Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' efforts to instill Islamic religious education values ​​in children with autism at SDLB Rantauprapat, both through tests and non-tests. The population in this research were children with autism at SDLB Rantauprapat. This research was conducted at SDLB Rantauprapat with the aim of finding out 1) The teacher's work program in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in students with autism at SDLB Rantauprapat. 2) Obstacles Encountered by Teachers in Instilling Islamic Values ​​in Students with Autism at SDLB Rantauprapat. 3) Solutions implemented by teachers in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in students with autism at SDLB Rantauprapat. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The observation method is carried out by observing the school and the school environment related to the teacher's efforts in instilling Islamic religious education values ​​in children with autism. The interview method used was a planned-unstructured interview. The final method is documentation in the form of documents, school files, photos and other data. Then the technique for analyzing data in this research uses triangulation. From the explanation above, it can be concluded 1. The efforts of parents and teachers to instill Islamic religious values ​​in students with autism are carried out well and optimally. Parents and teachers both use habituation methods, example and advice in instilling Islamic religious values, including the values ​​of piety, gratitude and patience. In instilling the value of piety, parents try to provide good religious knowledge for their children so that they can know their God.

Abstract

PT. Dolomit Putra Tamiang merupakan produsen pupuk yang memiliki kantor direksi beralamat di Jl. Sei Asahan No. 28 A Medan, sementara pengolahan berlokasi di Desa Karang Jadi Kecamatan Kejuruan Muda Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. PT. Dolomit Putra Tamiang adalah pupuk dolomit yang berasal dari bahan mineral alam yang mengandung unsur hara dan kalsium berbentuk bubuk yang sangat tepat di gunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman sehingga tanah menjadi subur. PT.Putra Dolomit Putra tamiang harus mampu bersaing dalam persaingan global, maka perusahaan perlu mengukur produktivitas untuk menganalisis input yang digunakan terhadap output yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian mengukur produktivitas perusahaan dan mengevaluasi hasil pengukuran. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas adalah Total Productivity Model (TPM) keunikan model tersebut tidak hanya mengukur indeks produktivitas total tetapi juga menunjukan faktor input atau sumber daya tertentu yang memerlukan perbaikan utilitas dan evaluasi produktivitas menggunakan Productivity Evaluation Tree (PET) yang merupakan salah satu metode dalam membuat perencanaan produktivitas jangka pendek dengan menggunakan pohon evaluasi produktivitas. Dari hasil pengolahan data maka produktivitas total ditahun 2017, 2018 dan 2019 adalah 1,041, 1,036, 0,978, dan evaluasi menggunakan PET dengan nilai ΔTP pada Tahun 2018 dan 2019 adalah -0,006 dan -0,057. Oleh sebab itu strategi yang dapat dipilih untuk meningkatkan produktivitas total dengan menurunkan input Tahun 2019 sebesar 3,13% sehingga produktivitas pada tahun 2019 dapat meningkat dari 0,978 menjadi 1,010

Abstract

Article 14 letter b Act no. 8 Year 1981 About Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) regulates about pre-prosecution. Coordination between the investigator and the general practitioner is often the cause of delay in corruption cases, as well as in the Western Occupation. The problem is the form of functional coordination between Police investigators and the Attorney Office in the current pre-crisis stages of corruption as well as the ideal form of functional coordination between Police investigators and the Attorney Office in the preprosecution stage of corruption. The research method is analytical descriptive with empirical juridical approach. Data that is used is secondary data and primary data, while data collection technique with field study through interview for primary data and literature study for secondary data. The data obtained in the analysis is qualitative and presented in an analytical decriptive form. The result of the research shows the functional coordination between Police investigators and the Attorney at the pre-crisis stage of corruption is a continuous functional coordination. Delays in the process of completing case files by investigators often occur because of the difficulty of collecting evidence on corruption. The ideal form of functional coordination between Polri and Attorney investigators at the pre-crisis stage of corruption is the coordination and functional consolidation.
