Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis model supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Se-Kota Mataram 2021-2022, dan 2) Menganalisis tahap-tahap supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Se-Kota Mataram 2021-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Model Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Se-Kota Mataram 2021-2022 adalah model supervisi klinis, dimana Kepala MIN 1 Mataram lebih menekankan kepada kemampuan/keterampilan guru dengan pendekatan personal yang formal dan terjadwal, sedangkan Kepala MIN 2 Mataram lebih menekankan kepada manajerial serta akademik secara berkala dan terjadwal, dan Kepala MIN 3 Mataram lebih menekankan kepada manajerial serta administrasi secara pendampingan terhadap guru sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijadwalkan, dan 2) Tahap-tahap Model Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Se-Kota Mataram 2021-2022, secara umum yaitu: tahap pertemuan awal, tahap observasi, dan tahap perternuan akhir atau tindak lanjut. Dimana secara khusus tahap-tahap model supervisi Kepala MIN 1 Mataram yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi, sedangkan Kepala MIN 2 Mataram yaitu tahap sosialisasi dengan terjadwal (perencanaan), tahap pelaksanaan supervisi, tindak lanjut (evaluasi), dan pelaporan hasil supervisi, dan Kepala MIN 3 Mataram yaitu menyusun perencanaan program supervisi, sosialisasi supervisi, menyusun jadwal supervisi, pelaksanaan supervisi, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Supervisi Akademik Kepala MIN Se-Kota Mataram 2021-2022 menggunakan model supervisi klinis, dengan tahapan-tahapan Model Supervisi Akademik Kepala MIN Se-Kota Mataram 2021-2022 yaitu: tahap pertemuan awal, tahap observasi, dan tahap perternuan akhir atau tindak lanjut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan R&D (Research And Development) yang bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan modul berbasis riset untuk mata kuliah Biologi Terapan dan (2) mengevaluasi validitas modul yang telah dikembangkan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Model pengembangan modul yang digunakan adalah model 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Namun, dalam penelitian ini, penyusunan modul hanya mencakup tahap pengembangan (develop). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner berupa lembar angket validasi modul. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang tim validator ahli dan sepuluh orang mahamahasiswa untuk uji coba terbatas. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil validitas modul oleh tim validator ahli dengan rata-rata 85,41% untuk komponen kelayakan isi dengan kriteria kevalidan baik, 83,33% untuk komponen bahasa dengan kriteria kevalidan baik, dan 84,09% untuk komponen penyajian dengan kriteria kevalidan baik. Rata-rata validitas modul oleh tim validator ahli adalah 84,27% dengan kriteria kevalidan baik. Selain itu, hasil validitas uji coba terbatas oleh sepuluh orang mahamahasiswa menunjukkan persentase sebesar 87,62% dengan kriteria kevalidan baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan dengan judul "Potensi Antosianin Kulit Terong Ungu (Solanum melongena)" layak digunakan pada mata kuliah Biologi Terapan. Validity of Research-Based Applied Biology Module on the Concept of Utilizing Purple Eggplant Peel Anthocyanin as a Biosensor  This research is a type of R&D (Research And Development) development research which aims to (1) develop research-based modules for Applied Biology courses and (2) evaluate the validity of the modules that have been developed. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive and quantitative approach. The module development model used is the 4D model which consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, in this study, the preparation of the module only includes the development stage (develop). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method in the form of a module validation questionnaire sheet. The research subjects consisted of three expert validator teams and ten students for limited trials. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the module validity results were obtained by a team of expert validators with an average of 85.41% for the content feasibility component with good validity criteria, 83.33% for the language component with good validity criteria, and 84.09% for presentation component with good validity criteria. The average module validity by the expert validator team is 84.27% with good validity criteria. In addition, the results of the limited trial validity by ten students showed a percentage of 87.62% with good validity criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the module developed under the title "Anthocyanin Potency of Purple Eggplant (Solanum melongena) Skin" is suitable for use in Applied Biology courses.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on science learning based on indigenous science, the culture of the Sasak ethnics of Lombok. This study is library research with data sources from previous research articles that have topics related to science learning, science concepts, ethnoscience, and songket cloth, poteng jaje tujak, and bale adat. The procedure in literature study research is carried out in stages, namely collecting library data, reading, taking notes, studying, collecting concepts or manuscripts, then carrying out elaboration and explanation of the collected data/text. The study results show that (1) the nature of learning science can be classified into three dimensions, namely science as a product, science as a process, and science as an attitude; (2) indigenous science in songket wayang motifs, subahnale motifs keker motifs four star, and alang/lumbung which have relevance to the basic science competence of “analyzing the reproductive system in plants and animals and the application of technology to the reproductive system of plants and animal”; (3) indigenous science in the materials for making bale adat has relevance to the basic competence of natural science on “analyzing the interrelationships of plant tissue structures and their functions, as well as technology inspired by plant structures”; (4) indigenous science in the process of making poteng jaje tujak has relevance to the basic competence of natural science regarding “applying the concept of biotechnology and its role in human life”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in student perceptions about self-efficacy in the field of entrepreneurship based on gender and semester. This study is an exploratory research with 35 biology education students as subjects. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire with degraded answers according to a Likert scale that had been declared valid. Analysis of research data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with t-test and Anova test at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that (1) students' perceptions of self-efficacy in the field of entrepreneurship has an average score of male students at 3.16 with the Good category and women at 3.10, while semester IV students are at 3.09 with the Good category, semester VI is at 3.12 with the Good category, and semester VIII of 3.15 in the Good category; (2) there is no significant difference in students' perceptions of self-efficacy in the field of entrepreneurship between male and female gender, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.716 greater than the alpha testing value of 0.05 (>0.05); (3) there is no significant difference in the perceptions of semester IV, VI, VIII students about self-efficacy in the field of entrepreneurship as evidenced by a significance value of 0.959 greater than the alpha testing value of 0.05 (>0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the foster teacher program and its implementation in shaping the character of students, describe the obstacles and solutions of foster teachers in shaping the character of students, and examine the relationship between the foster teacher program and Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are first, the foster teacher program in shaping the character of students at SMP Negeri 5 Batukliang is a program that builds teacher-parent relationships for students at school with routine interactions every day and weekly meetings in groups. Second, the implementation of the foster teacher program in shaping the character of students was manifested in the formation of characters developed at SMP Negeri 5 Batukliang namely honesty, discipline, responsibility, religion, and courtesy. Third, the obstacles encountered in running the foster teacher program are the lack of concern for foster teachers in schools, the lack of quick response to guide and find solutions when problems occur with their foster children, the tight schedule of teaching and teaching in other schools, the lack of consistency in making or filling out weekly activity progress reports of foster participants. The solution is that students who often do not go to school are given an individual approach outside of the schedule for implementing the foster teacher program, building intense communication with student guardians including carrying out home visits, and maximum guidance
