Abstract

 Pandemi  yang melanda dunia (Covid 19)  memberikan dampak sangat besar terhadap Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM)  terutama bagi  Indonesia sebagai  negara berkembang yang memiliki banyak IKM di setiap daerah dan provinsi.  IKM perlu mendapatkan pendampingan untuk dapat pulih kembali pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan adalah  kualitatif dengan analisa deskriptif.  Jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang perwakilan dari IKM yang telah mengikuti program Bimbingan Teknis Fasilitasi Sertifikat Halal, pendataran HKI, bantuan desain label dan bantuan kemasan. Indikator pendampingan, yaitu pemungkinan, penguatan, perlindungan dan pendukungan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu fungsi pemugkinan berjalan sebesar 71%, fungsi penguatan berjalan sebesar 69% dan fungsi perlindungan berjalan sebesar 63% serta fungsi pendukungan berjalan sebesar 67%. Kendala yang ditemukan yaitu masih adanya responden pelaku IKM rata-rata memiliki umur 40-50 tahun ke atas sehingga kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan  tentang informasi dan penggunaan teknologi, kurangnya kedekatan antara pelaku IKM dengan tenaga pendamping serta adanya pelaku IKM yang tidak mau dibuatkan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Responden penelitian kebanyakan dari pelaku IKM berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebesar 30 orang atau 93,8% yang sangat bergantung kepada suaminya untuk pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, menurut  kategori lama usaha berjalan dari IKM tersebut  rata-rata di bawah 5 tahun atau termasuk dalam kategori baru yaitu sebesar 21 IKM (66%) yang artinya pemilik IKM yang bersemangat dalam mengikuti pendampingan ini adalah IKM yang baru merintis. diharapkan untuk pendampingan selanjutnya dapat menjangkau pengusaha muda sebagai pemberi pembaharuan bagi dunia industri.Kata kunci : Pendampingan, Industri Kecil Menengah.The pandemic that hit the world (Covid 19)  has had a huge impact on the survival of Small and Medium Industries, especially for Indonesia as a developing country that has many  SMEs in every region and province. The Small and  Medium  Industry (IKM) needs to get assistance to be able to recover after the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the assistance provided by the Department of Labor and Industry of the City of Padang. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The number of respondents was 32 representatives from IKM who had participated in the Halal Certificate Facilitation Technical Guidance program, registered  intellectual property right, label design assistance and packaging assistance. Mentoring indicators;  enabling, empowering, protecting and supporting. The research results obtained were the enabling function running by 71%, the reinforcement function running by 69% and the protection function running by 63% and the support function running by 67%. The obstacle found was that the average IKM actor had an age of 40-50 years and over so that the IKM actor lacked knowledge about information and use of technology and because lack of closeness between IKM actors and accompanying staff and there are IKM actors who do not want to form a Joint Business Group. In this study, most of the IKM were female, namely 30 people or 93.8% who were very dependent on their husbands for decision making. In addition, according to the old business category, the industries are on average under 5 years or included in the new category, namely 21 industries (66%), which means that industries owners who are enthusiastic about participating in this assistance are industries  who are just starting out. It is hoped that further assistance can be reach out to young entrepreneurs as reformers for the industrial world. Keywords: Assistance, Small and Medium Industries

Abstract

Since 2020, Mixue has started to expand in Indonesia and experienced rapid development by opening 317 outlets by the end of March 2022. The massive opening of Mixue outlets cannot be separated from the viral phenomenon among netizens. This article aims to analyze the literature review related to the virality of the Mixue brand and its impact on product purchases. There are 5 scientific works have been analyzed and the results show that viral marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer interest and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, turbo marketing can also positively and significantly influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Finally, the existence of brand image and brand awareness can also have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.
