Abstract

Sentiment analysis on the satisfaction level of PDDikti operators is very important to find out how PDDikti operators feel after the version of the academic reporting application for higher education was upgraded, namely Neo Feeeder. The increase in the version of this application causes some of the features in it to not function properly. So some academic reporting activities from tertiary institutions experience problems. As a result of this condition, the most felt impact is students, where students experience delays in graduation. Then it is necessary to evaluate through sentiment analysis from PDDikti operators to find out the response from operators and be able to provide positive suggestions to developers from the PDDikti reporting application. This study applies several classification methods for sentiment analysis at once, including the Random Forest algorithm, the Support Vector Machine algorithm, the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm, the Decision Tree algorithm, and the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Of the 5 methods applied, the results of their performance accuracy will be compared. The performance of the highest classification algorithm is the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm which produces an accuracy value when testing data, which is up to 90% using the oversampling technique in unbalanced classes. While the lowest classification accuracy performance value is in the Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) algorithm with a value of 76%. It is proven that oversampling can help the performance of the classification algorithm to be more optimal. Thus, it should be noted that the balance of data classes is an important factor when applying the classification method.

Abstract

Integration of digital technology in fiqh learning is an important aspect in the fast-paced information era, where access to educational materials is increasingly easy and diverse. This study aims to analyze the challenges faced in the application of digital technology in fiqh learning and identify effective strategies to overcome them. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and direct observation as the main data collection techniques. This study analyzes various academic sources, educational policy documents, and reports on fiqh learning practices that have implemented digital technology. In addition, observations were conducted at several fiqh educational institutions in Indonesia to understand the real context of technology application in learning. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges faced include lack of adequate training for teachers, inadequate technological infrastructure, and resistance to change from some parties. Nevertheless, the integration of digital technology has great potential in increasing student engagement and the effectiveness of fiqh learning. The proposed strategies include increasing ongoing training for teachers to improve digital skills, developing adaptive and responsive curricula to technological developments, and collaborating with third parties to provide necessary resources, such as learning software and applications. The conclusion of this study confirms that with the right approach, the integration of digital technology can enrich the experience of learning fiqh, improve understanding, and make fiqh materials more accessible. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more relevant and effective fiqh education in the digital era, as well as being a reference for educational policies that support technology integration.

Abstract

Learning strategies based on information technology are increasingly relevant in improving the efficiency of the educational process, including in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak. This study aims to develop an information technology-based learning strategy to improve the efficiency of Aqidah Akhlak learning in schools. With a descriptive qualitative approach and library research method, this research analyzes various literature related to the application of technology in Islamic education. The results show that the utilization of technology, such as digital media, online learning platforms, and interactive applications, can enrich the learning experience, facilitate access to learning resources, and increase student engagement. The proposed strategies include the integration of technology in learning planning, implementation of teaching and learning activities, and learning evaluation. This research provides recommendations for educators and educational institutions to optimize technology in Aqidah Akhlak learning.

Abstract

This research addresses the development of an online ticket booking system for Tahura (Forest Park) Banjarmasin, a premier natural tourism destination in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The current manual ticket booking system creates operational inefficiencies, including long queues, time delays, and difficulties in visitor management. This research aims to design and develop an effective online ticket booking system to enhance visitor convenience and improve operational efficiency for park management. The research employs diverse methodological approaches including Use Case Analysis, Persona Development, Focus Groups, Workflow Analysis, and Prototyping to ensure comprehensive system development. The proposed system enables tourists to purchase tickets remotely through digital platforms, reducing physical queues and providing transparent information access. The research demonstrates that implementing an online booking system can significantly improve visitor satisfaction, streamline operations, increase revenue potential, and support sustainable tourism development.
