau layak sesuai kebutuhan, pendanaan kegiatan proyek yang tidak terencana dengan baik, metode konstruksi/pelaksanaan kerja yang salah atau tidak tepat, kurangnya keahlian dan keterampilan serta motivasi kerja para pekerja di proyek, rencana kerja pemilik yang berubah-ubah. Sedangkan faktor yang paling tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi adalah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja.Kata Kunci: keterlambatan konstruksi, penundaan proyek, faktor dominan, kontraktor, proyek konstruksi

Abstract

Pasaman Regency is one of the regencies in West Sumatra Province, the capital of Pasaman Regency is located in Lubuk Attitude. This district has an area of 3,947.63 km2 and a population of 253,299 according to the 2010 population census and 301,444 people in 2021 with a government covering 12 sub-districts and 37 Nagari. Geographically, Pasaman Regency is crossed by the equator and is located at 0°55' North Latitude to 0°6' South Latitude and 99°45' to 100°21' East Longitude. The Maninjau area of Panti sub-district has an agricultural area of 200 ha. Regency by using primary and secondary data collection and using rainfall data for the last 10 years. data processing using the harsper and gumbel methods. From the results of the calculation of the channel planning dimensions, the calculation results where the Q value is 4.44 m³/sec is greater than the Qmax value 3.90 m³/s from the calculation results using the Gumbel method for R 5TH is 334 mm and The results of calculations using the Haspers method with a Q value of 3.90 m³/sec. The results of the study can be used as input and reference for planning irrigation needs in the future. the results of this research on irrigation can provide the greatest benefit to the community, and the purpose of this irrigation itself can be achieved and beneficial as optimally as possible.Keywords: Channel Dimensions, Water discharge rainfall, HaspersMethood, Gumbel Method, Secondary Channel

Abstract

The Tanjuang Balik Irrigation Area irrigates an area of 110 hectares of rice fields. The water source for the Tanjuang Balik Irrigation Area comes from Dam Ampuah River which irrigates from Ampuah to Koto Panjang. The Tanjuang Balik Irrigation Area is ± 7 km from the center of Bukittinggi City. In the Irrigation Network Planning, design analysis must be carried out which includes analysis of rainfall, calculation of discharge, and channel dimensions. So that the irrigation system can be interpreted as an effort to provide optimal and efficient water supply in order to get maximum crop production results. The main objective of the Tanjuang Balik Irrigation Network Planning is to maintain food self-sufficiency, with an area of 110 hectares of rice fields, from the area of the rice fields it is expected to harvest 8 tons / ha each time harvest. By repairing the network and providing adequate water as needed. In planning the dimensions of the channel obtained through the rainfall process using the harpes method and the gumbel method. Discharge data is needed to determine the calculation of water availability at the intake building. To get a good discharge calculation, it is necessary to record long-term river discharge data, this is needed to reduce the occurrence of too large calculation data storage. the calculation results the gumbel analysis of 1.028 mm and the calculation result from the HASPERT analysis of 0,04 m/dt the result of the planned discharge is 1,62 m/dt for the Tertiary channel planning in D.I Tanjuang Balik , it is planned to be able to accommodate water when the discharge is maximum.Keywords:discharge, Dimension of GUMBEL and HASPERT, and Tertiary rain fall channels.

Abstract

The faster the population growth in a city, the greater the need for housing. Both permanent and temporary residence, where the need for housing will affect human activities / activities in a city. For that we need a temporary residence such as a hotel. Therefore, the hotel will be built vertically with a number of floors consisting of five floors. Planning of reinforced concrete buildings in this modern era is based on the application of engineering computer programs, one of which is the SAP2000 program. Abstract

The development of science must be accompanied by adequate facilities and infrastructure. Due to the increase in needs that must be met, the existing building is unable to accommodate learning activities. For this reason, it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure in the form of building additions, renovations or construction of new buildings, as is the case with the YATI Kamang Mudik Islamic Boarding School. With the increase in the number of students and the inadequate condition of the building, it is necessary to  add a new building. This became the basis for the author to plan a new class building Ponpes YATI. From the results of the structural analysis, the structure repeating was obtained, the analysis that the author got was, the material used was steel fy = 420Mpa and fc '= 20.75Mpa. For the reinforcement of the floor plate, reinforcement is used for the direction x=Ø10-150, while the direction y=Ø1 0-150 is used. Ground floor column planning uses steel fy=240Mpa and fc'=24.9Mpa. With a size of 45cmX45cm. The planning of the 1st floor column uses steel fy=240Mpa and fc'=24.9Mpa. With a size of 40cmX40cm. The 2nd floor column planning uses fy=240Mpa and fc'=20.75Mpa steel. With a size of 35cm X 35cm. The planning of the 3rd floor column uses steel fy=240Mpa dan fc'=20.75Mpa. With a size of 35cmX35cm. While beam planning, for the main beam uses steel fy = 420Mpa and fc '= 20.75Mpa with a beam size of 50cmX30cm, for beam 2 and child beams using steel fy = 400Mpa and fc '= 20.75Mpa with a beam size of 2 45cmX25cm and a child beam of 35cmX25cm. Abstract

Abstract : Parking facilities are an inseparable part of driving life. Parking facilities are quite a concern, especially when visiting places that are crowded with visitors such as public service centers, for example the Lasi Health Center. Puskesmas usually have a busy schedule of visitors at certain hours each day so that there are problems such as the absence of parking areas. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to identify the availability of parking areas at the Lasi Health Center by analyzing the characteristics and level of parking services at the Puskesmas, the analyzed characteristics such as parking volume, parking duration, parking accumulation, parking index, parking turnover rate, usage rate and parking capacity. From the results of research conducted for 6 days (11-16 July 2022) from 07.00-17.00 WIB and data processing, it can be concluded that: the largest incoming vehicles are 4 cars on Monday at 07.00 08.00 WIB and 24 motorcycles on Friday 07.00-08.00 WIB, the largest accumulation is 6 cars on Thursday and 19 motorbikes on Friday, the maximum parking duration is 2.6 hours for cars on Monday and the maximum parking duration is 3.01 hours for bicycles on Monday, the largest parking volume for cars is 12 vehicles on Wednesdays and motorbikes is 59 vehicles on Thursdays.Keywords: Parking Facilities, Availability of Parking Areas, Parking Characteristics, Parking Service Levels.
