Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the sructures and meanings of prefixmu-, fu-, hi-, mi-, and han- as negation sign. The author chose this title due thelack of explanation and words examples about the using of those prefix asnegation sign in Japanese textbooks, beside that there were still many mistakes inusing prefix mu-, fu-, hi-, mi-, and han-.The method that been used in this research is a descriptive method. To write thisthesis, firstly, the author collected the data, analyzed the data and then presentedthe result. Prefix mu-, fu-, hi-, mi-, and han- can be attached with noun andadjective in kango, wago, gairaigo, and konshugo. Prefix mu-,fu-, and hi- havethe same meaning as ”not” and “without” in Indonesian language, but actuallythey have the other meanings that can differentiate each other.

Abstract

Access to drinking water is needed for every resident. The National Urban Water Supply Project (NUWSP) aims to improve access to piped drinking water for urban communities. The NUWSP program in 2021 involved the central and local governments collaborating through funding to support the Wair Puan Regional Drinking Water Company (Perumda Air Minum Wair Pu'an, Sikka Regency). This program will optimize the drinking water supply system (SPAM) to achieve the target of 100% access to drinking water. In 2021, Perumda Wair Pu'an had 19,625 house connections, representing a 62.97% service level for residents. Raw water source data for 2021 showed a water consumption of 170.5 l/second, serving four service areas. The population concentration of Maumere City across service areas is uneven, necessitating SPAM optimization through additional water sources, pipe networks, and water reservoirs. Based on the results of the water balance analysis for the 10-year planning period, Perumda Wair Pu'an requires optimization of the drinking water pipe network through additional assets. The addition of assets in the form of 4,124 m of transmission pipes and 20,199 m of distribution pipes. The construction of new pump wells and reservoirs with a capacity of 600 m3 in zone 1 and a reservoir with a capacity of 200 m3 in zone 3. Optimization of the drinking water pipe network at Perumda Wair Pu'an will increase the current service level to 71.62%.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam proyek konstruksi teknik sipil merupakan faktor strategis yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas dan keselamatan kerja. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana strategi pengelolaan tenaga kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja proyek melalui perencanaan berbasis kompetensi, pelatihan, kepemimpinan lapangan, serta penerapan sistem keselamatan kerja yang terintegrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur kualitatif dengan menelaah berbagai publikasi akademik, jurnal, dan prosiding yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja meningkat ketika perencanaan dilakukan secara presisi, pelatihan berbasis tugas diterapkan, serta kepemimpinan lapangan mampu menjaga ritme kerja. Di sisi lain, keselamatan kerja terjaga melalui penerapan sistem manajemen K3, budaya pelaporan non-punitive, serta koordinasi lintas kontraktor yang konsisten. Integrasi teknologi digital seperti BIM dan aplikasi mobile juga memperkuat pengawasan serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia bukan sekadar fungsi administratif, melainkan instrumen strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan proyek konstruksi sipil secara menyeluruh. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya kebijakan SDM yang adaptif, berorientasi pada kompetensi, serta mampu membangun budaya produktivitas dan keselamatan kerja yang berkelanjutan.
