Abstract

Something important to know is understanding Asmaul Husna in al-Quran. This writing discusses some points of al-Asma a-Husna that contains close meaning with the values of human life. Mankind will be more progress, civilized, prosperious and can stand on its own feet, if they always implement the values of Asmaul Husna, both indivually or socially, this is because Asmaul Husna is the essence or heart of religion. Thus, Allah has ever reminded those who do shalat (pray) to implement its values in daily life. The values of shalat are reflected in Asmaul Husna.

Abstract

Every child certainly has the same rights in terms of inheritance and others, mistakes made by both parents should not have an impact on children who are victims of immoral acts or adultery of both parents. Every human being has the same rights in the eyes of the law, whether Islamic law or positive law and it is regulated in the law so that in determining the inheritance status of a child born as a result of adultery, if born at the age of marriage of at least 6 (six) months, the child can follow the lineage of the father and the rights to inherit the property. It is also explained in articles 100 and 186 of the Compilation of Islamic Law which means that children from the consequences of adultery have the rights to inherit if they are born in a marital relationship

Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam, which is the fifth pillar that must be done for every Muslim, both men and women who are capable and have met the requirements. The implementation of the pilgrimage is to visit the Baitullah (Ka'ba) in Mecca with certain conditions and certain rituals. People who perform hajj are obliged to comply with the provisions. It is different in Lembanna village where some people still believe in the Bawakaraeng pilgrimage ritual. Then it is described in the formulation of the problem, namely: How is the perception of the Lembanna community regarding the ritualism of the Bawakaraeng Hajj? How is the government's effort in overcoming the ritualism of the Bawakaraeng Hajj? The type of research used is field research, in which this research was conducted in the village of Lembanna. The result of this research is that Haji Bawakaraeng as described is a term or symbol attached to mountain climbing activities during Eid al-Adha. Information from residents at the foot of the mountain said that they did not believe in and did not practice the Bawakaraeng Hajj culture, and this culture was carried out by people outside their environment. Along with this statement they also admitted that they did not agree with the existence of Haji Bawakaraeng. The implications of this research are, Everything must be based on evidence, so that there is no wild perception in society. This research can be an enlightenment or information related to the Hajj Ritual at the Top of Mount Bawakaraeng. If there is information related to rituals in the community and which are suspected of being deviant, don't judge or blaspheme immediately, it would be better if we have to dig up information first. Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the extent of the concept of overcoming conflict and physical clashes in the perspective of Islamic law. The results can be concluded that Islam as a perfect religion has a concept or guidance in tackling conflicts between fellow human beings, the concept is contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah as a guide for all Muslims. There are at least five concepts given by Islam in terms of conflict management. These concepts are tabayyun (clarifying news in order to seek clarity and clarification of information, especially information that is still unclear which can lead to slander and conflict), tahkim (mediation efforts by bringing in peacemakers to reconcile the two conflicting parties), deliberations ( conducting dialogue to make joint decisions to solve problems, namely forgiving each other to reduce conflict) and Al islah (making peace or spreading peace, for example doing good, advocating for people to make peace with one another respecting each other or Amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar)

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Islamic law in addressing conflict and physical violence in Indonesia. Conflict and physical clashes are unavoidable social phenomena, occurring in both private and public spheres, arising from political, economic, religious, and cultural factors. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using library research methods, analyzing classical and contemporary literature related to conflict theory and Islamic legal perspectives. The findings indicate that Islamic law offers a comprehensive framework for conflict resolution, encompassing preventive approaches through da'wah, curative measures through tabayyun, musyawarah and sulh, as well as principles of tasamuh and al-afwu, and tahkim and islah. These concepts emphasize not only conflict resolution but also the development of social awareness, tolerance, and peace, which are highly relevant in the context of modern Indonesian society. The study concludes that Islamic law provides an effective normative and practical framework for mitigating conflict and physical violence, while fostering moral and social awareness to prevent destruction and violence.

Abstract

This study examines Islamic legal products and their implementation in Indonesia within the framework of integrating Sharia values with the national legal system. Islamic legal products are the result of istinba? al-a?kam derived from primary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, ijma, and qiyas, which are then applied across various aspects of life. In Indonesia, their implementation is reflected in regulations such as the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), the Islamic Banking Law, the Zakat Law, and the Waqf Law, as well as in institutions such as the Religious Courts, BAZNAS, and BWI. This study shows that the implementation of Islamic law takes place through three main channels: substantive law, formal law, and social law. Although significant progress has been made, the application of Islamic law still faces challenges in the form of legal pluralism, differences among schools of thought, and limitations in human resources. Therefore, strengthening regulations, improving the competence of legal practitioners, and promoting interdisciplinary research are necessary to ensure that the values of justice and public welfare (ma?la?ah) in Islam are more deeply internalized within the national legal system.

Abstract

Some residents of Bulukumba adhered to the bohe’ rite as a religious practice. The residents of Lembanna Village, Bontobahri District, Bukukumba Regency thought that the bohe’ ritual, in this case involving a walnut crab, possessed supernatural qualities and could cure a variety of illnesses. This study attempted to explain the ancestry of the bohe ceremony and evaluate Islam's approach to community rituals. This study employed a sociocultural, qualitative methodology. According to the research, bohe’ was an animistic ritual based on the ancestral practices of the inhabitants of Lembanna Village that was believed to be able to treat a variety of maladies, including skin diseases, itching, and allergies, and many people even asked for children. When one of the sick was immediately sent to bohe’ for a ritual to be performed in the hope that the ailment he experienced might be treated, the ritual became highly mystical in the community because it was a reference for previous individuals and a stigma for society. From the bohe’ ritual, it is possible to conclude that the rituals of the ancient people were not in accordance with the teachings of Islam, as the ritual process diverged from the religious faith, consisted of bad habits, and sought healing from a source other than Allah. In order to avoid deviating from the Islamic faith, it was hoped that the public would pay close attention to right and wrong and engage in a great deal of self-reflection by reading the prayers or mantras cast by Sanro (local shaman) or a handler with a more Islamic orientation, such as by reading shalawat or other suras from the Qur'an and Hadith.
