Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study and analyze 1) The Relationship of Competencies with the Performance of Public Elementary Teachers in Unaaha District, Konawe Regency. 2) Relationship of Work Climate with Performance of Public Elementary Teachers in Unaaha District, Konawe Regency and 3) Relationship between Work Competency and Work Climate with the performance of teachers of Public Elementary Teachers in Unaaha District, Konawe Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method using the correlational method. The results of the study found that: 1) There was a positive and significant relationship between teacher competency and the performance of teachers of Public Elementary Schools in Unaaha District, Konawe District, as enhanced by a regression coefficient of 0.780 and a coefficient of determination of 0.608; 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between work climate and teacher performance in public elementary schools in Unaaha Subdistrict, Konawe Regency, as enhanced by a regression coefficient of 0.762 and a coefficient of determination of 0.581; 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher competency and the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Unaaha Subdistrict, Konawe District, as shown by the regression coefficient of 0.843 while the coefficient of determination is 0.711.Keywords: Teacher Competency; Work Climate; Teacher Performance

Abstract

Analisis Pendapatan Pekerja Batu Split Dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Keluarga Pada Masyarakat Desa Sanggula. Kecamatan Moramo Utara. Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Di bimbing oleh Bapak H. Makmur Kambolong, SE., M.Si sebagai pembimbing pertama dan Bapak Liwaul, S.Sos., M.Si. Sebagai pembimbing kedua, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa penting pengolahan batu split dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan ekonomi pekerja batu split. Sedangkan metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengfokuskan pada Pendapatan  ekonomi pekerja batu split. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara. Hasil  dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan pekerja batu split di desa sanggula dapat dilihat dari jumlah produksi batu split per arko yang dicapai perharinya dan dikali Rp. 5.000 per arkonya.Tingkat pendapatan pekerja batu split tergolong Sedang. Kepemilikan kekayaan yang diperoleh pekerja batu split lebih mudah memperoleh kebutuhan-kebutuhannya yang diinginkan, diantaranya: Motor, TV dan Kulkas. Kondisi ekonomi masyarakat pekerja batu split tergolong Sedang. Kondisi ini dapat dilihat dari pendapatan serta kebutuhan hidup yang mereka capai. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa, Dengan Adanya Pengolahan Batu Split, dengan ini para pekerja batu split dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Ekonomi Keluarga Mereka.Kata kunci : Pengolahan Batu Split, Tingkat Pendidikan pekerja, Tingkat Pendapatan Pekrja, Tingkat Ekonomi Pekerja

Abstract

Abstract: Zakat serves as a means for muzakki to prosper in many communities. Besides, zakat is also a means for amil zakat in carrying out empowerment activities to realize the welfare of the Islamic community evenly. For this to not only be wishful thinking for the Islamic community, then zakat property needs to be managed well collectively by the government or private institutions according to the instructions of Allah SWT in the Qur'an but still comply with the prevailing laws. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method through a literary study approach. This article is about the definition of empowerment and zakat according to experts, zakat perspective of the Qur'an, community empowerment as well as empowerment of amil zakat perspective of the Qur'an and at the same time contains about the management of zakat according to law number 23 of 2011 which applies in Indonesia. This study is expected to be a contribution for zakat managers such as BAZNAS / UPZ / LAZ including for empowerment agents in managing zakat assets to empower the Islamic community to the maximum and sustainable.Keywords: Empowerment, Zakat, Qur'an

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research or what is usually called qualitative descriptive research. The informants used were main, key and supporting or additional informants who were determined based on purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data obtained based on data collection techniques through observation, short interviews, documentation and giving questionnaires related to the problem being studied. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman method, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the factors causing the low level of community education in Batu Tiga Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency are internal factors (lack of individual motivation, lack of individual awareness, lack of interest in learning & school, no desire to continue education, and wanting to find work/help people parents) and external factors (economic conditions, lack of parental motivation, social conditions/community environment/peers, accessibility/distance from home to school or college, lack of parental attention, cultural factors, parental education level and educational infrastructure not feasible and there is a new factor that emerges, namely the parent's death factor).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the understanding of the Jama'ah Tabligh of Masjid Muhammadan, whose understanding of misogynistic hadiths tends to be contextual. It is interesting for the author to explore what factors influence the dynamism of the Jama'ah Tabligh's understanding of hadiths, as the paradigm about the Jama'ah Tabligh is gender-biased and understanding hadiths in a literal-textual manner. The problem to be examined is to explore the Jama'ah Tabligh's understanding of the hadith about a wife's reluctance to have intimate relations with her husband, a wife's entry into paradise with the husband's consent, and what factors underlie the dynamism of their thinking. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological and gender approach. The data collection techniques used are semi-structured interviews with Jama'ah Tabligh of Masjid Muhammadan who have become 'amir in khuruj (selected objectively) and documentation, namely the books Riyadhus Shalihin and Fadhail 'Amal. The findings of this study are that in the matter of intimate relationships and wives' obedience to their husbands, they tend to be fair and balanced, treating their wives humanely and in accordance with Islamic teachings, while the factors underlying their thinking are the ideologies they embrace, which consist of Muhammadiyah and NU. Thus, it can be concluded that the Jama'ah Tabligh of Masjid Muhammadan tends to be contextual in understanding misogynistic hadiths, as the issue of the husband-wife relationship for them must consider the condition of a wife (intimate relationships and obedience of the wife). Furthermore, the dynamic reception of the Jama'ah Tablig is believed that they are no longer fanatical about the Jama'ah Tabligh ideology itself, but rather bring their own ideologies into the Jama'ah Tabligh group.

Abstract

This study examines the teacher's efforts in introducing numbers to children aged 5-6 years using number trees to early childhood. This research is interesting to discuss because the teacher's efforts are important in developing early childhood abilities with the challenges of children's different abilities. This study aims to see the teacher's efforts in introducing numbers to children aged 5-6 years using a number tree at RA Miftahul Jannah Bandar Mataram. The benefit of this research is to add insight and knowledge about the teacher's efforts in introducing numbers to children aged 5-6 years using a number tree. This research is a type of qualitative research using 3 data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. This research data was taken from class teachers and children aged 5-6 years at RA Miftahul Jannah. The results of this study are that the teacher has tried to introduce numbers to children aged 5-6 years as an implementer of learning at RA Miftahul Jannah using number tree media. The results of the development of the ability to recognize numbers in children aged 5-6 years, namely children aged 5-6 years at RA Miftahul Jannah are developing as expected. Abstract

Since its establishment, Al Qodiri Islamic Boarding School has set itself as a peace boarding school with moderate character. When radicalism, extremism, and terrorism threaten world peace, the schools consistently campaign for peaceful movement. Therefore, this study focuses on peace education in planning, implementing, and its implication on students’ behavior and attitude in Al Qodiri Islamic Boarding School Jember to find a learning model of planning, implementing, and implication of peace education. This study used a qualitative research design using a multiple case study approach. The informants were chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of the research are: first, peace education planning in al Qodiri Islamic Boarding School Jember refers to vision, mission, institutional philosophy, Islam washatiyah, started with the need analysis of an era, society, and students and by considering the suggestion of education users formulated by an educational institution. Second, peace education implementation employs an adaptation of religious text material using a moderation approach, Islamic method, and universal method, a website supporting media containing digital washatiyah literacy and digital sufism literacy implemented in formal institution integrated with ahlussunnah waljama’ah teaching through class-based-extracurricular activities and intensive and doctrinal extracurricular activities. Third, the peace education implication in Islamic boarding schools builds students’ polite and tolerant behavior, moderate and contextual perspective, sufistic behavior, and positive image for the local, national, and regional society and supports Islamic boarding schools' continuous transformation.

Abstract

       AbstractThis study aims to analyze the implementation of religious culture in fostering students' spiritual intelligence at SD Baitul Amien 1 and SD Baitul Amien 2 Jember. The research focuses on strategies for instilling religious cultural values, the development of religious culture programs, and their implications for students' spiritual intelligence. A qualitative approach was used with a case study and multi-case design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research subjects were purposively selected, including the principal, vice principal of curriculum, Islamic education teachers, and students. Data analysis followed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, with data validity tested through technique and source triangulation.  The findings reveal that: (1) Strategies for instilling religious cultural values are carried out through the development of an integrated curriculum, the creation of a supportive learning environment, and the involvement of all school components; (2) Religious culture programs include congregational Duha prayer, Monday-Thursday fasting, congregational prayer, prayer habituation, honesty canteens, and the 3S culture (Smile, Greet, Salute); (3) The implementation of religious culture has multidimensional implications, encompassing spiritual-personal, social-interpersonal, and academic-intellectual dimensions. This study concludes that a structured and integrated religious culture can be an effective strategy for fostering students' spiritual intelligence in public schools.Keywords:Role, Religious Culture, Spiritual IntelligenceAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi budaya religius dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik di SD Baitul Amien 1 dan SD Baitul Amien 2 Jember. Fokus penelitian meliputi strategi penanaman nilai budaya religius, program pengembangan budaya religius, dan implikasinya terhadap kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan rancangan multi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kajian dokumen. Subjek penelitian ditentukan secara purposive meliputi kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru PAI, dan peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana dengan keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Strategi penanaman nilai budaya religius dilakukan melalui pengembangan kurikulum terintegrasi, pembentukan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung, dan pelibatan seluruh komponen sekolah; (2) Program budaya religius yang diterapkan meliputi salat Duha berjamaah, puasa Senin-Kamis, salat berjamaah, pembiasaan doa, kantin kejujuran, dan budaya 3S; (3) Implementasi budaya religius memberikan implikasi multidimensional meliputi dimensi spiritual-personal, sosial-interpersonal, dan akademik-intelektual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan budaya religius yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik di sekolah umum.Kata kunci: Budaya Religius, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Peran

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila (P5) Student Profile Strengthening Project with the theme "Democratic Voice" at SMPN 5 Pangean aims to introduce and strengthen democratic values among students. In the context of the independent curriculum, which prioritises project-based learning to develop character and skills, this activity integrates democratic principles with practical experience in the general election process. The implementation method consists of a theory session on the concept of democracy and election, followed by a general election simulation, as well as post-activity analysis to ensure student understanding and involvement. The results of the evaluation showed that the students succeeded in understanding and carrying out the election simulation well, without the presence of golput participants, and showed a deep understanding of the democratic process and Pancasila values. This activity has proven to be effective in increasing students' knowledge of democracy and preparing them to actively participate in future elections.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of extracurricular programs in improving students' non-academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Situbondo. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that extracurricular program management includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating. Planning is carried out through work meetings that discuss the types of extracurriculars, the selection of coaches, and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The organization is aimed at dividing tasks according to the competence of each coach and scheduling extracurricular activities. The implementation of the program is carried out consistently in accordance with the plan that has been prepared.In addition, supervision is carried out by the head of the madrasah and the supervisor to ensure that each activity runs according to the schedule and achieves the expected goals. Evaluations are conducted at the end of each semester to assess the effectiveness of the program, including the analysis of facilities and infrastructure, the number of meetings, and the achievement of student achievement in various non-academic competitions. The study concluded that effective management in extracurricular programs contributes significantly to the improvement of students' non-academic achievement, which in turn improves the reputation of the madrasah.
