Abstract

Struktur naskah ialah naskah berita yan berupa naskah yang dibaca oleh pendengar atau pembaca sebagaimana naskah berita media cetak maupun media online. Naskah berita radio untuk diperdengarkan atau disampaikan oleh penyiar, kaena naskah berita radio ditunjukkan untuk penyaji berita agar mencaritakan peristiwa kepada pendengar layaknya bercerita kepada seorang teman secara lisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan yang bersumber dari buku dan internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah naskah dalam materi siaran yang akan disampaikan oleh penyiar dalam penyiaran terutama siaran dengan teknik membaca naskah. Naskah siaran umumnya berisi materi serius seperti tips atau informasi ringan sebgai sisipan dalam siaran music dan lainnya.

Abstract

The positive image of a person's branding is a legacy that mainly influences his career. A good image is not only to attract consumers in this case mad'u, but also for revision material and mad'u satisfaction. Each da'i has its distinctive characteristics in broadcasting Islamic teachings. Ustadz Felix Siauw uses social media, especially Instagram, to spread his da'wah by using photos, videos, colors, and infographics. This is a combination of creative forms with conservative substance. It was with this matter that Felix succeeded in attracting the attention of young people. Communicants who use Instagram no longer need to use the old method to obtain data or Islamic da'wah from selected preachers. Instagram gives the option to get data for followers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which has the aim of summarizing and describing various situations, conditions, or phenomena of social reality that exist and are interwoven in society which will become the object of research and try to draw that reality to the surface as a characteristic, character, personality, characteristic, model or reflection of the atmosphere, circumstances, or a particular phenomenon. Ustadz Felix Siauw, who is aware of the rapid development of this era, chose to use Instagram as a medium for preaching. The use of Instagram by Ustadz Felix Siauw as a da'wah media is considered successful in building a positive image in the public. The forms of communication used by Ustadz Feliz Siaw in preaching on Instagram include using captions for each article, preaching through novels, aesthetic photographs, and videos accompanied by preaching in them and using animation as an attraction in conveying the message of da'wah in it. These four forms of communication are used by Ustadz Felix Siauw in reaching out to the Islamic communication process so that the preaching messages that are informed can be accepted and understood by the public.

Abstract

This program is one of the interesting programs on DAAI TV Medan. And it is not surprising that this program has received various awards from the North Sumatra KPID. So that researchers want to examine the production process of the Sumatra Frame program which has been trying to improve the corporate image of DAAI TV Medan. The purpose and benefits of this research are to find out the production process of the Citraloka program in building the image of DAAI TV Medan and I hope this research can be useful for readers. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The theoretical description in this study uses mass communication, communication processes, agenda setting theory, and program production processes. The results of this study are the production process carried out by DAAI TV Medan in making news regularly from pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage here begins with a projection meeting by gathering ideas according to the vision and mission, and related to inspirational values. Production activities, namely a reporter doing live coverage of the field. Then in post-production the process of editing and merging the coverage results into one news package. The Citraloka program has an inspiring value as a means of education for the community. Its consistency as a broadcasting media broadcasting useful news is quite good. DAAI TV Medan has carried out its social responsibility so that it has a good image in the community, and does not look at the ratings that have been achieved, but looks at how useful the broadcasts are.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model komunikasi pimpinan dalam meningkatkan etika komunikasi Islami kurir. Model komunikasi pimpinan dalam membina dan mengarahkan kurir untuk membentuk budaya komunikasi Islami di lingkungan kerja. Mengidentifikasi pola komunikasi yang efektif antara pimpinan dan kurir untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait etika komunikasi yang terjadi di lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan menggunakan model komunikasi partisipatif dan persuasif dengan pendekatan humanistik yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai Islam. Model komunikasi pimpinan Shopee Express Medan Helvetia Hub mencakup beberapa langkah strategis, yaitu membuka ruang diskusi, memberi dan menerima masukan, menanamkan kesadaran moral kepada para kurir, serta menyampaikan pesan secara tegas namun tetap ramah. Pendekatan ini bertujuan menciptakan hubungan kerja yang terbuka dan saling menghargai, sekaligus membentuk etika komunikasi Islami yang bisa diterapkan dalam keseharian kerja kurir. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan model ini meliputi kepemimpinan yang visioner, budaya kerja yang terbuka, dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Sementara factor penghambatnya mencakup latar belakang pendidikan kurir yang rendah dan lemahnya internalisasi nilai etika secara menyeluruh.
