Abstract

Cassava chips are one of the snacks favored by residents because of their crunchy texture and can be enjoyed in any circumstances while relaxing. However, most cassava chips entrepreneurs still use packaging that is fairly monotonous and old-fashioned so that cassava chips are mostly only enjoyed by the elderly. This was also experienced by the partners chosen by the Geneng Village Community Service Team. The packaging used by partners is still in the form of clear plastic with a piece of paper inside that says "Taqiya Chips". In addition to packaging that is still ancient, marketing can also be said to be still in a limited reach, namely only in shops around the production site. This is what underlies the Geneng Village Community Service Team to serve these partners. The method that the author uses in this research is Community-Based Research where the author involves partners as work partners. The method used in this community service activity is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) where this method utilizes the assets and potentials around them. The owner of Taqiya Chips has the potential to make a product from his private garden which becomes a chip product that can be sold. The problems faced are packaging that is still monotonous and unattractive, logos that are only in the form of writing, and marketing targets that are still narrow. The KKN team provided an innovation for branding Taqiya Chips. Then carry out packaging updates and create a logo with a new design appearance, then do product marketing that will be branded through Shopee, Instagram and Tokopedia, then the products will start to be distributed.

Abstract

The first vaccination program started in early December 2020 and as of February 15, 2021, 175.3 million doses of the vaccine had been administered. Although the clinical trial data for the Covid-19 vaccine meets the WHO standard requirements, concrete evidence relating to the efficacy and effectiveness of the vaccine still needs to be researched and developed further. Therefore, there is still a lack of research and publications on the development of the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia, so this research will raise the issue of the extent to which factors of age, gender, ethnicity, history of Covid-19 infection, and vaccination dose affect the formation of antibodies after Covid vaccination. -19 in the Banjarmasin Ministry of Health Poltekkes academic community and the ability to protect against Covid-19 infection. The research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design and as a sample is the academic community of Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 stages I, II and III (booster). The method of determining antibody levels uses the ELISA principle plus supporting data through a questionnaire to explore data on the characteristics of the respondents. The results of measurements with ELISA obtained levels of Anti-SARS-Cov-2 S1RBD IgG antibodies which were grouped into 3 categories, namely: low (< 5 IU/mL) 3%, moderate (5 – 99 IU/mL) 8%, high (> 99 IU/mL) 89% and there is a significant value in terms of vaccination dose where the dose up to stage III (booster) is directly proportional to the increase in the level of antibodies formed. Abstract

The objectives of this study include: To determine and describe the improvement of reading ability and through the method of Synthetic Analytical Structure (SAS) of Indonesian Lessons of students; and to determine and describe the obstacles faced by teachers in improving reading ability through the method of Synthetic Analytical Structure (SAS) of Indonesian lessons of class II students of MI Diponegoro Kalikudi. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: 1) Improving the ability to read Indonesian lessons through the Synthetic Analytical Structure (SAS) method in class II of MI Diponegoro, namely by preparing planning, implementing learning and evaluating learning. The planning stage includes preparing all learning tools such as RPP, while the implementation of learning includes learning activities in the classroom, and the final activity is evaluation, namely to see the extent to which students understand the learning that is being studied in this case is reading; the obstacles faced by lower class students, in this case class II, are that students have not been able to follow reading and writing learning well from the constraints of the SAS method, including: 1). The SAS method takes more time and must be more creative; 2). Causes children to memorize readings without recognizing letters; 3). Requires many facilities that must be prepared for the implementation of this SAS learning method for certain schools is considered difficult; 4). This SAS Learning Method tends to be quite difficult for children to be taught by teachers.
