Abstract

The background of this research is the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) as a result of curriculum changes, it is rumored that the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) is less effective, because there has not been maximum preparation in terms of outreach, implementers in the field, as well as teachers, as well as various supporting infrastructure. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) is all wrapped up in four indicators of readiness, including: physical condition, mental condition, emotional condition, needs (motivation) and knowledge. Therefore, researchers have the desire to test the level of readiness for the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM), because schools are required to be oriented towards changing the existing curriculum in order to achieve the ideals of the nation. The research method used was the survey method, with the instrument used, namely a questionnaire, which was distributed to 60 teachers from 13 schools at the high school level (SMA) randomly in North Nias Regency. Based on the results of research on the level of learning readiness at the senior high school (SMA) level in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) in North Nias district, the 4 indicators studied were in the fairly prepared category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan koneksi matematis yang dialami oleh peserta didik pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel di kelas VIII SMP Swasta Hosana. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dan wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII-C di SMP Swasta Hosana yang mewakili kemampuan kognitif seluruh peserta didik di kelas VIII. Berdasarkan olahan data tersebut dan dari penyelesaian soal tes peserta didik, diperoleh bahwa subjek dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis rendah dengan frekuensi 5 peserta didik dan dengan presentase 21%. Subjek dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis sedang dengan frekuensi 7 peserta didik dan presentase 29%. Subjek dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi dengan frekuensi 12 peserta didik dan dengan presentase 50%. Dari hasil olahan data tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesulitan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Swata Hosana dalam kemampuan koneksi matematis matematika pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel memiliki kriteria sedang. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Kemampuan,Koneksi Matematis Abstract This study aims to determine the level of mathematical connection ability experienced by students in the matter of a system of two-variable linear equations in class VIII of Hosana Private Middle School. The type of research conducted in this research is descriptive qualitative research using test instruments and interviews. The subjects in this study were students in class VIII-C at Hosana Private Middle School who represented the cognitive abilities of all students in class VIII. Based on the processed data and from solving student test questions, it was found that subjects with low mathematical connection abilities with a frequency of 5 students and with a percentage of 21%. Subjects with moderate mathematical connection abilities with a frequency of 7 students and a percentage of 29%. Subjects with high mathematical connection abilities with a frequency of 12 students and with a percentage of 50%. From the results of the processed data, it shows that the level of difficulty of class VIII students at Swata Hosana Middle School in the ability to make mathematical connections in the matter of a two-variable linear equation system has moderate criteria. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik pada Materi SPLDV kelas VIII SMP Swasta Free Methodist 1 Medan. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi untuk kemampuan komunikasi matematis: Y=-1,65+1,05 X . Untuk uji keberartian regresi kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis diperoleh Fhitung=1490,19 dengan nilai FTabel=4,13 dengan demikian 1490,19>4,13 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga terdapat variabel x mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dan berarti terhadap variabel Y. Koefisisen korelasi r = 4,090 artinya ada hubungan cukup signifikan antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil yaitu r2 =61,02% yang artinya keberhasilan siswa dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pembelaran dengan model kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik
