Abstract

Abstract: Woman is God’s creature which beautiful, gentle, and always fascinate man. Hence al-Quran only saying that man tendency to woman, not on the other side. In that position, pushing woman tobe glamor in every opportunity. In this life, woman have various role,beside as wife, as mother to its child, as career woman at office, as leader in their society and others. To be success its duty, hence muslimah woman have to remain towards in the Islam norms, have good personality and also excellent behavior. Woman beauty represent God send of Allah of SWT which must thank to and take care of, as well as possible. The beauty of woman (muslimah) will be seen if subvention with good personality.ملخص: النساء مخلوقات الله هم من الرجال جميل ، لطيف ، و دائما رائعة. ولذلك فإن القرآن يقول فقط أن الرجال تزين نفسها شهوة الميل إلى النساء ، وليس العكس . الموقف حتى ، ربما، أن تشجيع النساء على الميل إلى الظهور الكامل للسحر في أي مناسبة. في الحياة، و المرأة لديها مجموعة متنوعة من الأدوار مثل الزوجة ، و الأم لطفلها ، كامرأة المهنية في مكان العمل، كشركة رائدة في المجتمع وهكذا دواليك. ليكون ناجحا في القيام بواجباتهم ، ثم النساء المسلمات يجب أن لا تزال تلتزم قواعد دين الإسلام ، ولديه شخصية جيدة و الطابع النبيل. و ولد من امرأة الجمال هو هبة من الله وهذا ينبغي الاحتفال و الحفاظ عليها وكذلك ممكن . و على نحو متزايد أن ينظر إلى جمال المرأة ( المسلمة ) على حالها إذا دعمت مع شخصية ساحرة.Keyword: Kepribadian, pemimpin perempuan, perspektif Islam

Abstract

This study aims to describe 2 main things, namely the development of educational institutions at the Mambaul Huda Sumberurip Siliragung Banyuwangi boarding school. (2) The policy of the pesantren leadership in developing educational institutions at the Mambaul Huda Sumberurip Siliragung Banyuwangi boarding school.This research uses a qualitative method as for the reason the research uses qualitative methods because in this study, the researcher is also an instrument in collecting data about the leadership policy in developing educational institutions, so the researcher has a very large role, because what happens during the research needs further description in writing the report. From the data obtained and the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) The development of educational institutions in the Mambaul Huda Islamic boarding school has been fairly developed from previous years due to the increasing number of students, the increase in institutional buildings and business fields. (2) The policy of the pesantren leadership in developing educational institutions at the Mambaul Huda Islamic boarding school, namely still maintaining religious learning which is still religious in nature.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the actualization of the moderation library as a form of cultural literacy at MAN 2 Banyuwnagi. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and the study of documents and digital literature. Data analysis was done by data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The actualization of the moderation library in digital literacy-based cultural literacy at MAN 2 Banyuwangi is an effort and means of strengthening culture and literacy for students to broaden their horizons of knowledge about religious diversity, which produces personality and an attitude of moderation, openness, and being able to respect differences. The moderation library is a place for students to develop literacy through GELEM (Madrasa Literacy Movement) activities that are held once every three months, monthly literacy movements that are carried out every fourth Sunday of every month by reading books in the first hour, as well as appreciation for activities supported by the Al-Ghozy Award to increase students' interest in reading, as well as cross-faith moderation library visits included in the moderation camp with the ministry of religion. This embodiment is an icon that religious moderation at MAN 2 Banyuwangi has been running smoothly and well.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Islamic values can be implanted in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning through the optimization of digital literacy at MI Raudlatul Mutaalimin. Employing a qualitative approach with observations, interviews, and documentation, data were collected from teachers, students, and parents. The findings reveal that integrating digital media into PAI learning enhances moral awareness, digital literacy skills, and active student participation. However, challenges arise concerning technology use outside the classroom, requiring stronger collaboration between schools and families to establish a robust digital moral ecosystem. The study recommends strengthening teacher training, improving infrastructure, and increasing parental involvement to sustain Islamic value education in the digital era. These findings provide a foundation for developing an adaptive PAI learning model responsive to technological advances and future learners’ needs.
