Abstract

Data Profil Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2019 didapatkan bahwa cakupan pelayanan nifas di Indonesia sebesar 78,78%. Cakupan ini belum mencapai target resntra nasional sebesar 80%. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional.  Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh ibu nifas yang bersalin di Bulan Mei-Juli 2022  sebanyak 32 orang. Sampel penelitian ini seluruh ibu nifas yang bersalin di Bulan Mei-Juli 2022 diambil dengan tekhnik total sampling  sebanyak 32 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dengan mematuhi protokol Covid-19. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa  kunjungan nifas tidak lengkap sebanyak 17 responden dan lengkap sebanyak 15 responden. Responden dengan sikap negatif sebanyak 18 responden dan positif sebanyak 14  responden. Sebanyak 20 responden tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami sedangkan 12 responden mendapatkan dukungan. Ada hubungan sikap dan dukungan suami dengan dengan kunjungan nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pagar Jati  Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang. Diharapkan Bidan bisa memberikan informasi mengenai waktu kunjungan nifas kepada ibu mulai dari persalinan sehingga ibu bisa melakukan kujungan nifas pertama hingga kunjungan nifas ketiga.  Kemudian, dalam upaya meningkatkan dukungan suami Bidan melibatkan suami dalam setiap memberikan asuhan mulai dari kehamilan.

Abstract

Low birth weight babies (LBW) continue to be a global public health problem. Basically babies with birth weight less than 2500 grams have a greater risk of health problems due to many factors including factors from the mother, from the baby and from the environment. to determine the factors associated with the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) in the perinatal room RSHD Bengkulu City. This type of research is an analytical study with a case control approach. The population is all newborns in RSHD Bengkulu City during January - December 2019. The sample in this study is mothers who have LBW babies taken using total sampling technique, namely mothers who have LBW babies with The incidence of 50 babies and as a control was taken as many as 50 respondents at RSHD Bengkulu City in 2019 using the 1: 1 comparison method so that the total sample taken was 100 cases. The sampling technique used was systematic random sampling. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using chi-square at the 95% confidence level (p <0.05). The results obtained: Out of 100 babies, there are 50 babies (50.0%) babies who have low birth weight (LBW) and not babies who do not experience low birth weight (LBW), 62 babies (62%) mothers have preeclampsia, 70 mothers (70.0%) experienced pregnancy anemia, 57 mothers (57.0%) with multiparous / grandemultipara parity, there was no relationship between preeclampsia and the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) in the perinatal room RSHD Bengkulu City, there was a relationship between anemia and parity with the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) in the perinatal room RSHD Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The high number of Covid-19 spreads in Indonesia has had an impact on all sectors. various things to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 including physical distancing or physical distance restrictions from humans. This of course will limit and become an obstacle for the implementation of various activities that require direct face-to-face meetings, including community service. In this community service, this health education activity is carried out in the form of health with the theme of the activity "Let's Like to Wash Hands" with ZOOM and YouTube media. Implementation of health education activities using storytelling methods, hand washing education. The presenters gave fairy tales and education about hand washing to children. After that, discussion and question and answer were held. implementation time is Sunday, September 30, 2021 through the Zoom meeting room application. This service has been carried out online through the Zoom Meeting application with a total number of 42 participants, consisting of 10 committee members and 30 respondents. The results of the average percentage of all indicators of 92% indicate that the "Let's Like to Wash Hands" activity went very well. Conclusion: The activity “Let's Like to Wash Hands” went very well, participants gained information about the importance of washing hands and how to wash hands properly.
