Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia terkait tentang perencanaan, perekrutan, penempatan dan pengembangan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga Siwuluh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Penelitian perencanaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan honorer dengan mengusulkan dari madrasah ke Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama, dengan menggunakan tiga analisis yaitu melalui analisis kebutuhan, analisis jabatan, analisis beban kerja, sehingga mampu melakukan analisis kelebihan dan kekurangan. Perekrutan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan honorer dengan menentukan kualifikasi penerimaan sehingga diperoleh pendidik yang berkompeten sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu, sedangkan tenaga kependidikan honorer yang memiliki skill dan keahlian yang dibutuhkan. Kegiatan pengembangan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan meliputi pendidikan dan pelatihan berupa bimtek, spiritual quantum learning, studi lanjut, pengembangan diri melalui musyawarah guru mata pelajaran, kegiatan pengajian dan pembinaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang diimplementasikam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Subang dalam meningkatkan jumlah siswa barunya. Dalam persaingan antar sekolah yang semakin ketat, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Subang perlu mengelola aktivitas pemasarannya untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh stakeholder madrasah yang berperan dalam pengelolaan strategi pemasaran, serta siswa dan orang tua mereka. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif melalui reduksi data, presentasi data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam merencanakan strategi pemasaran pendidikan, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Subang melakukan rapat untuk menyiapkan segala sumber daya yang dibutuhkan dalam menginformasikan penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) kepada masyarakat dan melakukan segmentasi pasar terhadap lembaga pendidikan dasar baik sekolah dasar maupun madrasah ibtidaiyah di sekitar Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Subang. Kemudian dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan menerapkan strategi marketing mix dengan variebel-variebel pemasarannya yaitu product, price, place, dan promotion. Adapun evaluasi pengelolaan pemasaran pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Subang diadakan setiap akhir tahun dan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder madrasah.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the role of pluralism and multicultural learning in the pandemic era for students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Cirebon Regency, West Java. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive with data collection techniques from observations, interviews, and documentation studies that focus on the themes of pluralism education, multicultural education, and online learning for MI students. The findings reveal that the practice of learning pluralism and multiculturalism in the pandemic era is carried out by integrated Islamic and social studies teachers. Learning practices are carried out with special characteristics that are different from elementary schools, namely online learning guided by Islamic values ​​(Al Quran and Hadith). The values ​​taught are not about tolerance (tasamuh), mutual cooperation, and respect for others where the concepts of pluralism and multiculturalism are packaged in such a way that students can understand them from a religious point of view. The conclusion is that pluralism and multicultural education during the pandemic is very dependent on technology such as online learning models and learning applications. The selection of the right learning method refers to the theory of technology-based learning that can support pluralism and multicultural learning. In addition, it is very important to understand the 2022 curriculum so that learning in the new school year can quickly adapt to the pandemic situation and the students themselves. The results of this study serve as input for educational institutions, especially teachers in relevant fields of science to improve learning models in supporting educational goals in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers in character education through innovative learning in Integrated Social Studies subjects. The research uses a quantitative survey method to find the relationship between variables about self-confidence and behavior. The results of the study revealed that the percentage of teacher pedagogical competence was 52%, personality competence was 60%, social competence was 75%, and professional competence was 67%. There is a positive influence of teacher competence simultaneously through innovative integrated social studies learning on the character education of students by 70.5%. The conclusion obtained is that the competence of integrated social studies subject teachers needs to be improved to support the character education of students through innovative learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. It is hoped that teachers will have the ability to support and motivate students to study better and obtain satisfactory achievements even amid the pandemic situation and the limitations of face-to-face learning. The expected implication is that the government supports and facilitates training and funding for the welfare of MI teachers. So that MI teachers can be more advanced in their work and support national education goals.

Abstract

The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made the quality of education tend to decline. However, something unique happened at MAN 3 Cirebon, in fact, the academic achievement of students increased rapidly after the Covid-19 pandemic because of good student management. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, supervision, and provide an overview of students' academic achievement after the Covid-19 pandemic at MAN 3 Cirebon. This study was designed using descriptive qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted using moderate participation observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis procedures through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While testing the validity of this research data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Based on the research that has been done, it can be seen that MAN 3 Cirebon carries out diagnostic activities, policy formulation, and prioritization at the student management planning stage. At the stage of implementing student management, MAN 3 Cirebon conducts activities to accept new students, coach students, and evaluate students. Then, MAN 3 Cirebon also conducts simultaneous supervision which is carried out directly and indirectly. This was done very well by MAN 3 Cirebon so that it experienced a significant increase in academic achievement after the Covid-19 pandemic.
