Abstract

Limbah sampah plastik adalah permasalahan global disetiap negara, khususnya di Indonesia, dimana industri daur ulang masih terbatas. Salah satu alternatif daur ulang limbah plastik yang potensial adalah digunakan untuk produksi bahan kontruksi, yaitu untuk produksi paving block. Banyak konsumen yang memilih Paving block karena kontruksi perkerasan yang baik, ramah lingkungan, membantu penyerapan air kedalam tanah, pelaksanaan lebih cepat, biaya yang relatif murah, dan memiliki berbagai macam bentuk yang menambah nilai estetika. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan limbah plastik sebagai bahan pembuatan paving block sekaligus sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi limbah plastik di kabupaten Bogor. Dengan memanfaatkan sifat plastik yang memiliki titik leleh yang rendah dan pada suhu normal dapat menjadi sangat keras sehingga cocok digunakan sebagai bahan pembuat paving block. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan 92,8 % responden menyatakan paham tentang tata cara produksi, pengolahan dan pengembangan paving block berbahan baku sampah plastik.

Abstract

Leadership behavior, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, will eventually grow results in the form of satisfactory work performance or OCB. The results of a survey of OCB employees of educational foundations, both in terms of quality and quantity, were still not satisfactory. The quantity of output (amount produced) and the quality of output (output quality) show results and quality that are not optimal in carrying out work related to their duties and functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable at the Islamic education foundation Ar-Rohman Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The total population in this study was 129 people with a saturated sampling method. In this study data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale data measurement method. The analytical technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22.0 program. to calculate each variable. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership had no positive and significant effect on OCB, job satisfaction had no positive and no effect significant to OCB, transformational leadership has no positive and insignificant effect on OCB which is mediated by organizational commitment, job satisfaction has no positive effect and not significant for OCB which is mediated by organizational commitment

Abstract

This research comprehensively evaluates the economic, technological, and environmental feasibility of green hydrogen adoption in Bogor City's transportation sector. Utilizing Techno-Economic Assessments (TEA), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Scenario Modeling, the study compares centralized versus decentralized production pathways. TEA findings indicate that decentralized production is not financially viable, while centralized production with CCS technology shows positive financial potential, underscoring the role of economies of scale. LCA results confirm that green hydrogen offers significant emission reduction potential, up to 90% compared to fossil fuel alternatives, and produces zero emissions at the point of use, though high CCS costs remain a constraint. Scenario Modeling determined that Scenario 3 (high carbon tax, government subsidies, and reduced renewable energy prices) is the most effective pathway for accelerated adoption. Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) suggests that long-term non-economic benefits, such as improved public health and reduced air pollution, significantly outweigh high initial infrastructure costs. This study provides a novel, integrated assessment for a high-density urban context, advising policymakers to implement a higher carbon tax and subsidies to expedite the transition.
