Abstract

The research describes the patten of utilization of marine resources based on local wisdom in the Wabula community in Buton district. The data were collected by doing interwiews, observation, documentation, and study of literature. Then the data were analyzed descriptively and kualitatively. The results showed that in utilizing marine resources, Wabula community have a local wisdom called kaombo which is protected marine areas by the custom. When a marine area is designated as a kaombo a ban om the explotation of marine resources in the area applies. The prohibition is intended to provide a respite for the continuation of the proliferation of marine biota in kaombo ecosystem. A violation of the prohibition is subject to strict customary law. To preserve the local wisdom of Wabula community in the utilization of marine resources, then through the regulation of  Buton Regent Number 13 of 2018, Wabula was designated as an area Customary Law Community in the management of marine resources based om local customary law. The regulation is considered as an ideal model for strengthening local community institutions in conserving marine resources in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan fasilitas terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada bagian umum dan protokoler Setda Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Baubau. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif serta menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Bagian Umum dan Protokoler Setda Kota Baubau. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan metode observasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil perhitungan regresi berganda dengan persamaan Y = - 789 + 0,287 X1 + 0,727 X2 diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien regeresi dari variabel Motivasi sebesar 0,287 dan Fasilitas sebesar 0,727, bernilai positif, artinya terjadi hubungan yang searah antara Motivasi dan Fasilitas terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Bagian Umum dan Protokoler Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau. Nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,963 menunjukkan ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara Motivasi dan Fasilitas terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Bagian Umum dan Protokoler Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,927 yang artinya kontribusi atau sumbangan variabel Motivasi dan Fasilitas terhadap naik turunnya Kualitas Pelayanan pada Bagian Umum dan Protokoler Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau adalah sebesar 92,7% sisanya 7,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, misalnya faktor situasi dan faktor individu. Dengan demikian Motivasi dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Bagian Umum dan Protokoler Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau. Artinya semakin baik Motivasi dan Fasilitas yang diberikan maka akan semakin meningkat pula Kualitas Pelayanan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai tingkat signifikansi uji F dan uji t yang lebih kecil dari taraf nyata (5%). Hasil analisis uji F dan uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama atau simultan dan parsial variabel Motivasi dan Fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Bagian Umum dan Protokoler Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intensifikasi dan ekstensifikasi retribusi IMB terhadap PAD Kabupaten Buton dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intensifikasi retribusi terhadap IMB terhadap PAD di Kabupaten Buton, serta menganalisis pengaruh ekstensifikasi retribusi terhadap IMB terhadap PAD di Kabupaten Buton. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner, dan mengumpulkan data sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif adalah suatu analisa data yang diperoleh dari daftar pertanyaan yang sudah diolah dalam bentuk angka-angka dan pembahasannya melalui perhitungan statistik. Tahap yang pertama setelah kuesioner diisi dan diperoleh dari responden dilakukan beberapa proses sebelum data diolah dalam statistik, proses tersebut meliputi editing, coding, pemberian skor atau nilai, tabulasi dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa intensifikasi dan ekstensifikasi retribusi IMB secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Buton. Intensifikasi retribusi IMB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Buton hal ini menunjukan melalui hasil pengujian keberartian regresi. Ekstensifikasi retribusi IMB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Buton.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina Kabupaten Buton. (2)Untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja tenaga kesehatan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina Kabupaten Buton. (3)Untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina Kabupaten Buton. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner, dan mengumpulkan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina Kabupaten Buton dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,5% tinggi rendahnya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina dipengaruhi oleh faktor beban kerja dan fasilitas. Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina Kabupaten Buton dengan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,72% tinggi rendahnya kualitas pelayanan ditentukan oleh faktor beban kerja. Fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina Kabupaten Buton dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,27% tinggi rendahnya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Siontapina dipengaruhi oleh faktor fasilitas.

Abstract

Organizations aspire to succeed through differentiated programs, services, capabilities and products. However, these elements need to be envisioned, developed, implemented and maintained by well-trained individuals. The purpose of this research is to see how the training and development of employees. Work environment and leadership affect employee competence and performance. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. Interview techniques are used in the data collection process to collect information about how employee training and development, work environment and leadership factors affect employee competence and performance. The results of the research analysis show that the training and development of employee performance in the Baubau city government of the Southeast Sulawesi Province is through formal courses and programs, assessments. The work environment has an influence on employee competence and performance by dividing it into 2 indicators, namely by looking at the physical environment and non-physical environment. leadership carried out. Leadership in improving employee competence and performance is by consistently providing training programs to fill skill gaps that employees do not have. the results of interviews conducted with informants showed that every employee must always be given direction in every procedure, job description, and workload. Employees will understand what will be done and have the initiative to generate fresh new ideas to improve their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance as an intervening variable on decision making. The phenomenon in this study is how financial literacy influences risk tolerance as an intervening variable on decision making (a Makassar Investor study during the Covid-19 pandemic). This research was conducted during the Covid-19 Pandemic, starting at the end of 2019 until the end of 2020, so that phenomena related to financial literacy, risk tolerance, and decision making for investors in Makassar had not existed before. This research used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Smart PLS 3.0 software program, the data source is primary data from 290 investors registered with securities companies in Makassar. Data were obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires to determine the effect of financial literacy through investment risk tolerance on decision making. The results showed that the financial literacy factor through risk tolerance had no effect on financial decisions.

Abstract

In poor economic conditions and to survive, either in the form of strategies or solutions internally (strategies carried out individually among family members) or externally (strategies carried out outside the scope of family members and interacting directly with the community). They do this in order to survive. Strategy is a way of life in dealing with an affair or problem, so that the matter or problem can be carried out well and correctly. Better livelihoods can reduce poverty levels and improve the welfare of households in a society. This can be overcome with community strategies to be able to have a sustainable livelihood. Household strategy of life refers to the patterns formed by various efforts that humans use to fulfill the life requirements they need and to solve the problems they face. In this research, several survival strategies for farming households in the village that were implemented were saving on family expenses, seeking additional income, and establishing a life of mutual cooperation with neighbors and relatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan (ROA) dan good corporate governance (kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen dan komite audit) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) Properti dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan ROA, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen dan komite audit memiliki kontribusi terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 74,5%. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel ROA, kepemilikan institusional dan komite audit berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan variabel ROA, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilkan institusional, komisaris independen dan komite audit secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Globalization has a major influence on the order of human life, so that society has its own challenges, including competitiveness and the performance of human resources which are then exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of global challenges, managerial challenges and environmental challenges to increase competitiveness and human resource performance in the Covid-19 era. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire in the form of Google Docs which was distributed to several social media platforms as well as by exploring journals, books and other information relevant to the study. The results of the study show that global challenges, managerial challenges and environmental challenges partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing the competitiveness and performance of human resources. The results showed that global challenges and environmental challenges partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on increasing competitiveness, while managerial challenges did not have a partial significant effect but simultaneously had a significant effect. Then the variable test results of global challenges, managerial challenges and environmental challenges partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on improving human resource performance.

Abstract

Agricultural subsidies play an important role in improving the welfare of small farmers in developing countries, but their effectiveness is still debated. This research aims to evaluate the impact of subsidy policies on the economic welfare of small farmers, considering the challenges faced by this group in the context of market uncertainty and climate risk. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of agricultural subsidy policies in increasing income, productivity and access to resources for small farmers in developing countries. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with data collection from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Analysis was carried out using manual coding techniques and NVivo software to identify main themes from 36 relevant studies. The findings show that input subsidies, price subsidies, credit assistance subsidies significantly increase the productivity and income of small farmers, despite the risk of dependency and market distortion. The quality of governance and technology adoption moderate the positive impact of subsidies. This research highlights the importance of context-based and participatory subsidy policy design to maximize benefits for small farmers, and contributes to the development of theory and practice in agricultural policy.
