Abstract

Democratization character was developed with a new paradigm about involvement of students in the learning process, that is not only active in the learning process, but they are also given the opportunity to determine the learning activities they will do, together with their teachers who have all the forms of a positive relation between the perception of the character with learning results of students. Character education priorities embedded in school of MAN 2 Kandangan reflected in the learning process applied by civics teacher who strongly supports the establishment of a democracy character. The purpose or this reseacrh are : (1) to describe character of student in democracy in MAN 2 Kandangan; (2) to know civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan; and (3) to know relation between democracy character and civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan.Research method using quantitative descriptive approach with colleration method. The research population wa all students of the class. Population in this research were students of class X and XI of MAN 2 Kandangan which amounts to 372 are 181 smples. Collection data using questionnaires. Data analysis with colleration using Pearson Product Moment formula with SPSS version 16.The results of this research show that: (1) democracy character of the civics in school of MAN 2 Kandangan quite well, and high, where students uphold democracy character well in envirinment of school and society; (2) civics  learning result in MAN 2 Kandangan quite well with the average 75,98; and (3) Be found a relation between democracy character and civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan where based on test resultsr calculated (0,396) > r table (0,148). So, it can be concluded that colleration coefficient for 0,396 is significant, which means that be found a relation between the variable X (democracy character) and the variable Y (civics learning results).Keywords: Relation, Demokracy Character, Civics, Learning Results

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konteks budaya tokoh dan penokohan dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu melalui sosiologi sastra. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di kelas IX. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data berupa kajian pustaka dan wawancara serta dilengkapi uji bahan ajar kepada siswa. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa unsur tokoh dan penokohan dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu, serta wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan guru-guru bahasa Indonesia. Data unsur tokoh dan penokohan meliputi: teknik cakapan, teknik tingkah laku, teknik pikiran dan perasaan, teknik arus kesadaran, teknik reaksi tokoh, dan teknik reaksi tokoh lain. Data nilai pendidikan karakter meliputi nilai karakter religius, nilai karakter nasionalis, nilai karakter integritas, nilai karakter mandiri, dan nilai karakter gotong royong. Sumber data yang diperlukan diperoleh dari buku kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu yang disusun oleh Achdiat K. Mihardja dengan penerbit Grasindo. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Soreang dan guru-guru bahasa Indonesia SMP Negeri 2 Margahayu. Bahan ajar berupa modul diujikan kepada siswa kelas kecil beranggota 10 siswa. Data selanjutnya diperoleh melalui kajian Kurikulum 2013 dilihat dari Kompetensi Inti, Kompetensi Dasar, Indikator, buku siswa, buku pegangan guru serta bahan ajar yang dilihat dari aspek bahasa, psikologi, dan latar belakang budaya peserta didik. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengikuti tahapan berupa: membaca kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu secara teliti, mencatat data yang relevan, mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi data, serta membuat analisis data. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu sebagai alternatif bahan ajar, selain wawancara dengan narasumber, menyusun kisi-kisi analisis unsur penokohan dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu juga dilakukan uji bahan ajar berupa modul kepada kelas kecil. Hasil kajian terhadap unsur tokoh dan penokohan dan nilai pendidikan karakter kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu dilihat dari Kurikulum 2013, bahan ajar berupa bahasa, psikologi, dan latar belakang budaya peserta didik, wawancara dengan narasumber serta uji modul kepada kepada kelas kecil. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperoleh jawaban bahwa kumpulan cerita Si Kabayan Manusia Lucu dikategorikan baik dan layak dijadikan alternatif bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP kelas IX.

Abstract

This research aims to increase productivity and business diversity and provide facilities and facilities to support the improvement of the village economy. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. This research was carried out by Des Cijujung RW 02 RT 01 using observation and interview techniques as well as documentation with the Cijujung village government and the local farming community. As a result of this research, students determined and made double-leaf plants or chives as an innovative idea to be tested and used as double-leaf chips/chives or what are called G'Chips. The achievements obtained apart from improving the economy of the Cijujung village community, also increase the ideas and productivity of the local community which can be carried out independently and sustainably for the Cijujung village community

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan metode Token ekonomi dalam meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa kelas A TK Cempaka. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 siswa sebagai subjek dan dirancang untuk mempertahankan konsentrasi siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran dengan tujuan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah daftar periksa pengamatan atau checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat fokus siswasebelum diberikan perlakuan adalah sebesar 4,93 dan meningkat menjadi 6,05 sesudah diberi perlakuan. Hasil ini menunjukkan efektivitas metode token ekonomi secara signifikan meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa kelas A di TK Cempaka. Pemberian reward kepada siswa setelah berhasil menjawab pertanyaan dan proses mengumpulkan poin, metode ini berhasil meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian berupa potensi penerapan metode token ekonomi untuk jenjang pendidikan lainnya, khususnya dalam meningkatkan fokus dan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of mining industry expansion on customary territories in Indonesia, focusing on ecological and social aspects. Using a qualitative approach and a critical paradigm, this research seeks to uncover the power relations underlying extractivist practices and how they marginalize local communities while damaging the ecological systems that sustain their livelihoods. Data were collected through field studies, participatory observation, satellite imagery analysis, and a review of legal and policy documents. The study areas include several vulnerable small islands in Indonesia, such as Pulau Gag (West Papua), Pulau Wawonii (Southeast Sulawesi), and Pulau Gebe (North Maluku), as well as other regions such as Kalimantan, East Halmahera, Southwest Maluku, Riau Islands, and Bengkulu. The findings reveal that mining activities have led to significant environmental degradation, including deforestation, soil and water pollution, and the disruption of local biodiversity. Socially, mining has triggered the displacement of Indigenous communities, land conflicts, and the erosion of cultural practices rooted in harmonious relationships with nature. This analysis reinforces previous studies’ findings that extractive development models based on anthropocentrism and colonial logic are the leading causes of ecological crises and structural inequalities in Indigenous territories. The main contribution of this study is the articulation of a counter-narrative to the dominant technoscientific discourse in natural resource development. Through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates ecological, social, and cultural dimensions, this research highlights the urgency of decolonizing environmental governance toward a more just, participatory, and sustainable framework.
