Abstract

This community service activity was carried out on students of SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa Batam. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge of mail-merge, financial management, and taxation to students. The devotion method is to use the counseling method for mail-merge material and the collaborative interactive lecture method for financial management and taxation material. Faculty and students are involved in this service. Service is carried out with 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the preparatory stage, observations are made to the object of devotion. At the implementation stage, the provision of bidding materials is carried out. At the evaluation stage, an assessment of the implementation of service is carried out. The results of the service show that students really need this material because they rarely get it in school except for taxation materials. The results of the evaluation show an increase in students' knowledge of the material presented. This service suggests that service activities should be carried out that are more devoted to the delivery of financial management materials.

Abstract

This study for to know the cultural influence work to officer motivation of at office of Mayor Batam, to know the professionalism influence to officer motivation of at office of mayor Batam and to know the cultural influence work and proffesionalism by together to officer motivation of at office of Mayor Batam. Result of research, result of calculation obtained by cultural value t hitung variable work bigger that t tabel. There by hence Ho refused and is Ha accepted. Matter of this means that there are influence which significant and positive among/between culture work to officer motivation of at office of mayor batam. Is meaning, more and more the cultural goodness work, hence will more and more the goodness also motivate the officer of at office of Mayor Batam and constructivelly computer processing of pursuant to calculation SPSS obtained by value F Hitung of bigger than F tabel, clear so that Ho refused and is Ha accepted. This matter indicate that by together culture work and professionalism can improve the officer motivation of at office of mayor batam. This indicate that there are very influence of significant of among/between culture work and profeesionalism to officer motivation of at office of mayor batam.

Abstract

Kedai kopi yang mengalami pertumbuhan di Kota Batam salah satunya adalah kedai Kopi Sakato. Ketatnya persaingan membuat para pemilik usaha harus mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dua faktor utama yang sering menjadi perhatian dalam industri ini adalah lokasi dan promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui besarnya pengaruh lokasi dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode kuantitatif menjadi pilihan pada riset ini, penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang menggunakan pengumpulan data untuk menguji hipotesis. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif berfokus pada data-data numerik angka yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi olah data seperti SPSS yang berbentuk hasil sebuah statistik. Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Lokasi dan promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian nilai uji F yang didapatkan adalah 11.202. Kedai Kopi Sakato harus terus meningkatkan kenyamanan untuk konsumen dari aspek lokasi, yang mana semakin mudahnya akses yang dijangkau akan memberikan. Selain itu Kedai Kopi Sakato harus lebih memperluas promosi yang mampu dijangkau lebih banyak konsumen.
